Wir mussten fast immer alles nochmals reminden teils 5 mal das gleiche bestellen und einige mal 1 bis 2.5 Stunden auf eine Bestellung warten. Das hat uns ehrlich gesagt vielfach irritiert. - EbruLondon (10/5): Such a beautiful setting, complemented by exceptionally friendly staff. - Incredible breakfast spread and by far the best kids club I’ve ever experienced. The location is a little outside the center with only a few water sports nearby, but for our family getaway, it was exactly what we needed. Room service was outstanding, a special thanks to Dilnaz, who was an absolute superstar, always keeping our room spotless and taking care of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. A huge thank you as well to all the wonderful ladies at the kids' club. I honestly cannot fault a single member of staff at this hotel; everyone went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Perhaps the only area that could be improved is the attentiveness of staff in the restaurants. Also, the all-inclusive option doesn’t make much sense for families with young children. With two little ones, the daily cost works out far higher than simply paying as you go. It would be great if the hotel could consider a reduced all-inclusive rate for children most days all they wanted was an ice cream and perhaps a soup or pizza in the evening, which hardly justifies £400 per day for two kids.

- Musa (10/5): Fantastic location, ambiance, service and great atmosphere with excellent staff - The resort was wonderful, well located and unique in design and style and to top it all, the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, polite eager to go the extra mile to help a guest. Mr Baris Biblos and Simin were excellent hosts and their customers service skill were off the charts. They attended to our every need and immediate resolve any issues or queries to our satisfaction, and they’d always check back to see if everything was ok. I strongly recommended this resort and will definitely return next season. I loved everything about the property and service

Каждая деталь, от дизайнерской мебели до изящного, роскошного ландшафтного дизайна, продумана до мелочей. Цветовые сочетания, текстуры тканей, освещение — все создает невероятно гармоничную и умиротворяющую атмосферу. Фотографии получаются шикарные с любого ракурса! Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.

Price at the poolbar and restaurant could definetely be cheaper but of course noone is forcing you to use such service.

- 210louisab (4/5): Beautiful Setting but Persistent Sewage Problems and Poor Service - We recently stayed at Biblos Alaçatı. We came primarily to kite surf, and I would like to begin by complimenting the Sun & Surf School adjacent to the hotel. Their team was outstanding — from arranging transportation to the kite point to providing wing foiling gear, they could not have been better. Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful and well located, our overall experience fell far short of a true 5-star standard, and I feel compelled to share the issues we faced: Room Functionality: On our first night, we were unable to turn off the lights in our room. We resorted to draping towels over them just to get some rest. The following morning, despite the “Do Not Disturb” light being on, housekeeping repeatedly buzzed our door, waking us abruptly. Sewage Odor: That same morning we discovered a strong sewage odor coming from the shower. While maintenance was sent to address it temporarily, the problem returned later that night. We returned at 11:30 pm to the same stench and had to deal with maintenance workers in our room well into the early hours. Noise & Privacy: While trying to relax on our beach terrace, we endured over an hour of hammering. Later, at 10 pm, we were again disturbed despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, this time for a laundry delivery. This repeated disregard for guests’ privacy is unacceptable. Misleading “Adult Only” Claims: We booked the Beach House under the impression it was an “Adult Only” experience, yet there were children and babies on the private beach less than three meters away. There was no designated adult-only area. Every pool we visited, including those attached to suites advertised as adult-only, also had children in them. Safety Concerns: At breakfast, a child was riding an electric scooter through the buffet area. This continued for the duration of our meal, with staff taking no action. This posed an obvious safety hazard and highlighted a concerning lack of management oversight. Dining & Pricing: After our first meal at the hotel, we chose to dine off property. Prices are excessively marked up — a local beer was $20 USD. While we expect a premium at a luxury property, the cost of drinks and cocktails felt astronomical, even by international luxury standards. Despite raising these concerns, management did not offer anything other than apologies. Given the nightly rate of $1,000 USD and the hotel’s positioning as a luxury property, these repeated service failures and operational issues — are simply unacceptable. There are many beautiful options in Alaçatı, and based on this experience, I would not choose to return.

