But bear in mind to clear cut about the price of airport transfer which is i didn’t aware. I thought the price for 3 is CZ800 but the driver said its 1200. Because they charge the car seat for my toddler

• Dutchiem (6/5): - The apartment is clean and spacious, it is very close to the old town, walking distance. After initially entering the apartment with a code, you actually get 2 electronic keys to enter the building and the apartment. The equipment of the apartment is very basic, from the kitchen to the lighting (no indirect lighting), the bed is very hard and the bathroom noisy (from the other apartments you hear the water flushing) there is a seperation door to the hallway so that tones it down a bit. The beds are hard. Now to the real con of the apartment. On Booking it states that the price includes all taxes and charges!! On arrival they want you to pay a city tax though, in cash and they threaten that if you do not pay it will result on a penalty of the city of Prague in the future, sounds like denunciation to me. The second is that they require an online check-in, where you have to send them copies of the passports of all guests and other sensitive information. If you do not fill these out they threaten you that they will not let you into the apartment, although they already took the money off my credit card (so we actually have a binding contract according to EU law). They do not offer an alternative and actually Booking.com states in between the messages on their platform, not to share any personal information like passport or ID numbers. In the property info it states that there is a receptionist so this person could do the whole process upon arrival, just that there is nobody at the reception. (See the screenshots)

Was able to keep the windows open even if there was noise from time to time. Only interaction with staff was with the cleaning lady that was preparing the flat and she was not that friendly.

Le confort de l'appartement La propreté ( chambre couloir ascenceur ) Suite à une grève surprise des pilotes de la LUFTHANZA, nous avons eu un jour de retard et contraint de réserver sur Ryanair à nos frais .L'établissement prévenu aussitôt n'a pas voulu nous rembourser la 1ère nuitée ni la reporter pour un jour complémentaire. Donc, une nuitée perdue et la réservation sur une autre Cie Aérienne et modifier le Parking auto ' pas simple) A ce jour, nous attendons toujours le remboursement de notre vol Lufthanza annulé et le silence de Booking. Le dernier jour nous avons appris que normalement on aurait dû trouver du café, du sucre, du thé et divers autres ingrédient. Ce qui ne fut pas notre cas.

Check-in is fully contactless, with no need to collect keys at the reception — everything is done online. This is very convenient, especially for introverts like us. The apartment has everything you need: a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, stove, TV, and a nice modern design. As for drawbacks: we did not notice an air conditioner, so it might be hot during the summer. The electric stove was not working. In addition, the price on the website did not include the tourist tax, which had to be paid separately in cash in an envelope.
• PAVEL (7/5): Nice view but feels like a bit office - The view from the huge window was great. Location is great too. Check-in and check-out process simple and quick. Also there was real quiet in this location. Bedding wasn’t comfortable. The mattress was too hard for our taste so we spent nights on a sofa instead of bed. Pillows were not comfortable too. Kitchen utensils were old and should be replaced long time ago. The place overall a bit not homely, there is no wardrobe for instance.

• Oliver (10/5): Wonderful Central Place to check out the amazing City of Prague. For Singles/Couples, its 10/10 - Wunderbares ruhiges Appartment wie beschrieben, klein aber gemütlich. PErfekt für jeden der nur mal kurz in der Wohnung bleiben will um gleich wieder die Stadt zu erkunden. Gibt auch eine kleine Küche falls man doch mal innen essen möchte. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Beautiful little Appartment as described. Perfect if u wanna chill just before heading out into Prague again. Has a Functional Kitchen, Bath and everything else works fine aswell. Can only Recommend Kleinste Schäden im Zimmer sind erkennbar, aber auch nicht der Rede wert. Langschläfer könnten von den Reinigungskräften auf der Ebene geweckt werden :) Small Damages in the Room, but not really relevant. Longsleepers might get woken up by the Cleaning People that care of the Rooms on ur Floor. But for me it was fine aswell

Acessivel, a pé, do centro histórico, mas também bem servido de transportes. Estúdio com aspeto moderno e com equipamento necessário. Resumindo, uma boa opção que proporcionou uma semana bem passada. A repetir. Nada de particular. um detalhe apenas, e de pormenor: algumas almofadas adicionais diferenciadas seria bom.

До Староместской площади примерно пол часа пешком. Заселение-выселение без персонала было в первый раз но прошло без проблем Может единственное что не парковки хотя можно поставить на улице платно. Хотелось бы ближе к центру, но это если придираться.

• Dan (3/5): zusätzliche Gebühren - Es gibt zusätzliche Gebühren, das Residence wird Nachrichten senden, um Touristen einzuschüchtern, was die Konsequenzen sein werden, wenn sie das Geld nicht bezahlen. Die Steuern werden willkürlich erhoben, bitte überprüfen Sie vor dem Check-in, ob Sie zur steuerfreien Gruppe gehören. Der Kühlschrank ist nachts extrem laut, eben auf der niedrigsten Stufe. Die Unterkunft war sehr spartanisch; während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts wurde mir niemal eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Erstmal so eine Unterkunft getroffen habe :(

Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for myself, partner and daughter. Nice huge balcony which came in use a lot as it was such nice weather. Would definitely recommend and would come back. Lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets a few minutes walk away, and around 15-20 minutes depending on how quick you walk to the old town. The photos are correct. There wasn't really anything to complain about to be honest.

