- heyroo70 (8/5): 사파의 가성비 최고 호텔 - 사파를 세번 갔지만 그 중에서 가격대비 최고 였음. 방은 트윈베드이고 산전망 베란다가 있는 방을 사용 했는데 방도 크고 전망도 좋았습니다. 아침조식도 전에 묵었던 사파의 두군데 호텔보다 좋았으며 직원들이 정말 친절 했습니다. 사파시내까지 걸어서 10분정도면 갈수 있고 모아나 사파 역시 10분거리 입니다. 야외 수영장이 있는데 수영을 하지 않은 관계로 잘 모르겠지만 수영을 하시는 분들이 많았습니다. 습해서 그런지 이불에서 냄새가 났고 화장실에서도 조금 냄새가 났습니다. 지내지 못할 정도의 냄새는 아니기에 큰 문제는 아니였습니다. 그 외에는 별다른 문제점이 없네요.

- Eugene (5/5): Overall nice hotel, but location is terrible - Everything was actually pretty nice. Room, view, food, service… But location… Location alone unfortunately is enough drawback to not wanting to stay there again. It’s located at the very bottom of Sapa centre and every time you want to go out, for a meal, or massage, or explore, you have to walk upstairs some 150 massive steps. I’m a hiker and very fit, yet, even for me those steps were very annoying, especially when you need to do it 4-5times a day. Can’t even imagine how other guest survive, unless you call for a car every time you need to get out. Otherwise a nice hotel. But considering how many nice hotels Sapa has, and most are in better locations, I wouldn’t stay there again.

As weather didn't allowed, we ended up staying another night and the owners went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. The location was continent, a few minutes walk to the city center. The room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. We even got upgraded to a room with a nice view of the valley, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast selection was big and everything was fresh and tasted good. Overall, high value for money and a great place for someone want a quite and nice hotel in Sapa.

Checked into our rooms with some family members and noticed issues with the rooms like dirty sheets, no safes, stains on the wall throughout one room and standing water in the corner of our bathroom. There are two restaurants onsite which is nice. One on the 2nd floor of the building and one outside of the front entrance. Both serves good food. The one by the entrance has Asian and American options while the one on the 2nd floor only has Asian dishes. The pool is nice and has an awesome view but also has warm water so not as refreshing after walking around in the heat of Vietnam. The stairways to get up there is a bit unusual so be careful if you have small children. Overall - good for 1-2 nights but not for an extended time.

Even the Housekeeping staff and Breakfast team were just great. Whatever the hotel staff did was genuine and they heard us and provided info absolutely to the point which was very helpful. We booked three day trips from them and all the rates they offered were equivalent to the market rate offered by other agents. At any point of time you donot feel that Hotel is trying to cheat you or take out extra money from you. This is something very important for any hotel. I believe that tells a great thing about their management. Love from all of us. Nothing abosutely

The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent variety. The temperature-controlled swimming pool added a touch of luxury. Conveniently, the Sapa station and market area are within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed a fun-filled and memorable stay.

Eve - The location is ideal—just about 1 km from Sapa town and within walking distance to Moana Sapa, so getting around was easy. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. We especially appreciated the warm water and the small but cozy pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Nothing at all.

Away from the city center but still a lot of noise since there were dogs barking across the street the whole night, the toilet made loud howling everytime someone used it (in the other rooms as well) and you could hear every customer from the corridor. - Rachel (7/5): Good - The property was good value for money and has spectacular views of the mountains. The town was only a short walk away, approx 10minutes, but it is up quite a steep hill so keep this in mind. There was a cockroach in our bathroom.
- Aaron (3/5): Rat infested, mouldy, dirty hotel.. Nice views tho 🤣 - Breakfast was decent. Pool and view was good. Location good. Staff were nice. Stayed 6 nights. Out of the 6 we stayed in 3 different rooms. 1st room on lever 4 was was dirty, bed sheets dirty, mould on the walls, room stunk of just mould. Rats running around in the walls at night. 2nd room was still dirty, I don't think the cleaners know what a duster is. Sheets again stains on them. Woke up in the night with 2 rats running around in the room, turned the light on and they ran up the curtain into a hole above the aircon. This was level 4 again. 3rd room. Same as above but minus the rats 🤣. The spare bed in this room has a massive piss stain on the mattress which you could clearly see through the sheets. Dinner menu at night, they only had around 10% of food available. Chickens outside are constant and start around 3am in the morning and don't stop.

