- Marcus (10/5): Wonderful staff, and an excellent stay. - Staff were kind, friendly, and very accommodating (despite our limited ability to speak Japanese). Bathroom was very spacious and includes both a bathtub and shower, as well as a bidet. The provided breakfast (served between 6-9 am) was delicious and usually includes small sides of salad, scrambled eggs with sausage, pasta (or potato salad), miso soup, and a choice of two rice balls or toast. The reception floor also has coin laundry and dryers, and the staff even provided us with extra clothes hangers to take to our room for hang-drying. Location was also quite convenient (about a 12 minute walk from Yatsuka station, and a few steps from the nearest 7-11). There is also a microwave provided in the hall. We had no major issues with this hotel. It would be nice if there were a few extra coat hangers provided in the room, but the hotel staff were kind enough to provide extra ones to us. As travellers, it would also be nice to have breakfast offered a little later (maybe 6-10am), but since this is a business hotel, earlier breakfast is normal.

- Benedict (10/5): - Located at the far end of Adachi city, a couple of steps to Saitama prefecture and the Kenai river, and about a 10 min walk from Yatsuka station in Saitama. If you brisk walk, you could probably get to the station in about 7-8 mins. Hotel reception was warm and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

- John (2/5): - Getting to check in desk was complicated but I don't read japanese so I don't know if signs were helpful. The main lobby stunk and looked extremely dirty. Was told that we had to leave our room key when left our room. The worst part was the amount of black mold that was in our room. The whole building should be condemned. I couldn't breathe nor sleep because of it. Called hotels.com to hopefully get a refund due the black mold after canceling the rest of our stay. The hotel refused to refund us. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their site.

- ゆきこ (8/5): - 部屋が広く、ホテルでは珍しく明るい照明で良かった。日本式？で靴を脱いで上がるため、床もきれいで気持ち良い！ただ、最寄り駅が遠く、都心からは距離がある。
- トモユキ (4/5): - ホテル周辺に用事があったので近い所でホテルを探していてあったので、利用させてもらいましたが良かった点は駐車場が無料で利用できる所だけで、後は悪い点ですが、先ず建物が古いから部屋が多少劣化で汚いのは仕方ないのですが匂いが臭いのが辛かったです。 部屋の中に持ち込んだ荷物全てに匂いが移って不快てした。鼻の中にずっと部屋の匂いがこもっていて気分も最悪でした。 色々書きましたがクレーマーではありません。 次に行かれる方の為の情報として素直に見て判断してください。
