- Ebony (7/5): Fantastic location and great set up inside the property. - Location was amazing! Great having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy to check in and out. We have stayed in Thai location before and would stay again. The property is older, which is fine as long as maintenance is kept up. There was mould in the kitchen behind the sink, and on the shower walls. One of the ice cube trays in the freezer was filled with brown/yellow stuff. These were the only negatives for our stay- it was otherwise clean and tidy.

Cafes and a wine bar opposite the complex.The apartment had comfortable beds and hot showers. The property could do with updating, the decor is very tired. Only air conditioning downstairs. Pedestal fans upstairs. One bedroom has no flyscreen. The flyscreen in the 2nd bedroom is in need of repair. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

- Kathryn (10/5): Accommodation was perfect and Albany was a very pretty location. - We made our own breakfast. It was easy to drive to places of interest. There was one restaurant within walking distance and serving fabulous fish and chips. One guest would prefer a higher toilet.
- Kerry (4/5): Unsatisfactory - The location was good. The beds seemed to have electric blankets switches which were hidden from view under the mattrass. In one case at least they were not working. The beds were not comfortable in the second bedroom. The dooners were very heavy and uncomfortable. All doors upstairs squeaked loudly on using as the hinges need oiling. There was no railing on the stairs half way up where there is a corner. This is dangerous and could cause a fall. The lockbox could not be opened at all. After calling, we were obliged to use the staff lockbox. The unit, including the furniture, is old and needs renovation and maintenance

Exceeded our expectations by including tea and coffee. The shower had excellent pressure and provided toiletries were good. The check-in was very clear and instructions were easy to follow. Not too many requirements for checking out. It was a little cool upstairs (being Winter) but there were extra blankets provided that kept us comfortable.

- Jamie (1/5): Disgusted and Disappointed - Everything we liked about this stay went straight out of the window when our 2 year old was playing in the bedroom and pulled a USED CONDOM out from under the bed, we were absolutely disgusted that this happened and for it to be in arms reach of a toddlers arm clearly the cleaners had zero respect and care for their job, reception staff were apologetic and refunded us a nights stay which is lousy considering it never should have happened especially when you’re paying as much as we did. Such a shame it could have been a perfect trip (we were welcoming our 3rd child into the world) but the LACK of cleanliness and to that degree !! Absolutely disgusted and horrified. Shame on your staff.

- Lee (9/5): Great - The apartment has one big issue the downpipe to the rear of the apartment comes down from the gutter on the top floor over cladding and then goes back in to the brickwork on the ground floor to the soakwell but this creates and flat point halfway down the downpipe. This is really frustrating and annoying as when it rains all you get is DRIP DRIP DRIP all night long and it can be heard from every room in th apartment. No good for a good nights sleep and when you are traveling in excess of 5 hours to get here could be costly on a drive home. The apartment was great but I would not stay here in the winter again because of this.

- Alex (5/5): Passable - This is the third time we have stayed at Middleton BnB collection. This time, I was not sent a text message with the appartment number or pin for the lock box. Looking up the contact information on the email I recived was not easy. Once I finally found a contact number, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom, had a smell to it, and could do with a deep clean. A few things are starting to breakdown in the kitchen possibly needs some renovating. The front door mat needs replacing. Lost internet connection on the last night. Over all good stay, I would rate it 3 stars.

Stayed in no.10 The property didn't look like the photos at all. Driving in was a disappointment seing how messy it was, it sure didn't look upto date like the photos showed. Inside was very outdated, photos looked modern so i was abit confused and It smelt of old stale furniture I felt I needed to buy a glen 20. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping under sheets luckily we brought our own blankets an pillows. Bed was uncomfortable. Smoke alarm went off when we were cooking because the oven fan was broken. Could do with a good outside clean and updated furniture 👍

Lock box was ok getting keys out but very difficult to return them. Property had a very overpowering smell and had to buy air freshener to eliminate it. Property was very tired looking - bathroom sink needs replacing, carpet getting threadbare, most furniture had damage on tops, back exterior light not working, pulled blind down in kitchen and unable to put it back up. Although bathroom, toilet, kitchen were clean other areas needed attention eg light switches, toilet roll holder, power points etc. were very dusty. bottle of wine was a nice touch although we dont drink it so left it there, Biscuits that were left were out of date.

- Robert (8/5): Very good - Lovely space and the location. A couple of maintenance issues that occurred during the visit with a handrail and the dishwasher issuing errors which we cleared.
- Robert (5/5): Disappointed. Not good value for money. - Location Tired property. Back outside chairs not usable without covering. Utensils and crockery not clean. Kitchen shelves sticky. Stained bedroom carpet. Needed a deep clean.

The unit stocked superb quality equipment and linen. Men and children walking behind the property looking in the large sliding glass doors interrupting privacy. Children bouncing balls in the shared court drive early in the morning. Thin walls…
- Chiara (7/5): Good - The location and the comfortable and well serviced town house. The Hooked on Fish and chip shop out front of complex was amazing. The walks to beach were lovely, despite the wind. We had noisy neighbours who were coming and going, and with adjoining walls, it took away from the feeling of getting away.

- Tricia (7/5): Great location. Needs a bit of updating. - Really great communication. Easy lock box process for entry. Milk in the fridge. The kitchen was really well stocked with all that you need for a long stay/holiday. Wonderful location. Close to beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. It really is a lovely area. The beds were comfy and the spaces good. The furniture is really old and probably needs replacing. The shower was very average. It just felt a bit shabby in places. We were there for a family emergency, so we didnt really spend much time in the accommodation. But if we were there on a holiday and spending a lot of time in the accommodation, we might not have enjoyed it so much.
