Giorgos est présent, agréable et très communicatif : bonnes adresses, bons restaurants… Le must : manger chez sa sœur au restaurant Kamares (centre d’Elos) Les plus : randonnées accessibles (wikiloc) depuis la maison, cadeaux d’arrivée, et deux salles de bains. Le petit moins : les canapés du salon ne sont pas convertibles. Je remercie Giorgos pour ce séjour de Pâques et je recommande vivement cet établissement !
- Patricia (10/5): - A home away from home! Such a treat to live for several days as a local in Greece. Elos is a charming, tiny, hillside village with a small bakery (mainly bread baking (yum!), but also a small selection of cookies and savory pastries), a choice of restaurants, mini-market, and gas station. All shops family-owned and staffed. Our host was eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were on the ground floor of a multi-story home. It had conveniences such as a kitchenette, washer, blankets, TV, and wifi which made our stay more comfortable than would have been in a hotel. We sat outside on the lovely porch, planning.day trips to Elafonisi and Paleochora. Nice that Elos is centrally located such that either is possible. Winding roads through mountains down to the beaches, but easy to drive m in April when roads are not crowded. I do want to emphasize this is someone’s home, not a hotel, which might not be for everyone. But it was right for us. We enjoyed the experience of trying on living like a local and blending in!

- Nicolas (10/5): Nice place - Nice place to stay between Elafonisi and Pelaochora. Very clean, lot of space and well furnished house, nice view from the terrace.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This home is in a perfect spot to visit Elafonissi, Balos and Falasarna beaches plus other nearby. It has everything you need for a vacation: a kitchen with fridge, a washing machine, sat TV and a small a/c set. In Elos village you'll find all the everyday essentials and restaurants/tavernas for your dinners coming back from the sea. The owner is super fast and precise in communication, really appreciated.
- Pascal (10/5): Parfait pour visiter l'Ouest, excellent standing - Bel appartement en Duplex, avec vue montagne. Cette location est idéale pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète : Elafonissi (20mn), Balos (1h).. Le village d'Elos est agréable avec de nombreuses tavernes... Kamares testée : bel accueil, copieux et bon pour un prix modéré. Petits déjeuners à tomber !! Personnel hyper gentil. Le logement est vraiment magnifique. Décoration soignée. 2 salles de bains, plusieurs terrasses. Tout le nécessaire : frigo congélateur, machine à laver, table et fer à repasser, équipements enfants pour lit, jeux... Ce logement est proche du centre village (5mn à pied) mais au calme..Commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie réputée semble t'il ! Nuits tranquilles, avec le plus, moustiquaires aux fenêtres... Il permet d'être plus au cœur de la vie crétoise..

- Kenneth (10/5): Lovely home - A lovely, comfortable home in Elos. Nicely updated and very nice decorative touches. Owner was attentive to our needs and the community is real. Several tavernas open even in this off season. We would definitely stay here again!
