- Paul (8/5): Excellent view, basic studio - Excellent quiet location, fantastic view from balcony, nice pool area, 3 supermarkets very close by. On the negative side, quite a basic studio, very poorly equipped kitchenette and no WiFi (in 2019!!)
- Jose (8/5): Bueno en cuanto al precio - La vista al mar muy buena la verdad lo unico es que el acceso ala playa lourdas queda como 15 minutos apie y de pura bajada lo bueno es que ay un autobus que pasa frecuente y es muy economico para evitar la subida a pie. Hay varias opciones gastronomicas cerca y para el precio la verdad una buena opcion. El horario del transporte publico a la central de autobuses no es muy bueno.

- FRANCOIS (4/5): Très décevant - Jolie vue sur la baie de lourdas. Malheureusement le seul point positif car la chambre était sale, lit inconfortable, salle de bain à refaire (inondation à chaque douche),cuisine vide et salle. Absence de réception. Pour couronner le tout, ils facturent la climatisation 6 euros par jour alors que dans la description la clim est inclus. Je ne recommande pas !
- Arianna (2/5): Atipica inospitalità greca - Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per due settimane . Da subito siamo stai accolti con freddezza . Al check in non é stato richiesto alcun tipo di documento . La camera presentava quattro piastrelle all'ingresso rotte e traballanti. Sui muri erano presenti zanzare spiaccicate e lo scarico della doccia era ingorgato.durante la permanenza le pulizie si sono limitati solamente a svuotare giornalmente il cestino e a fornirci 4 rotolo di carta igienica. Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati solo 4 volte in due settimane.Il motore de frigorifero era molto rumoroso e costante tanto da non garantirci un sonno rilassante . La rete wifi per i primi 2 giorni era senza password, dopodiché ha cambiato nome e richiedeva la password,quando abbiamo chiesto al proprietario quale fosse si è limitato in maniera seccata a inserirla in uno dei nostri telefoni, senza comunicarcela. Dopo altri 2 giorni ha cambiato nuovamente nome alché, sentendoci presi in giro non abbiamo usufruito di tale servizio. Unica nota positiva la vista dal balcone. Nonostante la posizione della struttura sia comoda per raggiungere le principali località, sconsigliamo la prenotazione per i motivi sopra indicati.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Maria, Marinos and their family were just AMAZING! If you want an authentic stay in Greece in a lovely area with lovely people then here is the place! The room was perfect for the week with cutlery, plates and cooking utensils as well as a gorgeous balcony to sit on with a great view. We had the pool to ourselves quite a lot and even when we didn't it was lovely. Perfect for a quick dip after the beach or if you fancied a lazy day by the pool. Supermarkets are within a 30 second walk from your door to there and Zorbas is an amazing restaurant next door. We couldn't thank them enough and we can't recommend them enough either as it turned out to be one of the best trips we've had. Couldn't have asked for better and we will be back again!

The property itself was good but not excellent, however this didn't take away from the whole experience. The restaurant on the top floor overlooking the coast line was utterly superb. The pool was a delight to have although we didn't use it enough really. We had a fabulous corner 2nd floor room and an extra bed and to be honest it was a bonus as we needed the space due to the heat...The local area was enough but not too much, lovely local shops for extra bits and pieces and some gifts, a chemist nearby, cash point and next time we visit we will hire a car from the property too. The beach is the best....we loved it. Beach, water and amenities also enough but not too much. Its authentic and Greek but with enough european to 'feel at home' too. Of course it is totally personal choice, but having visited Kefalonia before and on this trip, travelled around the southern coastline we concluded we had the best spot and environment for our choice. I also think it was of great value too, well within a decent budget to enjoy to the full whereas for us, some of the island has some very expensive resorts which we wouldn't want to pay for the 'cosmopolitan, famous name of them'! Nice to visit but for us, not to stay. So if you fit into this sort of bracket please take a look at these properties in this area. Thank you so much for a fabulous holiday...

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Das beste war die Aussicht. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren schlecht bzw. nicht ausreichend. Die Gegend ist in Ordnung, viele Restaurants und Minimarkets.
- james (8/5): Great value and superb views. - Quite basic apartment (no T.V. and shower you have to hold), but very clean/tidy and daily cleaning. Superb views of sea and mountains from the balcony, and very peaceful - no noise at night and very little noise in the daytime. Very helpful freindly owner (carried all our luggage for us) who owns the restaurant next door - very good food. Supermarket 30 seconds walk away which sells everything you need (including gifts and stuff for kids) at very good prices. A short drive (5 minutes) to beach with some nice restaurants. You do really need a hire car but from here nowhere on the island is much more than an hour away by car. Nice swimming pool which catches the sun but sheltered from the wind. Overall superb value for money (we have stayed in places double the money which have had no view at all), and would stay again.
