- axel (3/5): Hôtel en très mauvais état - La vue imprenable sur les pyramides depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel. L’entrée des pyramides qui est à quelques pas. L’accueil du patron à notre arrivée. Hôtel très sale : tâches de sang sur les draps, cheveux, salle de bain salle. Eau qui ne coule pas du robinet ou quand elle coule elle est marron. Ascenseur pas aux normes : fonctionne sans porte. Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Nous avons payé un guide via l’hôtel : 60€ par personne pour la journée. Le guide Hassan a voulu nous arnaquer : il nous demande 40€ par personne pour acheter les tickets d’entrée générale des pyramides (alors que le ticket coûte 12€). Il ne nous a pas laissé le temps de faire des photos, nous a pressé pour finir le tour rapidement et pouvoir rentrer chez lui. En plus de tout cela, il a voulu nous emmener dans des attrapes touristes : boutique de parfum, boutique d’épices et j’en passe. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel et encore moins le guide Hassan.

- Daria (3/5): Скорректировать цену и качество услуг. - Отель близко расположен к Пирамидам и Сфинксу. Персонал в день заезда очень дружелюбный. Был велкам дринк (сок). На крыше красивый вид на пирамиды и Сфинкс. Рядом с отелем расположены кареты с лошадьми - запах неприятный у отеля и на крыше отеля тоже, когда завтракаешь. При бронировании отеля был забронирован определенный номер, по факту, мы получили грязный номер, со сломанными частями и без окна(окно было, но там был темный угол и видна часть сплит системы), комната была без какого-либо дневного света. В комнате пахло сыростью. На вопрос о том, что номер не соответствует, было сказано, что это единственный номер, который есть. В ночь заселения в отеле отключили воду и персонал никак не позаботился о предоставлении воды, пока мы сами не обратились на ресепшен. (Отключение воды - это не вина отеля, а местных властей). Также, на этаже жгли благовония, запах от которых был даже в комнате (аромат тяжелый). Персонал очень громко разговаривал в 5 утра, чем мешал спать.

- Arturo (10/5): El mejor hospedaje en Giza - El hospedaje tiene, sin duda, la mejor vista hacia las pirámides y la esfinge se encuentra prácticamente enfrente del hospedaje. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante muy amplio en la azotea donde puedes tomar el desayuno y por las tardes apreciar del atardecer sin necesidad de subir a consumir alimentos. TODO el personal es de lo mas cordial y amable del mundo. Realmente te hacen sentir muy cómodo y atendido. La entrada al complejo de las píramides se encuentra frente al hotel. El personal te ayuda a organizar tours a distintos puntos de interés y a un muy buen precio. Recomiendo ampliamente a Hossam Mustafaa quien nos ayudo a organizar nuestro tour por saqqara, Dahshur, mesquita de Mohammed y por ultimo al mercado Jan el-jalili. Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario, incluyendo un frigobar. Puedes solicitar toda el agua para beber que necesites. La habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias. No esperes grandes estándares de limpieza.

- Fabio (8/5): Lugar para disfrutar las vistas de las piramides. Pero lean lo que no me gustó. - La ubicacion es muy buena, justo frente a la entrada vieja del predio de las pirámides. Su terraza es maravillosa, vistas espectaculares de las piramides. La vista desde la ventana de la habitación vale la pena de pagar la diferencia. Ojo, tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones mas economicas no tienen ventanas, o dan a un patio interno (feo). El servicio del rooftop es bueno y no muy caro. No me gustó que las autoridades del hotel permitan que el personal que te recibe y hacen que te ayudan se abusen cobrandote cosas haciendose los amables y despues te das cuenta que te cobraron 5 o 6 veces mas de lo que vale. Por ejemplo vienen a ofrecerte los turbantes y te enseñan a armartelo y despues te lo venden a 5 euros mientras en la calle compras 2 por 1 euro. Otra a tener en cuenta es el servicio de lavandería. Se lo dejan en manos de los mismos y te quieren cobrar 1 euro por prenda (ya sea medias, calzoncillos o buzos) una locura, mientras en otros lugares te cobran por peso o por canasto, 7 u 8 veces menos. Todo esto es autorizado por quienes administran el hotel y pasa todo dentro de él. Lo aclaro porque ellos dicen que no tienen nada que ver y se lavan las manos.

