Los vi una sola noche tocaban rock de los 70, quede fascinado eran los musicos mas cool que he visto en mi vida y conozco el planeta entero. Fuera de tocar bien tenian un aspecto increible que transmitia sinceridad , el vocalista era un gordo con bermudas notable tenia mas estilo que Mick Jagger de los rolling stones. Lastima que el dueño del local solo los hizo tocar una noche los reemplazo por un grupo aburrido de los que hay miles. Fui todas las noches durante una semana a ver si los veia de nuevo y nada. todo bien

- NOA (7/5): היה סביר, שירות בינוני - המיקום טוב הבריכה היתה נעימה והפארק מים ממש נחמד ארוחת הבוקר היתה ברמה מאוד בינונית יש מגוון אבל ממש לא איכותי (לחם יבש, חביתות שהוכנו מראש מוגשות קרות ועוד) התלוננו מספר פעמים לא הועיל.. מועדון הילדים נפתח בשבת ללא עובדת ולא היתה שום עזרה.. לאחר חצי שעה שהמתנתי שם ללא אשת צוות התקשרתי לברר שלחו את המציל שישב שם בצורה לא מועילה במשך שעה נוספת (אולי יותר, הלכנו) ביקשתי גם בהגעה עזרה מפקידת הקבלה שתעזור לי להתקשר למספר תאילנדי כל שני של ספק שירות שתעזור לנו לתקשר בתאית.. היא סירבה רצתה רק שאחייג מהטלפון שלי מאוד לא נעים ונגיש, לא ביקשתי שיחה לחו״ל כל מה שדיווחנו לקבלה לא ממש הועיל ולא היה שיפור באופן כללי צוות שלא ממש נכון לסייע ואז עושים פעילות לילדים בבריכה והורה שמדרג 5 מקבל תיק מתנה - לדעתי זה חליבה של הדירוג בגוגל - לא לעניין וחזרנו למלון הזה, שנה שעברה היה ממש בסדר השנה המצב נהיה לא טוב לא נחזור שוב

I won’t go into too much detail about the room itself – it is a flawless 10/10, packed with the latest technology, and everything feels brand new. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. I haven't seen a single employee without a genuine smile, which creates an incredibly welcoming and positive atmosphere. Everything runs like clockwork: no bureaucratic nonsense or misunderstandings. They were completely professional and respectful regarding my guests, which I truly appreciate. Even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, they took the initiative to call and inquire if I needed room cleaning, ensuring that everything was perfect without being intrusive. This is the big league of hospitality. Highly recommended!

- NING CHUN (8/5): 地理位置加酒店服务让我还是会选择住这家酒店。 - 地理位置十分便利，酒店服务非常好，自助早餐很丰盛，娱乐设施齐全，尤其是泡泡泳池深受孩子喜欢。 1. 等电梯时间太久 2. 客房卫生干净度还需要再提升 3. 泳池管理人员需要阻止不良客人的不良行为（4月15日下午5点多一位成年男客人穿着脏脏的拖鞋进入泳池，当时泳池里有很多低龄儿童） 4. 儿童游乐房需要再扩建，实在太小了。 5. 32楼的饮食真的不好吃。

The staff somehow identified my car and called to update me at night and saving me from trouble. Appreciate the good work. All good.

- Frederik (10/5): Het was boven onze verwachting - Zeer lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk onthaal. Mooi verzorgd hotel. Zeer leuk zwembad voor kinderen. De kamer was zeer proper alsook het hele hotel. Zetelbed had een iets te harde matras voor de dochter

- Silvia (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Wir waren im obersten Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick untergebracht. Aus Erfahrung haben wir gleich Topper für die etwas harten Betten angefordert. Danach schläft man wie auf Wolken und kann den beleuchteten Nachthimmel über dem Bett genießen. Inhalt des Kühlschranks ist frei und wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Eismaschine auf jedem Stockwerk. Toll ist der direkte Zugang zur Mall. Der deutsch sprechende Herr (Max) am Empfang ist total bemüht. Das ganze Personal gibt einem das Gefühl, ein besonders willkommener Gast zu sein und grüßt immer überschwänglich. Es gibt genügend Liegen am Pool und der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Die Liegen am Pool sind genauso hart wie die Betten.

Утром ее разбудили звонками с информацией, что якобы она привела в отель лавбоя, купалась с ним в бассейне и вообще это запрещено в их отеле. Наговаривать зачем. Убедитесь по камерам в ваших словах, прежде чем что-то говорить. Настроение испорчено. Отель семейный с детьми. Нет никакого алкоголя для взрослых в бассейне или где либо, курить запрещено, много детей, очередь чтобы пройти на завтрак.
