It should be noted that the cleaning service is not daily but if you need towels or something else, you request it at the reception and they will bring it to you immediately and the location is perfect. It is close to bus stations.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was clean, housekeeping did an excellent job and cleaned the room thoroughly whenever requested. There was a water boiler in the room with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. There was no oven for cooking (and honestly, you don’t need one in Istanbul 😄), but there was a microwave, along with plates, forks, spoons, and everything needed for simple meals. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom for towels and also in the room for jackets. There are some inside the wardrobe, but nothing in the bathroom.

Atvykus buvome maloniai nustebinti: be jokios papildomos priemokos kambarį pakeitė į geresnį! Vieta taip pat puiki: labai patogu, nes viešbutis įsikūręs netoli Taksimo aikštės ir leidžia lengvai pasiekti pagrindinius miesto objektus. Apskritai, viešnagė paliko pačius geriausius įspūdžius. Jei vėl teks viešėti Stambule, būtinai sugrįšime būtent čia.

Ehsan (10/5): If I had to say what the best part is, it’s both the staff and the facilities. - It was an amazing experience. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend it and will definitely visit again. The Location was near to Taksim Square, so you had easy access to Metro and İstiklal Avenue.

Svein (6/5): - The rooms were not completely clean when I arrived. In the bathroom there were dark hairs in several places both on the wall and floor. (see pictures) I have white hair so it was not from me. There was dust and some trash under the beds. In the bedroom at the back there was a view straight into the neighbor and a dirty backyard. The first room had a small window high on the wall and a large wall without a window and with imitation brick. Sad and dark. One trash can was half full of trash from previous guests. The air conditioning was good. The WiFi was ok but was slow at times. The location is good because it is a short walk to most things in the Taksim area. If you are just going to shower and sleep there, the place is recommended.

Delaram (6/5): Trevlig personal men dålig städning och problem med komforten. - Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget var bra och rummet var i grunden okej. Luftkonditioneringen var placerad rakt ovanför sängen, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova bekvämt. Städningen var mycket bristfällig – under och bakom sängarna samt i badrummet var det smutsigt, och det fanns döda insekter och många myror i rummet. Glaset i duschen var smutsigt och tallrikarna och andra saker i rummet var gamla och ofräscha.
Muller (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay at T-Square Residence. Our group of 6 travelers were received by extremely friendly and helpful staff, able to assist with any questions that we had. The location is an easy 5 minute walk from Taksim Square. From there the whole of Istanbul is at your disposal using only public transport.

K. (7/5): Good hotel, but don't be careless at night on the block. - The hotel is clean (rooms, towels and linen), beds are comfortable. Plumbing, furniture and appliances are in order, the elevator works. The room corresponds to the description on the website. For local aparthotels this is a rarity. Walking distance to the main types of transport and shops. Friendly staff, almost everyone understands and speaks accessible English. There was also a safe in the closet, but it was easy to take out of the room. I want to warn all about the need to be vigilant and careful. This is certainly not a minus of this particular hotel, it's just the area. One evening at an intersection 150 meters from the hotel we witnessed a theft on the street. Two guys robbed a tourist, but were in no hurry to leave the scene of their crime. On the contrary, they continued to have fun in the company of cafe workers at the intersection, who also saw the crime, but did nothing. This speaks of the ordinariness of this outrageous situation and warns guests of this area.
Shahbaz (10/5): Great stay! - Mr. Anis and Mr. Kadir went the extra mile to help us wherever possible. Hotel is a walkable distance to Taksim square and then to Istiklal street. We enjoyed our time in this neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. A lots of narrow one way streets, but we did not rent a car this time so no issues.

Gabriela (6/5): Cheap apartment in a good location: don't expect too much - The apartment is very close to taksim square, the neighborhood is very interesting, with lots of shops nearby, public transport access The price for the apartment was definitely good, although I booked the "most expensive" one with the terrace. The apartment was quite big. You get an (almost daily) cleaning service. I am not picky but the cleanliness was really not good. I booked the room with the terrace, obviously to sit outside, but unlike the picture suggests, you can't really sit outside. The outdoor chairs are missing, and the floor and the wobbly table is covered in bird shit. Inside the cleanliness is better, not good, but definitely better. The kitchen is not well equipped. The toilet seat and the balcony door were half broken. The shower did not drain properly I don't understand why they would leave customers disappointed with things that could easily be corrected.

Marija (10/5): Good choice, price&quality, very near Taksim, great personnel - We loved staying at T-square! Its 5 minutes from Taksim, the metro, Istiklal street and is well connected with everything! It was clean and we were asked daily if we would like to get out room cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, there was always hot water and since we were staying during some colder days in April, I very much appreciated the heating being on non-stop. The room is spacious enough and in good condition. We especially liked the staff working at the hotel- Anes and Abdul Kadir! They are very friendly, hospitable and willing to help! It meant a great deal and made our stay even more enjoyable! The street the hotel is has many food places, convenience stores etc. Maybe I wouldn’t recommend the Taksim area to female solo travelers but overall we felt really safe. I definitely recommend this hotel, for us it was a great choice! I think that the bathroom could use a hook to hang the hand towel. Also, in the room a shoe rack or a coat hanger could be useful.

I booked this property, they took the money, and when I asked for assistance regarding check-in times and the shuttle service, they never replied. I showed up at the hotel, but there was no one there. All of this happened while I was on the street with a 1-year-old child and no accommodation. They took the money and refused to give it back. Even though I proved I was at the hotel on the day and time of the confirmed check-in, they never responded. It’s absolutely shameful! Stay far away from this so-called hotel!

Right after I made the booking, the staff immediately reached out — even at 3 AM — to confirm everything and help us settle in quickly after a very stressful night. Their responsiveness and kindness really stood out. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, and we had daily room service, which kept everything fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The only very minor issue was a small leak under the sink (from the siphon), but it really didn’t affect our overall experience. Everything else was truly great, and we felt completely at ease. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and caring environment! Almost every thing was perfect.

The location is close to Taksim Square and close to transportation. There is a supermarket very close by. There is a paid parking. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