La prima notte ci hanno dato una camera non rispondente per nulla a quella prenotata. Abbiamo richiesto una camera con balcone e vista piramidi e invece mi hanno assegnato una camera con 2 finestre vista muro a 3 mt di distanza. Solo dopo le mie sostenute proteste mi hanno dato la camera da me pagata e richiesta. Per ben 2 volte hanno tentato di riparare il doccino del wc ... senza riuscirci.

Es externo al hotel pero algo que no agradaba era que en la calle solía haber heces de caballo y olían hasta el balcón, si bien no es algo que dependa del hotel, es punto a tener en cuenta y no te sorprenda o crean que es algo nuevo.

They don't change the bedsheets. The waiters never pay attention when u need something from the restaurant. Tables are constantly full of dust; it is a cheap price, but I never expected they wouldn't change the bed sheets. We find our bed full of hair.

As far as I remember, the issue was not present during the night.

La terraza es perfecta, y las habitaciones están bien Como en todo Egipto, hay varios empleados que se dedican SOLO a querer sacarte dinero. Te “ayudan” y luego te piden fortuna a cambio. A localização é espetacular, pegamos o hotel com essa proposta, ter a vista para as pirâmides, ele é literalmente de frente para as três pirâmides, acredito que seja o hotel com a melhor vista para elas, consegue-se ver perfeitamente as três uma ao lado da outra do Rooftop, incrível lá em cima. Os funcionários do hotel todos, sem exceção, todos são incríveis. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos ao hotel. Foi excelente a experiência de dois dias nele. Não que a gente não tenha gostado de alguma coisa, não temos nada a reclamar. Mas no segundo dia tinha visto que minha reserva no booking constava, além da vista para as pirâmides, banheira. Mas no nosso quarto não tinha banheira. Mas só isso mesmo, de resto, tudo ótimo.

- Fabio (9/5): Recomendable, pero lean lo que no me gustó - Excelente ubicación, justo frente a la entrada vieja de las piramides. La habitación con ventanas a las pirámides le da un toque de distinción. Lindo para verlas al amanecer y al atardecer con show de luces. El Rooftop es lo que le da el toque de distinción al hotel. Desayunos relativamente buenos. El abuso excesivo en el pedido de propinas de los empleados de la recepción, dentro del hotel. Te ofrecen cosas que te las quieren cobrar 5 veces mas que en la calle, si les decis que no, se ofenden. El servicio de lavandería en manos de las mismas personas. Te cobran 1€ por prenda. Una locura comparando con otros lugares que cobran por peso o volumen. Lo que quiero decir es que las autoridades del hotel estan permitiendo ese abuso, sin ser ganancia para él. En la calle uno sabe a que se enfrenta como costumbre del lugar, pero puertas adentro tendría que prevalecer la tranquilidad del huesped.
- Pedro (4/5): Decepción - Solo la ubicación vale la pena nada más , estás frente al esfinge y las pirámides , el desayuno super pobre , el pan frío todo frío y pocas opciones. Apenas llegamos de madrugada tipo 4 am el recepcionista nos espeso a hostigar con el tour a las pirámides , siendo que estábamos a media cuadra , nos quería estafar con el tour ofreciendo auto y guía cuando no era necesario ( los autos no entran ) , luego las sábanas estaban muy ásperas eran muy viejas , pedí un cambio de sábanas pero eran iguales de viejas y para finalizar el desayuno fue muy pobre , el pan tostado era frío y no habían muchas cosas para comer lo cual también estaba frío .

Rooms are very very large, beds are not quite comfortable and the toilet is not well clean but compare to the price, everything is excellent level. The hotel workers are very helpful and smiling. A special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Sam. He welcomed us very warm, besides he arranged us a personal guide who is very great guy (Mr. Nassir)

- Mahana (7/5): Cette chambre devrait être rénovée - C’était notre première nuit sur quatre. Cette nuit n’a pas été agréable pour être honnête. Mais le moment sur le rooftop face aux pyramides a aidé à mieux vivre notre arrivée. La chambre était ancienne et trop collée à la rue donc bruyant toute la nuit jusqu’à 3h du matin… le chauffe eau a débordé dans la nuit… Et il est vrai que nous avons l’habitude d’une distance avec le personnel, or, le fait que le personnel s’assoit à notre table alors que nous étions fatigué à notre arrivée à 23h ou entré dans notre chambre pour déposer les valises en plein milieu, prenne notre téléphone pour y mettre le code wifi… c’était très perturbant, même si chaque personne a été agréable et bienveillant.

