BaTiBa (8/5): Confortable night. A little noisy in the morning and the staff at the night was very nice! - The young man who greeted me at the front desk was wonderful. I was tired, and he was so personable. He related to me because my son is also attending PV and seemed to understand the plight of a mom traveling from Dallas to pick up her son's dorm items. ( Young black male with glasses on night shift at 10:00 PM) He made the cost of one night's stay, which was far too high, almost worth it. There was no outlet to plug my phone into at the nightstand; not enough parking, and the parking lot had food particles and wrappers on the ground.

Michael (1/5): Be aware of bed bugs. I have invested in an ultraviolet light to travel with from now on! - Nice staff, good breakfast, great location to where we needed to be and easy to get to off the highway. So, my ratings are a little all over the place. The reason for this is that I personally did not have any issues with this hotel. We were only there for one night and when we left, I would recommended it highly. However, once we left the hotel and about half a day later, my niece who was in the room next door to us with her sister, became to itch. Once we got home and later that night, it got worse and she became to develop welps on her body to the point that we took her to the urgent care because it looked like she was having an allergic reaction to something. Nope... BED BUGS!! We had to go home and throw everything in the washer and run it on hot water to kill any remaining bugs.

Ziegler (8/5): It was close enough to the Faire to be convenient. It was very clean. Good breakfast. - Breakfast was good. Hot breakfast and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet enough. The ac does not have a stay on option to continue to blow when temperature is reached. The ac made a noise that eventually you got used to. It's just not a good thing to get woken up by the ac kicking in again. I would suggest taking a fan if you need a constant stream of air like I do.

Clark (5/5): My stay was bittersweet. - I loved how clean the property was. very well kept. the morning breakfast was a nice boost to start the day. the AC stayed blowing cold air. and the suite was to die for. The bed sheets….I’m not sure if cheap detergent is being used but it has to come to an end. All of the people I traveled with claimed that they woke up with dry and itchy skin, while I (someone who has eczema) woke up with hives all over my arms. I use the same products all the time so I know it wasnt due to a reaction to something new.

The walls are way too thin and we can hear every conversation next door. People were not abiding by the curfew and were running up and down the halls. No one was there to enforce the curfew. All the pillows were way too soft. There should be a mix of pillow thicknesses instead of 4 pillows of the same thickness.

When we returned to our room after being out all day, our things were crawling with bugs. We checked out immediately and because it was after 3pm, they still charged me for the night! I explained that we left at 8am that morning and were at a baseball tournament all day so there was no way we could have checked out sooner, but they still charged me. The internet was also very bad.