• Kevin (5/5): niet voor herhaling vatbaar - de bedden waren prima, badkamer ook, wel moest je uitkijken dat je niet tegen de kraan aan stootte want dan ging hij snel naar heel heet. kamer zag er verder netjes uit. er word netjes gevraagd of je naar 5 dagen nieuw bedlinnen en handdoeken wilt. het geluid overlast, we hebben veel nachten wakker gelegen omdat je naast de voordeur ligt deze gaat hard open en dicht. vaak kwamen er s'nachts mensen terug deze hoorde je goed helaas kan seven wishes hier niks aan doen het zijn de gasten die er verblijven. wel kunnen ze evt de deur aanpassen of maatregelen nemen tegen dit soort mensen. de mensen boven ons kon je ook goed horen lopen enz. dus best een gehorig appartement. we misten alleen een oven en een schone bakpan dit hebben we niet gebruikt. de wifi deed het in het begin heel goed maar later werd deze heel slecht.

• Petre Magradze (8/5): Excellent stay — clean, quiet, well-located property with convenient amenities and a smooth check-in - Very clean property, not only the room but the entire building, including the elevator and common areas, all very well maintained. We really liked the location — a quiet area with plenty of breakfast options and convenient transport connections to reach all parts of the city. The Military Museum and the Žižka Monument are also within walking distance. We also liked the check-in process, and especially appreciated the luggage storage area, accessible independently by code, which is very convenient if you arrive early. The room is also equipped with a kitchen and all necessary essentials.

Wen das nicht stört, hat hier einen super Aufenthalt.

Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Der Stadtteil Karlin ist sehr angenehm. Viele gute Restaurants um’s Eck. Leider ist die Bezahlung der City-Tax nur bar und passend möglich. Fön extrem schwach. Von der Dunstabzugshaube ging immer wieder ein unangenehmer Frittiergeruch aus, als wäre eine Lüftung an.

• Christiane (3/5): Great location but the bed was horrendous - The space was great and in a very central location. It had a properly fitted kitchen unit and lots of storage space. The room was extremely hot, despite us turning off all radiators and opening the windows for hours on end (late March stay, it was just above zero degrees). By far the worst part was the bed. The old and/or cheap mattress had two distinct dents that were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried sleeping in the middle, between the two dents, but I still awoke with agonising back pain. There were only two tiny pillows for two people. The bathroom also got very hot because there was no proper ventilation and no window. We also got two communications while there (didn't meet anyone in person): First email asking us for the city tax in cash in a currency we didn't have, which meant we had take out cash and pay ATM fees etc. when most places offer card payments. The second email asking us if by any chance we'd like to check out earlier than the 11am checkout time.

• Boris Varshavsky (9/5): Most cleverly configured small budget apartment - Great location close to the metro/trams/supermarkets on a quiet street. Walking distance to the old center but far enough from all those crowds. Clean and efficient. Everything is new. Reactions for our online messages were quick and helpful. It's probably the most cleverly configured small budget apartment I ever saw. It feels not tiny, but ... well. budget. It has all the necessary features, including elevator and laundry room in the basement (coin-operated). But most pleasant were many details showing that the owner company is not concerned on squeezing every square inch and every penny out of you, but to give you a comfortable apartment to live in. Just a few details which clearly demonstrate that attitude: -embedded door mat at the entrance (inside) -roll of garbage bags, not just a couple -full stack of toilet paper rolls, again not just one to start -real walk-in closet with light switch and dress bar -few extra lamps around -wifi credentials in clear view right by the router -show horn (!) -three large mirrors (bathroom, corridor, room) -5-shelf stand in the bathroom to keep your stuff on (invaluable!) -well-equipped kitchen for longer stays (we had 8 nights) Frequent travelers like us notice all those details right away, and we certainly appreciate the difference they create. Thank you, guys. (For future renters: ask to not to put you into 1st floor apartment close to entrance: the door booms like a cannon. We got lucky with our 3rd floor apartment and absolute quiet. Those old heavy walls do that for you) Minor stuff like 1. Four teaspoons is not enough. Adding a couple would certainly help. Maybe a couple more glasses, too. 2. We asked for 1 hour late checkout - just one hour via rearranging the cleaning sequence! - but got negative response. Yes, the management was in it's right, and was under no obligation, but still...

Líbilo se nám, že pro vstup do budovy i do apartmánu jsme dostali čipy, jednoduché přiložení otevře dveře a nemusí se pracně navolit kód. Apartmán čistý , pohodlná postel, dostatečné úložné prostory. Rádi bychom si příště zvolili toto ubytování v Praze. Pro mně zdlouhavé a dost obtížné vyplňování dotazníku z osobními údaji všech hostů.
