The hotel is modern, clean, and is surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops and everything else. Close to the airport and very convenient. Definitely a step up from comfort Inn and Hampton Inn series. I will say the beds at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn are more comfortable. This bed is a mattress on a hard platform and definitely does not sleep as well. Otherwise, the place is very nice.

The place is really well-maintained, the staff are great, and generally it is definitely the top Fairfield I have ever stayed in. Really, it is very impressive and feels and looks like a more upscale Marriott. I especially like that they put effort into decorating with a local feel, with the equestrian-themed art. I had a quick hour to relax by the pool one afternoon and appreciated how clean and quiet it was. I was the only person there, and the view of the lake made it feel like I was out in nature. Also, being close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants in the mall area was great. No complaints. Kudos to team there, I'll be back.

• Pomerleau (9/5): Nice property with excellent staff and updated rooms. - The facility was clean and so was our room. There were bathrooms updates done since our last stay and most tastefully done. The reception staff were very friendly and checked us in and out very quickly. Your breakfast room crew were also very friendly and kept every surface very nicely cleaned. I only have a couple minor comments in the "didn't like" department. At breakfast we found the assortment of food choices to be quite satisfying but the bacon was floating in grease. This was solved by draining the pork on several napkins but the appearance was a turn-off. I was also unable to lacate any pepper among the numerous condiments. Such a simple fix and therefore probably not even worth my mentioning. The same will not deter us from our next stay.
• Rebecca (10/5): Impressed with Fairfield will definitely choose to stay in a Fairfield another location - Property was very clean love they sent when you walk in the door, staff well, dressed and professional Breakfast set up was disappointing closer to being a continental breakfast then a nice full on breakfast that I’ve had at many other hotels warm and fresh items were only two choices, eggs, and bacon. Of course you can make pancakes, but there were no other more breakfast options I would consider a type of breakfast potato, a biscuit and gravy, and an additional meat.

I really didn't like that and I expect most people don't care to be charged for something they have no intention of using. • Kipp (2/5): - Concern Regarding Bedbug Bites During Stay I am writing to let other potential customers understand the issue I had during my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn and how the Fairfield Inn staff handled it. Upon waking up after my first night, I noticed several bites on my body, which I later identified as bedbug bites. I promptly reported this to the front desk and showed them the affected areas. Later that day, the General Manager contacted me to inform me that a check of the room revealed no signs of bedbugs. However, as the day went on, the bites continued to spread and worsen, as evidenced by the attached pictures. I have experienced bedbug bites before, so I am familiar with their appearance and sensation. Although the hotel allowed me to cancel my second night without penalty, I feel that a refund for the first night is warranted, given the discomfort I endured. The GM mentioned that there had never been a complaint about bedbugs at your hotel, but I find it concerning that she confidently stated my bites were not from bedbugs, despite admitting she had no experience with them, having worked at the Fairfield Inn.

Room was clean and fine overall. 2 negatives - did not leave fresh towels (or even used towels) when servicing room and the room stayed hot. Thermostat was mainly for show because room never cooled (even though outside temp was low) prob because engineering had the minimum set too high. So I slept poorly. Probably would stay here again.

• KMestre (10/5): Fantastic Stay – Perfect for Our Tournament Trip! - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while in town for a basketball tournament in Wellington. Instead of staying at our team hotel in Boynton Beach, we opted to stay here, and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location was unbeatable—just a five-minute drive to the Wellington Village Park complex, plus close to the Wellington Green Mall and plenty of great restaurants. The hotel was well-maintained and felt either new or exceptionally cared for. Our room was spacious with two queen beds, which were surprisingly comfortable for a Fairfield. Everything was clean, and you could tell the property was in great shape. Breakfast had the typical Fairfield Inn selection—eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, breads, juice, and coffee— but was the perfect field we needed to start our day before heading to games. The staff was fantastic, especially Angela (I believe that’s her name), who checked us in. Our original room was next to the elevator, and since we could hear the noise, we requested a different room. She graciously accommodated us without hesitation. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out of 2 PM, just in case, and they granted it, which we really appreciated. Being recognized as Titanium members was a nice touch as well. Overall, our short stay was a pleasant one, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
