Michel (10/5): Struttura fantastica - In vacanza con la famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sistema per self check-in molto comodo. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante la permanenza. L'alloggio era spazioso e pulito con arredamento semplice ma molto funzionale. In particolare l'angolo cottura è nascosto all'interno di un'antico armadio. Il bagno è ampio e sembra adatto anche a persone con mobilità limitata. Ottima posizione rispetto alle vie di comunicazione e dista pochissimo da Assisi (10/15 Minuti). Panorama incantevole e ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo. Mi risulta difficile pensare a qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto della struttura. Anche la distanza da Assisi (Santa Maria degli Angeli e Rocca) non è assolutamente problematica.
Axelle (10/5): Très beau séjour dans la campagne proche d’Assise - L’agriturusmo se trouve dans la campagne pas loin d’Assise. C’est un endroit très paisible avec une belle vue sur la campagne environnante. L’appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Roberta et Marco qui sont très gentils. Je recommande !

Mattia (8/5): Bel posto per passare alcuni giorni di tranquillità - Bella struttura e ragazzi gentili! É vicina al centro di Assisi che abbiamo visitato facilmente essendo in auto. L’ambiente è tranquillo e il panorama dà serenità. Camere come da foto, belle e pulite. Doccia scomoda perché si bagna per terra essendo aperta. Un po’ di rumori provenienti dalla camera sopra. Peccato non sia incluso il servizio colazione perché sarebbe un bel plus!

Noi viaggiamo con un piccolo cane quindi abbiamo apprezzato anche lo spezia verde circostante. Titolari giovani, disponibili e cordiali. Antonella (9/5): Un angolo di pace ad Assisi - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido in questo agriturismo in un contesto tranquillo e poco fuori Sterpeto. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili a fornire consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. L’appartamento Melograno era dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali per una vacanza: pentole, frigorifero, piastra per cucinare e un pratico fornetto elettrico per riscaldare. I letti sono comodi e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile. Lo stile rustico delle camere rende l’atmosfera accogliente e autentica. Molto apprezzato anche il riscaldamento, perfetto per rendere piacevoli le sere d’autunno e d’inverno. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina in mezzo al verde (contro la calura estiva). Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo appunto, l’appartamento Melograno non è tra i più luminosi, ma si tratta di una caratteristica strutturale, legata alla disposizione delle finestre, non certo di un difetto imperdonabile. In fondo si trascorre la maggior parte del tempo all’aperto, e d’estate la struttura offre uno spazio esterno davvero paradisiaco. Come semplice suggerimento, date le plafoniere e una sola lampada presente in soggiorno, forse si potrebbe pensare a un’illuminazione leggermente più congeniale per rendere l’ambiente ancora più confortevole. La posizione è inoltre strategica: perfetta per raggiungere Assisi e, tramite la statale, molte altre splendide città umbre. In ogni caso, esperienza più che positiva: un posto che consigliamo assolutamente e dove torneremmo volentieri!

The pool area was lovely . We had an issue with the electrics whilst using the hot plates. We explained to the staff so it can be fixed .

SA (8/5): Genieten van rust en geweldig uitzicht! - Mooi appartement, prima bedden, keuken wel wat klein en verouderd, geweldig mooie omgeving en uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad! Locatie heel praktisch ten opzichten van alle mooie plaatsen zoals Assisi en Perugia. Niet bij elk appartement zit een terras/balkon. In de tuin wel genoeg ruimte en zit mogelijkheden.

Rubert (8/5): Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Umbrie en zelfs Zuid Toscane te ontdekken - Prachtige rustige locatie met heerlijk zwembad. Goede scheiding tussen de 6 appartementen, je hebt niet echt last van andere gasten. Dichtbij mooie steden als Assisi en Perugia. Roberta ws als gastvrouw erg prettig, ze adviseerde ons goed en snel als er vragen waren. Ze is erg toegangelijk. We hadden best wat last van muggen, ondanks dat we appartement goed gesloten hielden en ondanks de horren. Bij het zwembad best wel wespen aanwezig, maar dat is inherent aan de locatie.

Bardzo życzliwi i pomocni właściciele, wspaniała lokalizacja blisko lotniska, Asyżu i Perugii a jednocześnie w pięknym, spokojnym miejscu z rozległym widokiem na okolice. Bardzo ładny wystrój apartamentu, doskonała czystość. Wspaniały basen i dobrze zagospodarowane otoczenie z wieloma przyjemnymi zakątkami do siedzenia. Miejsce na idealny wypoczynek w pięknej Umbrii!

Livia (10/5): Wonderful stay - A truly special place. This agriturismo is surrounded by wonderful fields within a small drive from the historic center of Assisi. The authentic and brilliantly renovated stone building is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool, in a secure and peaceful area. As the entire property, the room is tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Really nice and spacious bathroom. The host, Roberta, offered us all the support even before our arrival, making us feel at home and most welcome. It was a lovely family stay! -

Truly enjoyable. - A combination of several factors made our stay truly enjoyable: the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment, as well as the overall quality of the agriturismo premises. Roberta has done a remarkable job in creating this place. Her attention to detail is evident throughout. The grounds are beautifully maintained, spotless, and meet all modern standards. The swimming pool is excellent! Although we only stayed for two days, it was an absolute pleasure to be here. The kitchen part was ok. We were hoping to get an airco but turned out to be a fan. That was no a problem. Windows open, cool breeze made is easy to sleep through the night.

We stayed during the hottest week in July and maybe some more fans - maybe in the ceiling would be nice but other than that - we loved the place.

Wonderful hosts and welcomed atmosphere. In the small town nearby there are supermarket and amazing bakery. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The most problematic place in many apartments, not only here is the shower. When using that intensively, and especially (in our case) when taking shower the water went outside of the shower cabin, which was a bit disturbing.
