• Tennessee (10/5): Comfortable stay with amazing views - Really comfortable bnb - we stayed before and after the W trek. The beds were comfortable, the heating was excellent, shared bathrooms clean. We especially loved the shared area on the top floor which had amazing views of the water and mountains and lots of places to relax. There is a decent kitchen and free breakfast. We were able to store our luggage while we went on the trek. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! We did find it a little noisy in the corridors, mainly when people arrived late at night from the bus. No stove available (but there was an electric oven and microwave)

• María José (10/5): Acogedor - Tiene una vista preciosa, siempre tenían snacks y meriendas para que pudieras tomar en caso de que salieras de tour temprano, el personal increíble y super amable. No está en el centro de Puerto Natales; sin embargo, no está nada alejado de la costanera y el resto de atracciones. Es cómodo y muy acogedor. Todo estuvo muy bien 👍🏻

The facilities were very clean and the views from the upstairs living space were great. The provided breakfast looked good (I'm vegan so not many options for me sadly) and the staff were really lovely too. The walls were very thin - you could hear everything. I understand it's an old property so it hasn't quite been built to 'hotel' standards, but something to be mindful about if you're a light sleeper.

• Nancy (8/5): Convenient, friendly, clean and safe. - Location is good. Staff (Isadora) is very helpful. It’s set up well for hikers heading to the W or O treks, in that you can get breakfast as early as needed. The walls are very thin, so you may want ear plugs.

Punto excelente que te dejan a disposición el desayuno aunque al día siguiente salgas temprano a los tours, super considerados con cosas prácticas para llevar. Las personas que atienden muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Es indispensable avisar si la llegada es a horas no habituales para recibir indicaciones

The one thing that was a bit unfortunate was that I was not able to extend my stay in the morning when I decided spontaneous to stay one more night. I had to check out and check in in again in the afternoon again. But all in all I would definitely stay there again

• tania (9/5): Nete Unterkunft mit toller Außenterrasse - Die Terrasse mit Blick und der Frühstücksraum waren sehr schön. Die meisten Zimmer haben ein richtiges Fenster. Mein Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in den Gang. Da ich tagsüber unterwegs war und nur zum Schlafen in dem Zimmer war, hat es mich nicht gestört.

• Léa (10/5): - The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We felt like home, both in our room and common area (the kitchen/living room upstairs is very cosy with a superb view). We slept two nights in a room with shared bedroom, and a few days later one night with private bathroom. Both were very good. We could leave our luggage there during our absence (4 day hike).

Possibilité de laisser ces affaires pour quelques euros si trek de plusieurs jours. Petit déjeuner industriel mais il y a un peu de tout, et possibilité de le prendre très tôt donc très arrangeant avant de partir pour le parc.

The common room was a bit cold. After the guests who ate an early breakfast left, there was not hot water for the coffee/tea, but there was a kettle to heat extra water.

A 4 cuadras de la terminal de omnibus y a pocas del centro... Excelente relación calidad/precio.... Y 10 puntos con el desayuno, que está disponible desde muy temprano, para aquellos que salimos temprano hacia Torres del Paine. El desayunador tiene una pequeña sala de estar con una vista genial. Si vuelvo a Puerto Natales, vuelvo a Xalpen! 😊 nada..

• Lasse (8/5): - Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet super und gut ausges. Wir haben dort einen sehr netten Abend verbracht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad im Untergeschoss. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr hübsch, aber keine Möglichkeit etwas abzulegen. Tolles Bett, sehr angenehm darauf zu schlafen. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer, gerade wenn man das Bad teilt nicht so toll. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist sehr spartanisch und die Duschbadewanne mit hohem Einstieg sollte mal erneuert werden.

The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful. The booking .com listing is misleading. Xalpen is closer to a hostel type accommodation then a B&B with lots of rooms on the bottom story and a shared living space upstairs. Still nice and good to stay at on a budget for a few nights but this is not a B&B apartment.

La cortina tenia hongos y la tina. Para tener baño compartido necesitan ser más minuciosos con las limpiezas diarias. El dispensador de jabon de manos estaba roto. Quizas colocar dispensadores de shampoo, acondicionador y jabon en la ducha pueda sumar un detalle amable a un baño mancomunado.
• Jari (9/5): Angenehmes Hostel - Super Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir durften gegen einen geringen Aufpreis auch unser Gepäck während mehreren Tagen bei ihnen lagern. Wir können das Hostel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nichts, war alles super.
• Lena (9/5): - Mein Zimmer war im Souterrain, was hervorragend war, denn man bekommt nicht so viel mit wenn morgens alle zu ihren Touren starten. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Gemeinschaftsraum kommt man sehr schnell mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch, dazu eine tolle Aussicht von dort. Mehr Möglichkeiten den Koffer auszupacken, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank oder Regale. Das war nicht schlimm, wäre einfach bequemer bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten.

Elbiseleri asacak dolap olmasa da,hiç değilse açık raf olabilirdi.Sanırım elbise asmaya ihtiyaç duymayanlar için tasarlanmış.

Desayuno rico y con una vista increíble. La acústica de la habitación se podría mejorar dado que se escucha hacia afuera.
