An elevator to the 4th floor would certainly be nice but we knew in advance that there wasn’t, so can not complain.

• Unn (8/5): A really nice apartment, but in our opinion not a luxury residence. - Spaceous, well equipped, furnished with taste and very clean. Comfy beds. Very good location, near the cathedral and just a short walk to the citycenter. Susan answered really quickly and friendly when I contacted her. There was no elevetor, and 83 stairsteps up to the apartment (top floor), the last steps were narrow and steep. It is mentioned one place in the description, but it should have been emphasized. Well, good for the health, but we didn’t appreciate the workout when we returned in the evenings, we were on Holiday. No electric sockets in the two bathrooms, neither anyones near a mirror (or the beds). We got an extention cord when we asked.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - The amenities and attention to detail in this apartment was amazing. Everything was well thought-out with everything you could possibly need from your stay including umbrellas and universal wall plugs! I love ritual products and was happily surprised that they had carried them as well! This truly is a luxury residence. The views from the windows in the living room and master bedroom were great for pictures of Lisbon's colorful buildings, red rooftops, trams passing by, and you're also able to see the "not" San Francisco bridge in the back. The location was perfect as its in the middle of everything and within walking distance to great food options, supermarkets, and transportation. Communication with the host for any trouble shooting and assistance was easy and quick. Based on this stay, I would definitely consider the host's other residences for future travel plans within/outside of Portugal. Because the buildings within Lisbon are older, there are usually no elevators so we had to walk up the stairs with our luggage. Its on the 4th floor so its quite a bit of stairs to trek every day, but it's totally worth it!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property was perfect for 6 of us. Communication was great! The property is very nice. We had to walk up many 4 flights of stairs with our suitcase. It was fine, we needed to walk off the many croissants we ate. It's close to everything including metro.
