Keine Kühlschrank in Zimmer.Keine Besteck.Wasserkocher war verhangen, Teebeutel auch, aber kein Zucker und kein Löffel.Das hat mir gefehlt.Aber für eine Nacht hat es mir nicht viel geschadet.Für mehrere Tage wäre es bestimmt nicht so gut Erfrischung Getränke warm zu trinken.Sonst würde ich für mich necksten mal wieder buchen wenn diese Kriterien erfüllt werden.
• Jan David (8/5): Gutes Hotelangebot in Bonn-Beuel - ohne Schnickschnack, aber persönlich. - Freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang. Kleines Hotel mit persönlichem Touch, gerade weil es nicht die Perfektion der großen Hotelketten hat. Ruhige Lage abseits der Straße.

• Kathleen (5/5): Enttäuschend - Ich habe das zweite Mal hier eine Nacht verbracht. Die Zimmer sind neu und von der Ausstattung in Ordnung, sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im ersten Stock hinten durch, ich habe nie so schlecht geschlafen. Es gab merkwürdige Geräusche, klang wie aus einem Rohr, ähnlich einer defekten Toilettenspülung. Da das Bad keine Tür hat, war eine Dämpfung der Geräuschkulisse nicht möglich. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, daher gab es keinen Ansprechpartner, um eine bessere Lösung zu finden.

Petit Déjeuner correct correspondant à ce qui fait partout ailleurs en Allemagne pour un établissement similaire. Dommage qu'il y ait beaucoup d'escaliers à monter ou descendre soit pour aller dans la chambre soit pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner en sous-sol

• Thomas (5/5): Ansonsten, geht so für kurze Zeit - Technisch auf dem neusten Stand WLAN funktioniert nur an der Rezeption und nicht auf dem Zimmer. Barhocker sind unbequem zum Essen, da die Beine in der Luft baumeln.

• Birgit (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Zimmer sind komplett neu eingerichtet. Sogar ein Wasserkocher befand sich im 2 Bett-Zimmer. Die Dusche ist schön groß. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig. Ein Bad ohne Tür ist für manche Leute gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• lilamoecki (8/5): Sauber, ordentlich, gut für eine Dienstreise - Das Frühstück war gut. Die Brötchen waren sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt sehr versteckt. Ist meiner Meinung nach gut für eine Übernachtung. Leider sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

• Fabio (1/5): A causa del pessimo trattamento ricevuto, raccomandiamo a tutti di evitare questo hotel. - Nulla di rilevante. Pessima colazione, pulizia delle camere assente, atteggiamento indisponente e villano del titolare di fronte alle nostre cortesi lamentele.
• mert (2/5): Would not stay there ever again - the staff was bad; the receptionist in the morning was racist; he told that "Italians ate all bananas". The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Only 2 rotten apples were availabe and he tried to charge me 12 euros for that.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war fleckig und machte keinen guten Eindruck. Verkalkter Duschkopf und durchgelegene Matratze. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr wortkarg.

• MooNoi (8/5): Superschoon appartement in rustige omgeving. - De locatie was goed, het is een stille omgeving.Wel buiten het centrum maar dat weet je van tevoren. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima. De wifi op de (bovenste) kamer kan echt beter. Betaling voor parkeren van klanten vind ik persoonlijk niet kunnen.

• Annette (4/5): Nicht noch einmal - Modernes Zimmer, gute Matratze Kühlschrank kühlte nicht, Lebensmittel nach einem Tag verdorben. Zimmer sehr warm, da Oberlicht im Bad nicht zu öffnen und die Klimaanlage nach 22.00 Uhr ausging. Lage unattraktiv.

I payed to park my car 8 € per night in the parking slots but the hotel did not reserved the position for my car and the result was the one night I parked the car out side in the street. The management of the hotel must consideration for this topic. When I left, before 8 AM noone was in the reception in order to complain and ask for a refund. Employees in the reception desk is working a limited of hours. The darkness in the yard and in the surround area cause insecure emotions and feeling because the hotel is deep a half of block from the front street. It is necessary to have a more and safety lights together.
• Claudia (6/5): - Wir waren im Neubau des Hotels im Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Der Neubau war scheinbar noch nicht abgeschlossen. Überall schauten irgendwelche Kabel aus Wänden oder Boden, die auf weitere Verwendung warteten. Der vorgesehene Frühstücksraum war noch nicht aktiv. Die kleineren Grünfläschen im Außenbereich waren ungepflegt. Das Zimmer mit Bad/WC war modern und sauber. Leider funktionierten der Fernseher und der Kühlschrank nicht. Für einen im Zimmer befindlichen Heißwasserbereiter gab es keine Steckdose. Es war kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Diese Dinge hatten wir beim "Manager" moniert, es wurde aber bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Bad war zum Zimmer hin nur im Duschbereich mit einer Glaswand abgetrennt. Vom WC- und Waschbeckenbereich zum Zimmer hin gab es KEINERLEI Abtrennung, weder Sicht- noch Geräusch- und Geruchsabtrennung. Das fanden wir sehr befremdlich. Das Frühstück beinhaltete das notwendigste, leider für jeden Gast nur 2 (abgezählte) Brötchen, Brot wurde gar nicht angeboten.

I had to make rounds around the hotel three times to get to it. It is located at the end of a small road, which has not a sign board. The room was small and simple, and has small single beds. No coffe maker, microwave, or refrigerator! No bottle of water, The parking lot was so small, and we were asked to move a car during check-in by a front desk man.

The location was also nice, the hotel is right next to the bus stops from where you can reach the center and the train station in 10 min and there is Penny very close to it. The receptionist was friendly We didn't expect the bathroom to have no doors and, even though it was not a catastrophy, it was a bit awkward. It would also be great to have a kettle. Apart from that, everything was good

• Reza (1/5): Bad - The behavior exhibited by the staff was rather discourteous. Furthermore, they insisted on a charge of 1 Euro per minute for extending the check-out time. As an illustration, I found myself paying an extra 15 Euros for a mere 15-minute delay in check-out, which although not a substantial amount, was still quite surprising.

• Martin (9/5): Good facility if this is your intended destination. - We had a double room with kitchen and this served our purpose well. Staff were friendly and helpful and apartment was clean. Nothing to fault.
