• Milica (6/5): Surprise, surprise 😁 - Exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom with the regular + floor heating, very good breakfast, spacious ski depot, soundproof window and balcony door (very quiet room, regarding the position of the hotel, near the main road in Val Gardena), comfortable bed, heat regulator in the room and in the bathroom. I have made a reservation for two people (not intentionally, but it was probably left as a default setting from previous search on Booking). It was written in my reservation just for two adults, and I didn’t found that information suspicious, because it was not first time to make a reservation for the family and reservation shows only two adults, because toddlers NEVER pays anything except city tax. Regardless, we brought our 4 year old kid with us, and host asked for 50€ a day for kid, even though it was clear that the kid will share the bed with parents and it doesn’t require any changes regarding the room we booked. As an argument host noted that the kid “TAKES THE SHOWER”, and spends the water, electricity etc.😁 Another funny situation happened when the host said that hotel don’t allow kids at all, after what I checked through booking.com and it wasn’t possible to make a reservation for a family including kid/s, but even though hotel was full of kids, who were running around us during the time we did the search. I don’t write this in order to make negative picture of the hotel, but rather to warn people who have young kids that common rules doesn’t apply on this place and to be careful while reserving the arrangement. The only thing I honestly think that was bad is spa area filed with naked grown up men. There is clear named area where is written “no clothes area” so there was no any reason for them to swing around the young kids. From the hotel there were no any reaction.

• Kim (10/5): An absolute hidden gem of a hotel - beautiful, spotless, and a wonderful surprise. - Wonderful location, quiet but still just a stone's throw away from the main gondolas in Ortesi. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Beautifully furnished and the wellness center and sauna/jacuzzi was a surprise bonus. Free parking, and a delicious breakfast that was beautifully set up, fresh and lots of choice. Blown away by this hotel - if we had known it was going to be such a gem we would have booked a few extra days. We picked it as we decided last minute to spend a night in the dolomites and this hotel had a few rooms left at a reasonable rate compared to others in the area. We had a wonderful stay - will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area. There was nothing not to like. It was wonderful and we had a great stay.

• Christa (7/5): - Der Bereich für Wellness war sehr schön und absolut toll. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr gross Die Gastwirte sind zwar sehr zurückhaltend aber sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Es hätte schöne Musik laufen können beim Frühstück das war etwas steril. Das Personal hat fast kontrolliert, irgendwie. Man konnte alles selber nehmen die gekochten Eier waren oft kalt. Keine minibar im Zimmer, man konnte keinen Cafe trinken vor 8Uhr vielleicht wäre eine cafemaschine im Stübli mit jeton gut oder auch für heisses Wasser. Wenn man am Nachmittag nach Hause kommt, da kein Restaurantbetrieb ist. Das wäre so bar oder cafemässig für die Hotelgäste sicher sehr willkommen. Vielleicht mit kleinen Sachen wie !Apfelstrudel oder kleinen jausen. Es kann sicher dazu beitragen, dass die Gäste es noch mehr geniessen könnten. So muss man immer weg vom Hotel. Dass man nicht Abendessen kann ist nicht so schlimm da gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Aber die Zeit vor und nach dem Frühstück bis zum Nachtessen. Der Platz ums Haus ist sehr schön, aber ohne Cafe oderwas zu trinken oder so, nicht sehr einladend. Man könnte schon was haben aber es ist nicht wirklich zu sehen und ich trinke nicht Wein auf dem Zimmer, im Gastraum wird sofort wieder fürs Frühstück gedeckt, dabei könnte man dort zusammensitzen. Das Stübli ist auch nicht wirklich angeboten. Es könnte für Hausgäste offener sein.
• Jacob (8/5): - We had a nice two night stay here while visiting Seceda and the other surrounding Dolomites. The check in process was easy enough although the front desk manager seemed a bit awkward and not too friendly. We appreciated the brand new spa area and saunas, but the Jacuzzi was a little too cold to stay in for too long. The rooms are very big and spacious with the only downside that there didn't seem to be a way to turn down the heating in the rooms, so we had to leave our windows open at night. This would be fine if there were screens on the windows, but there are not and so we had to shoo away some bees that had gotten in. The breakfast was reasonable and convenient. Overall, four stars because I believe there may be nicer hotels for a similar price in the area.

La chambre est spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec un large choix malgré que l'hôtel soit petit. Le spa est tout neuf et très propre. C'est très agréable de profiter du spa, du jacuzzi ou du hammam après une journée de randonnée. Notre hôte nous a conseillé des restaurants dans le coin à notre arrivée. Laion et Ortisei sont situés à proximité immédiate de l'hotel (5-10min).

La spa sembra nuova ed è molto pulita, ottima per rilassarsi. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast and amazing wellness area where you can relax and take a bath. Would highly recommend the room with balcony looking towards the pool area.

• Laimas (9/5): A very nice stay with amazing wellness area - The room was very spacious with a small balcony; Quite decent breakfast; Nice surrounding views; The wellness area was amazing - they have small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna, sunbeads inside and outside, some snacks and refreshment drinks: after a long hike we used the wellness area every day and it is included in the price (open 3PM-8PM); Free spacious parking. This was the best hotel of our whole Dolomites visit (including Treviso and Cortina d'Ampezzo) 10 minutes drive to Ortisei - there are no restaurants or shops closer (the owner provides a free public bus pass for the duration of the stay). The proximity to the street and the noisy river nearby could be an issue for picky sleepers; The breakfast could start a bit earlier - this is important for starting the hikes early during the high-season (current breakfast time 8PM-10PM)
• Elisabeth (7/5): Feine Unterkunft - Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Hotel Weisses Rössl. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man noch verbessern, zB mehr als zwei kleine Sachets an Duschgel/Shampoo im Bad hinterlegen oder den Spabereich im Sommer etwas länger als 20:00 Uhr geöffnet lassen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten - alles in allem wars super. Frühstück war super aber leider erst ab 08:00 Uhr verfügbar. Etwas früher wäre angenehm gewesen.

Idéal pour partir en randonnée. - L'espace détente est vraiment excellent, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi, l'espace extérieur et l'espace repos sont top. Le petit-déjeuné était compris, copieux et varié plus place de parc à disposition. La chambre manquait de quelques aménagements, tel qu'un petit frigo, une bouilloire et une machine à café auraient été bien appréciable, d'autant plus que l'hôtel ne disposait pas de restaurant ni de bar. La moquette et la salle de bain un peu datées.

SPA fantastica, con vasca e sauna all’aperto. A 5 minuti da Ortisei e le piste da sci… eccezionale! Quasi tutto perfetto, solo un piccolo problema con il ghiaccio nel parcheggio (probabilmente andava passato sale un po’ prima)