La présence agréable de Mr Sabr, Marim, Muchi au petit déjeuner était vraiment superbe ! Merci beaucoup pour votre générosité et votre accueil chaleureux ! Walid était également très agréable et serviable, on pouvait le voir à l’accueil ou à chaque étage avec une énergie chaleureuse. Jamel a été super à la réception : très accueillant, rassurant, agréable et serviable. Merci infiniment d’avoir contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour ! La première chambre était bruyante car collée à la rue. Et les egyptiens ne dorment visiblement que très peu, du coup, le bruit pouvait durer jusqu’au petit matin, comme 3h… le chauffe eau a également rendu l’âme dans la nuit. On a cependant été ravi de notre deuxième chambre très spacieuse, confortable dans laquelle on pouvait voir les pyramides et le sphinx malgré la présence du bâtiment du café d’en face…
- Tasi (7/5): Si lo que te importa es la ubicación y una buena vista a las pirámides, SÚPER RECOMENDABLE - La ubicación y la vista desde la terraza eran increíbles. Se puede ir caminando desde el hotel a las pirámides. Personal muy amable. El wifi no funciona, la comida y bebida en hotel es cara comparada con otros hoteles (pero a la vuelta del hotel hay franquicias de comida rápida a muy buen precio), el desayuno era variado pero falta un poco de higiene.

After checkin was completed and payment was done; we were taken to a room which didnt have any window. When we asked for pyramid view room we were told that room was not availbe for the day and will be provided on the next day. We were offered dinner on the house. Next day we moved to the pyramid view room, however the room wasnoverlloking the terrace of the next hotel which gets crowded at times.

Upon arrival they said room is not ready and moved us to another building for 1 night. Next day they gave us the room. Unbelievable !!! They sold our room to somebody. Also they offered a free transfer from Airport to hotel as we booked for 3nights. We confirmed with booking.com message. and no driver showed up. When asked about it, they just simply ignore.

- Baptiste (5/5): Pour le prix et l’emplacement ça vaut le coup. Pour le repos, c’est une autre histoire. - Le coup du double hôtel, c’est limite limite. On se retrouve deux nuits dans l’hôtel d’à côté sans douche chaude. Bruit infernal toute la nuit. La dernière nuit, on nous transfert dans l’hotel Principal. Bien meilleure nuit. En revanche, super personnel. Roof top au top ! Super petit déjeuner très complet. Pour le prix et l’emplacement ça vaut le coup. Pour le repos, c’est une autre histoire. Le bruit (mais ça semble la norme au Caire) La douche catastrophique.

Nos atendieron increíble, éramos 2 mujeres y cuando salíamos del hotel una persona siempre nos acompañaba a comprar lo que ocupabamos, siempre nos sentimos muy seguras. Nos recomendaron tour y los meseros de la noche se convirtieron en nuestros amigos. En la terraza se siente una vibra muy linda y el ambiente es perfecto. Todo fue perfecto.

Food was generally decent, and they also provided a breakfast box for when I had an early morning departure. The contents of the fridge that hotels usually charge for were also free. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 3rd floor, with the terrace being the 4th. There was a tendency for loud music to be played in the evenings from about 8pm to 11pm which was annoying, especially when you have an early start the next day. The shower was also quite small. There was a habit of the housekeeping placing the new hand towel on the toilet lid, which I do not feel is hygienic.

Das Zimmer war gut, für ägyptische Verhältnisse. Das Essen im Hotel war auch okay. Der Cappuccino war sehr gut. Die Umgebung und die Lautstärke. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Lärm im Hotel und direkt davor. Eine angrenzenden Baustelle auf der die ganze Nacht die Baufahrzeuge piepend rückwärts fahren. Bellende Hunde, hupende Fahrzeuge und schreiende Menschen. Am schlimmsten waren die Kinder dort. Die haben wie besessene herum geschrien. Vor dem Hotel und auch im Hotel. Unfassbar laut und bis 3 Uhr Nachts.

Staff friendliness, and atmosphere were amazing and everything we hoped for. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to take in the views over a delicious continental breakfast. The staff exceeded our expectations and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The street outside was particularly noisy until late in the night. This is out of the control of our hotel staff so we did not hold it against them.