Het was niet te druk, wij hebben een perfecte verblijf gehad. De kids club was echt fantastisch voor onze dochter! Top hotel, volgend jaar zijn wij er zeker weer! L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et très propre. Le staff est super serviable. La nourriture dans les restaurants est ridiculeusement cher et bat les tarifs des palaces du monde entier. 2 sandwiches doner avec 1 portion de frites 110 euros , 1 hot dog 30 euros , une corona 20 euros … c’est un élément à vraiment prendre en compte dans votre budget. Les transats sont bas de gamme et pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut und hat uns gefallen. Der Strandabschnitt ist zwar klein, aber fein und durch den Wind manchmal etwas frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

The architecture is stunning, the gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the pools and private beach are just perfect for relaxation. It’s a peaceful little paradise, ideal for recharging in a luxurious and serene setting. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, always going out of their way to make sure guests are happy. Nothing is ever too much to ask, and every interaction with the team was warm and pleasant. Their hospitality really makes you feel at home. The service is absolutely outstanding. We had warm and enjoyable conversations in both French and English. A very special thank you to Rayan and Neslihan at Meftun, and to Tay Tay at the beach bar. Your kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. But really, the whole team is amazing. Bravo and congratulations to everyone The restaurants are also outstanding. Le Nori offers a refined Asian lounge experience, Miso serves fresh and flavorful seafood, and Meftun celebrates delicious traditional Turkish cuisine. Great beach with lots of sunbeds, excellent spa, very nice staff and great breakfast (bit of a scrum though). Rooms are on the small side and sparsely furnished. Sea view rooms overlook the car park with the sea in the distance. It can be quite noisy due to nearby beach clubs. Hotel footprint is quite small so feels a bit crowded in high season. Restaurant prices are crazy (bottle of beer = 20 Euros). Windsurfing is fantastic though.

We were eventually offered ear plugs We were treated like an inconvenience from the off, every time we asked for anything the response was “we are full” or “no” We had chosen Biblos for our honeymoon and quite frankly it ruined our week. The staff were unhelpful, male staff on the beach were dismissive and made my pregnant wife feel uncomfortable. The food is average but charged at Michelin pricing €40 for a plate of pasta €15 for French fries €7.5 for ONE SCOOP of ice cream Would not recommend

Each day we discovered new flavors and dishes, which kept the experience exciting all week long. What stands out most is the passion behind it. Chef Ali Yılmaz and his team put such care into every dish, blending tradition with creativity. From the herb selections to the cheeses and charcuterie, everything is perfectly curated. You can see the chef’s signature in the balance of quality and variety. We’ve had breakfast here every day this week, and it has consistently been an amazing start to our mornings. This is our third stay at this hotel over the past few years, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Mr. Abdurrahman, the restaurant manager at Milos, along with our server Buşra, our sommelier and everyoneeise who attended to our table, made our experience unforgettable. The seafood we enjoyed was exquisite, and we are incredibly grateful for the special attention we received. A heartfelt thank you to the culinary team for their patience with our special requests. They even graciously re-prepared my husband’s meal when he had to step away for a Zoom meeting, ensuring it was fresh and hot when he returned.

Aracın her yeri hasar gördü. Fotoğraflarla belgelenmiş bu duruma rağmen otel yönetiminin çözüm önerisi sadece “bir dahaki tatilinizde indirim yapalım” şeklindeydi. Bu kadar büyük maddi zarara karşılık ne sigortaları var ne de sorumluluk bilinci. Sözde lüks bir otel ama yönetim tamamen amatörce ve güven vermekten çok uzak. Bu kadar pahalı ve prestijli bir yerde böyle bir ihmalkârlık ve ardından gelen ilgisizlik kabul edilemez. 👉 Aracınıza, güvenliğinize ve paranıza değer veriyorsanız, bu oteli bir daha asla tercih etmem. Gerçek anlamda lüks ve müşteri memnuniyeti arıyorsanız Biblos doğru adres değil.

- Ilkim Pürlen (2/5): Nie Wieder !! - 1 Stern – Nie wieder! Schon am ersten Abend war das Zimmer unerträglich heiß – die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde uns erst um 1 Uhr nachts ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – und das auch noch in schlechterer Kategorie. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir im Pyjama umziehen – ein absolutes No-Go. Beim Abendessen wurde uns trotz Reservierung ein Tisch „weggenommen“, weil eine andere laut wurde – unfassbar respektlos. Nur dank Ibrahim Bey, der sich wirklich gekümmert hat, war der Abend zu retten. Außerdem: Keine Minibar im All-Inclusive, kein Heineken, kein Beylerbey Raki und noch vieles mehr war nicht inkl – selbst billige Hotels bieten da mehr! Keine klare Infos, keine echte Kundenorientierung. Für uns: ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie.
