- Luca (7/5): Così così - Personale disponibile e hotel pulito, buona la colazione La zona dove è ubicata è veramente brutta, nella foto sembra un’oasi di pace in realtà c’è molto traffico e mal frequentata, in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei treni. Garage disponibile al piano -1 e -2 ma molto molto stretto se si ha una macchina larga , SUV o elettrica

- Judith (7/5): Zentral liegendes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Personal. - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral beim Bahnhof und bei der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und geräumig, mit Zugang zu einer grossen Terrasse. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher bescheiden. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funkitioierte nicht. Zum Glück war es nicht besonders heiss und man konnte die Fenster öffnen.

Ogni lampada deve essere spenta singolarmente con l’interruttore a peretta sul filo. Il televisore con doppio telecomando difficile da utilizzare.

In camera non funzionava la tv. Mi hanno cambiato la stanza e non si vedeva la tv generalista, soltanto Netflix. Il personale è stato gentile ma era troppo giovane, non aveva nessuna competenza. - Jessica (3/5): 4 stelle ?? Ve le siete comprate ? - Nulla Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché accetta animali domestici, abbiamo avvistato preventivamente e pagato la differenza per il cagnolino. La mattina veniamo chiamati con aria di rimprovero per aver lasciato 30 minuti il cane in camera da solo (avevamo una cerimonia ), la receptionist molto maleducata ci attacca dicendo che “questa non è una pensione per cani”, francamente ci siamo rimasti male, per noi il cane è un membro della famiglia, ma ovviamente non può entrare in chiesa. Ad ogni modo siamo stati costretti a portarcelo, la camera non ci è stata nemmeno pulita. Abbiamo pagato ben 60 euro di extra per avere una camera discreta, la quale hanno definito suite, muffa in doccia, parquet completamente rovinato, arredamento palesemente riverniciato e rovinato. Colazione discreta, poca scelta nel dolce, nemmeno una torta. 8€ a notte per il parcheggio, dato il rapporto qualità prezzo non buono almeno il parcheggio potevate includerlo! Nota poco positiva di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, ma a quanto pare una zonaccia, neanche a 100 m dall hotel la mattina due signori extracomunitari si minacciavano a vicenda con un coltello, fortunatamente è intervenuta la polizia. Non c’è spa né piscina, in palestra 4 attezzi contati, la receptionist ti fa anche il caffè al bar (non c’è barista ).

- dreampaula (10/5): Nice place - We booked a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location, walkable to station and the plaza. The staff was professional, breakfast had a very good selection. We will stay again when we come back to Novara.

- Villa (9/5): - Molto buona la posizione rispetto al centro città, ottima cosa l'assenza di moquette nella camera, letto molto comodo, bagno con tutto pulito e ben funzionante, temperatura della camera ok Orario della colazione un po' riduttivo. Suggerirei di prolungare fino alle 10: è un orario un po' più convenzionale (la stessa colazione potrebbe essere oggetto di miglioramento). Televisione un po' lenta nell'avviarsi. Sull'ascensore e nella sala colazioni vi era un odore un po'strano: forse è necessario cambiare il tipo di detergente.

- Gloria (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il periodo natalizio e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La struttura è curata, le stanze pulite e accoglienti, e il parcheggio privato è stato un grande plus. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale,gentilissimo e disponibile, con un’attenzione in più anche verso il nostro cane, cosa per noi davvero importante. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è la posizione: se da un lato è comodissima per il centro, dall’altro la vicinanza con la stazione porta un po’ di confusione nelle vicinanze.
