• YUKI (10/5): 何度でも泊まりたい旅館 - 接客が素晴らしかった。食事も美味しくて量もちょうど良かった。個室なのも周りを気にせずとてもありがたかった。ぜひまた利用したい 露天風呂が混浴だと入りにくい。男性だけの時間帯も設定があると子供達も入りやすかったと思う
• SHINTARO (10/5): 非常に快適で大変癒されました。 - 非常に丁寧に対応していただき、どんな場面でもスタップの皆さんが暖かく対応してくれました。ホテル利用が多いのですが、細かな持て成しが沢山あるとやはり旅館は良いな改めて感じました。今回客室露天風呂付きだったのですが、家族全員何度も入れたのは本当に良かったです。 不満はないのですが、温泉で2点、浴場の露天風呂の温度が低くゆっくり浸かれなかった事、また川沿いの露天が混浴で気軽に入れなかった事が残念でした。

• Suat-Jin (9/5): - The ryokan was located in the mountains, next to a river, which was beautiful and natural. The staff provided great service. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. The free-flowing hot spring water was of excellent quality. The hot spring baths were located next to the river, creating a wonderful experience.

• Avis (10/5): Such a charming, cozy, relaxing, beautiful spot. Would stay again in a heartbeat. - The food was incredible, the onsens were all amazing, such a spectacularly beautiful location. Lovely cozy rooms, I had such a relaxing stay. The internet was down which made planning ski outings etc. a bit difficult but otherwise everything was perfect.

• david (10/5): Exceptional stay and hospitality - Exceptional hospitality. Staff very accommodating, always anticipate our needs, quite amazing actually. Only 1 or 2 English speakers but no problem at all. We had some special meal requests which they actually tried to accommodate for the next meals (this is beyond what they need to do). Pools were not huge, but good enough, very charming. Not so many places to hang items in the room

• Takako (10/5): とても良かったです😊 - 川沿いにある露天風呂は風情がありよかった 館内の所々には生花がさりげなく飾ってあり感動しました ラウンジではコーヒーや紅茶、子供向けにヤクルトやアイス、ラムネのお菓子などがおいてあり孫達が大喜びでした 部屋に置いてある急須が陶器から南部鉄に変わっていたり夜食用にお稲荷さんが置かれていたりととても細かな心遣いを感じました 帰りの際は車の中にちょっとした気遣いなど嬉しかったです 共用のトイレの内装が赤くてビックリ

• Sam (9/5): Superb - The food was delicious and the location was beautiful! Especially when surrounded in snow. The onsen runs until 10am, and there is a free coffee service (self serve) that runs until 10am as well. If you want to get an onsen and have a coffee you have to rush a little! Would be nice if they could extend the coffee until 11am.

(개인차가 있을수 있으나, 료칸을 많이 이용해본 경험상 관리상태 별로였음) - 비싼 가격(1박 50만원)에 비해 객실 구성이 열악함 (욕실없는 방을 주어, 힘들게 요청하여 1명 겨우 서 있을수 있을 정도의 욕실 딸린 방으로 변경함) → 이 과정에서 친절도가 다소 떨어진다고 느꼈음 - 남여공용 노천탕으로, 제대로 이용할수가 없었음. 사전정보가 없었던점이 아쉬웠음. - 석식으로 제공된 가이세티 정식도 한우 샤브샤브가 아닌 돼지고기 샤브샤브가 나와 아쉬웠음. (가격에 비해 재료를 아꼈다는 사소하지만 서비서의 질 차이가 느껴짐) *종합평 : 사진에 보여진 이미지보다 요소요소가 다소 열악한 곳이 있다고 느껴졌음. (1박에 35만원선이 적당하다고 생각함)