The location of the hotel is quite good actually, as it is not in the center of the city which is very loud and full of people. We booked a double superior Room and must say it was very dirty the day we arrived, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. The bathroom was full of hair and the sheets were also dirty. We can imagine the views are good, but it appears we were not lucky enough to get a room with views, as the only thing we could see from our room was a small trail, almost at the level of our room. The hotel is very noisy and we could hear everything happening from 6 a.m. onwards. The breakfast was also below average and lacked options, although juices were good. The staff was very nice and the guy at reception speaks very good English. They helped us book a tour to the rice fields and it was very good in general.

- Excursion711739 (8/5): ❤️ - We stayed for 2 days as part of a trekking package, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was attentive, with meal reminders, and the food was tasty despite limited options. The hotel boasts spacious rooms, a swimming pool, and stunning mountain views. However, our room had dust and mold, and there was no safe. We were disappointed when the front desk said the pool was closed, yet we heard other guests swimming later in the evening. With some improvements in cleanliness and communication, this hotel could be excellent!

The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor pool is heated to just the right temperature. We had a little trouble with the staff who didn't understand English, but still had a great stay.

The 95% of the food on the menu is not available, which is very disappointing. The staff needs to learn more English since they have foreign guests also. The noise level in the hotel lobby is high.

- TravelAgentStacey (4/5): Booked as part of a tour. Would choose something better myself. - Arrived early from an overnight train as part of an almost self-guided tour. Receptionist couldn't speak any English and had no information on what my plans were. This is more the guide/company's fault but she was the first person I spoke to and I thought the hotel would have more of an interest in the tours they held rooms for. Reception felt dark and dingy, with boxes stacked up in the corner and not overly clean anywhere. Wouldn't allow early check in by any means unless I paid extra. So I was super tired and couldn't communicate and had no idea what was happening with my tour for the day. My basic tour itinerary said I could use a shower so I asked and asked again about this. Finally the message got thorugh and she pointed me down the hall. Didn't offer a towel or soap. Found my way and the showers were absolutely FILTHY. Hadn't been cleaned in a while and full of mosquitoes. I looked in the staff one and it was even worse. Even during my shower I heard the staff go in there and spit down the drain. Showers are also kind of out in the open to so you have to change in the wet area and nowhere to put your clothes. Not nice. Then I went over to the other area of toilets and the handsoap was empty and wet, USED handtowels were rolled up in the basket for re-use. Distrusting. When I asked for clean ones, the receptionist saw the dirty ones, left them there and didn't put any new ones out. Only good thing was the hairdryer available for use in there. My guide showed up and after a walk I returned with still no room. Once I decided to lay on the lounges in the reception area all of a sudden my room was ready. I feel like they realized they werent getting my money. Room was not as bad as the communal bathrooms. I expected the worse due to those but the room was much cleaner and tidier. Not great, but better. Shower did have signs of mould and the toiletries were visible old and repeatedly wet and dried. The positives of the room; quite spacious and bed was really big. Nice big window (looking to concrete wall) and comfy sitting area. Good choice of mini bar and nice cold fridge. Considering it is called 'The View' hotel I would have expected either the rooms or the front of the hotel to have a view which is not the case. Breakfast had a large selection of European and Asian food. Guy who cooks the eggs was rude but the night time server was polite and efficient.

- JS-JN (4/5): Very cold restaurant and poor heating in bedroom. - I stayed here fortunately just for 1 night on my Viator tour in and around Sa Pa. The hotel has an open plan area rising through the whole building which made the restaurant where we had evening meal and breakfast soooo cold you could see your breath at times. Evening meal was ok but the breakfast offerings were just basic. Only 2 bain Marie’s had food in 1 with sausage pieces and the other rice, and stone cold chips on an open plate!DEFINATELY not up to a 4* standard. In my room there was a A/C - heater but even after getting maintenance in to check if it was working properly it still was not man enough to heat the room the max it got to was 18’ and definitely no heat in the bathroom. I did ask reception if I could have a second door entry card to leave the heat on, as when leaving the room without it the temp dropped to 12’ very quickly, however they refused….very caring customer service, again not expected in 4* I’m sure this is a wonderful place to stay when it’s warmer but for me on this occasion it was not a happy experience.

- maried0negal (8/5): Lovely stay in Sapa View hotel - Lovely friendly hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly, food was great, flavoursome and freshly cooked. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Good shower and nice toiletries. We had a very pleasent stay and would happily recommend to others. Sapa town on the other hand is full of tack and hard sell, its full of massage parlours, trekking shops and souvenir shops, I’d avoid if you are not staying here as it’s not worth a special visit
