- Olga (2/5): - Communications terrible very stressful from the rudeness of customer services the Room Superior, 2bedroom with ocean view or River I paid for never I never got till after 2nights cause I continued pursuing it wasn’t the room I paid for cause it had no Ocean view nor river but the room they gave me had stale smoke smell and was a not the Superior 2 bedroom with ocean or river view I paid for through hotel.com, but on the 3rd day I went straight to the receptionist next morning and they still insist that’s the superior room until I told them I don’t have any Ocean or River like the picture of the room I should get and plus I requested a Queen Bed and 2nd room a double bed, next they said I got what I paid for and that’s the problems I get for booking with third party referring to you auhotel.com 5hrs since I arrived before finally I found their locations to collect the key and than the room was not even the room I booked… But thank goodness the days went by fast and then they told me the picture of the room I booked is just a picture don’t know where auhotel.com got those pictures from , I used to work in Travels and the photos of resorts, hotels rooms pictures are downloaded by the property or company owners, not the travel agents we don’t have the right to download any pictures of rooms or the properties, we travel agents just book for clients who selected the rooms from hotels and resorts from the websites..I’ll let my families and friends never to stay this property
- Debbie (3/5): Poor - Location Damien was flexible and prompt on arrival however the room was not advertised correctly. For a 2 bedroom apartment, there is no door on the second room just 2 single beds, difficult with young children. The dryer is extremely loud and sounds like it’s going to blow up at any moment. The whole apartment does not have blockout blinds which means as soon as the sun rises at 5am so do the kids, ridiculous for the price of the room that the blinds are not designed properly. The bench is falling apart which made it difficult to eat as there is no dining table. The room is in desperate need of some maintenance so other families can hopefully enjoy their stay there a little more than we did

- Lynne (6/5): - This hotel is in a great location with everything you’d wish for. Unfortunately our room was substandard. Aircon was very average, internet on TV barely connected, the couch had springs making lumps and a light didn’t work in the bathroom, The second bedroom was basically a study with frosted doors-no windows or natural light, and no aircon vent. The view was nice, the two outdoor pools offered choice as to where to sit, and the grounds provided green space. I have stayed here before in a beautiful room but was disappointed in this one.

- Louise (4/5): - False advertising of 2 bathrooms : not enough towels for us all. Bathroom has No fan and floods after each shower. Paid extra for a euro bed and no extra bedding was left out or even the bed. Room was not cleaned great, curtains falling off the wall, couch was broken. They need major maintenance and cleaning of there apartments before wanting to charge so much. Location is good.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment ocean view, to find that the apartment was a 1 bedroom with second bed located beside the kitchen and it was only the river view, not the ocean view. The room was also uncleaned with stains shown on the bed mattress and couch. The kitchen fridge was also not working as it was constantly leaking on the floor. It was a constant trip hazard despite their maintenance guy looking at it a couple of times. As nice as the Circle on Cavill is - I would not book through 3rd party on expedia.
- SZ (2/5): - We booked a private penthouse and the night before checking in, I was contacted and told we were being upgraded which I thought was odd but didn’t think twice about it. Little did I know that the people who had checked in the day before us, complained about their room so they were moved into the room we had initially booked and we were told we were being “upgraded” bull crap! Check in was meant to be at 2 but we weren’t allowed to check in till 3.30 because the “room” wasn’t ready. We checked in and the room was filth. The carpet was torn. Holes in the walls. Furniture was old and foul. Utensils in the kitchen were dirty. Rips and tears in the curtains. Aircon not working in the bedrooms. Balcony lights broken. Fridge broken and NO WIFI. Absolutely disgusted that the owner of a private penthouse doesn’t think they should put some money towards making the room stay able. We paid $1000 a night. Not bloody worth it. Don’t ever book a private penthouse at circle. We had to clean the rooms because it was filthy. Horrid that we actually stayed there but we had no choice. I have kids and wouldn’t let them walk around barefoot cause it was that gross. Now the pool area at circle, I think there’s a total of 10 pool Lounges around the pool. 10!! No other seating areas. We had to put all our stuff in a corner next to the building so we could go into the pool. They should invest in some cabanas or maybe some pool chairs and lounges. Not family friendly in my opinion at all! Don’t stay!

- RJ (4/5): - Property was not very clean.. the bed linens towels and blankets were dirty. There was dried filthy snot on one of the blankets, a hair in one of the towels and the linens had some marks on it. One of the downlights in the main bedroom was hanging out of the ceiling.. the hair dryer wasnt working.. a couple of the lights in the apartment werent working.. and the ones that were werent safe when we would switch them on from the wall. Also there were dirty towels left in the washing machine.. when we got there the receptionist wasnt very helpful.. even throughout the stay.. we were never told about calling someone to pick up our apartment keys..we just assumed reception would hand them to us as it is normally done.. throughout the stay they werent very helpful.. apart from the view everything else was a disappointment.. would not book there again!