(예약당시, 온라인에 객실 내부 사진이 없었기 때문에 확인 불가능하였음) - 노천탕이 혼탕이라 갈수 있는 시간대가 부족하였음. 사전정보가 제공되면 좋겠음. - 가족탕이 있긴 하였으나, 막상 가보면 좋지 않은 냄새가 났으며, 내부 상태도 좋지 않아 이용하기 어려웠음. * 결국 노천탕도 이용하지못하고, 가족탕도 이용하지 못하고, 대중탕만 씻는 목적으로 이용함.. ㅜ.ㅜ ● 식사도 카이세키 정식으로 제공되었으나, 소고기가 아닌 삼겹살 샤브샤브가 나옴...다른 료칸은 그정도 가격이면 소고기가 나오는데, 사소한 거지만 여러가지로 서비스의 질이 차이가 난다고 느낌. ● 주변 편의시설, 관광지는 어차피 대략 알고 간 거였기 때문에 스키장과 등산을 하지 않을 목적이라면 즐길거리가 부족하다는 점을 참고하면 좋을거 같음. ● 기타, 직원들은 대부분 친절하였음.
• Sabrina (10/5): I will recommend friends to go to this hotel, it is worth the money. - I really appreciated the staff friendly and took us take a walk to a shrine. That gave us an activity. The onsens were so good. Especially the dinner was so delicious and a lot to eat including beef, scallops and fish. I really like the food also provided with special sauces with them. I really appreciate the work of chefs. The room was so big and clean， with a window with trees pretty like a photo. They also so nice to offer drive me to my next hotel close by, service is excellent. I was satisfy with everything.

• RIE (8/5): 値段を考えると可もなく不可もなく。 - 良かった点 ・朝の湯加減が最高 ・せせらぎの湯からの眺めが素晴らしい ・夕食の天ぷらが揚げたて ・お夜食(おいなりさん)のサービス ・お風呂に持って行くカゴがカラフルなので間違わない ・至る所にアート(絵)や可愛い小物があって素敵 残念だった点 ・チェックイン後、お部屋にスタッフさんが来てくれたのでお茶を淹れてくれるかと思ったら淹れてくれなかった。 ・食事の部屋(個室)が暗く、大きなテーブルではなく1人ずつ小さなテーブルだったこと。6名だったが、距離があり互いにお酌もできないし、食事の時にあまり盛り上がらなかったので大きなテーブルの方が良かった。 ・夜のお風呂がかなりぬるかった。露天風呂もぬるくて寒かったのですぐに上がりました。翌朝は熱くなっていてよかったです。 ・夕食のお味噌汁が具(人参や大根)が固くて味が薄かった... レビューが高かったので期待しすぎたのかもしれません。

• Andrei (10/5): Wonderful Mountain Retreat - The atmosphere was unlike anywhere I have been before, the mountains, room, hotel decor and the river at the bottom were exceptional. The staff were very helpful and the half board dinner and breakfast were superb. The private outdoor bath on the balcony is a wonderful place to just sit and take in your surroundings.

Big shout out to Tae for helping us so much and going out of her way to make sure we knew all the information for the property and ensuring we got picked up even though it was a late check in. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

• Jean (7/5): Good - Very nice place. Food was plenty but nearly all dishes are very sweet, as well as the sakes. Well, a choice of the chef. The rice, miso and meat were amazing. However the cuisine would gain at reducing a bit the quantities / dish variety and increasing the quality of the execution as well as the quality of some ingredients, which are not at the level of this category of ryokans. For the same budget, a couple of fewer dishes and more subtlity in the kitchen would make it from good to great - as it has probably been in the past.

• Tse (10/5): Exceptional - Memorable experience. Very charming Ryokan with a long >100 year history but well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The room was amazing with a great view of the mountain opposite and the river below. The in-room onsen was definitely the highlight. Alot of effort and attention to detail went into guest comfort and satisfaction. The Kaiseki dinner was amazing, beautifully presented and overwhelming in the number of courses served. Similar for breakfast. And to ensure no guest went hungry, delicious desserts were served for tea, and inari sushi for supper. Heavy snowfall transformed the landscape into a winter wonderland, which was truly a sight to behold. Compliments to Ms Suta and her team.
