Derek (8/5): dated, but rural charm. needs some improvements to be a truly great value. location is terrific and owner is sweet. need - location, quiet farm, close to Assisi, nice view of Assisi on the mountain, very hospitable family. large apartment- very clean. very dated unit, mattress was hard and you could feel the springs, bed needs to be replaced and upgraded. kitchen was not well-equipped. pool was not operative and poorly maintained. but regardless of criticism, had a lot of charm
Lisa (9/5): Assisi view from the pool is unbeatable. Location is great. Would come again. Thank you! - The location is walking distance to all the highlights in Assisi. We loved it. The pool is absolutely fantastic on hot days. It was for us the main reason to book this apartment. We were welcomed with a lovely home made cake and the hosts are very kind. All communication via messages was very quick and helpful. The kids missed a dish washer as they had to help with the washing up ;). But that was no big issue. The AC didn't manage to cool down the living room and the kids' room properly at night, so they had difficulties falling asleep. The room further to the back had a separate AC and that worked better. But hey, it was summer in Itlay :)
