- Stefan (8/5): Preisgünstig und sehr gute Küche - Sehr gute Küche und sehr freundliche Bedienung und Service! Frühstück ist wie immer reichlich und wir durften uns sogar etwas für Unterwegs einpacken! Wo gibt’s das heute noch? Die Zimmer sind scho etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch gemütlich und schön!

- Harald (8/5): Der Wirt und sein Sohn sind sehr freundlich. In der Gaststätte gibt es gutes Essen und Trinken. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Bad ist schon etwas älter, aber sauber und funktioniert.

- Gustaaf (8/5): Gezellig, goed, maar ......... - Erg mooie en rustige omgeving, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, diner en ontbijt erg goed. Groot gezamelijk balkon. Rolluiken. Leuk hotel, wel wat gedateerd, wat puntjes van aandacht. Al met al af op een 👍👍 maar ...... het linker matras bleek een veredelde hangmat met een paar martelende veren ...... door oververmoeidheid van de lange reis vroeg & snel in slaap gevallen ..... rond 3 uur " geknakt en verkreukeld" wakker. Rechter matras bleek uitstekend. Heel erg jammer, deed afbreuk aan de rest van de ervaring.

- Suzanne (8/5): - We verbleven hier op doorreis naar Oostenrijk, en dat zouden we een volgende keer zo weer doen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, prima kamers met een ruim balkon en fijn ontbijt. We sliepen hier op een maandagavond en moesten met de auto naar een nabijgelegen plaats om ergens een hapje te kunnen eten.

- Lorena (10/5): Such a gem! - Such a delightful place & amazing hosts! The restaurant downstairs is so welcoming & homey, food is fantastic - and chef went out of his way to make a platter for my hungry kid after closing. Rooms were sparkling clean, had a view, and the bed was heavenly - the linens had just a tad of roughness, like linen (but I think they were cotton)… I did not want to leave the bed in the morning. Plus I appreciate the fragrance free detergent - they smelled like clean, no scent needed. Only stayed for 1 night, but already want to come back.

- Jan (2/5): Aldrig igen - Stedet bærer præg af at have haft sin storhedstid i det forrige årtusinde. Inventar og gulve bærer præg af slid. Selv menukortet stammer fra den tid. Kun priserne er up to date. Omgivelserne er flotte, og området er til naturoplevelser.

Talkative and friendly and made the solo traveller's day just by chit-chatting. :) They also serve good food in the restaurant downstairs! You should try their hirschgulasch! Also, the price is more then excellent! The location was "somewhere in the woods". It is therefore very calm and quiet and if you plan on staying a night and it's on your way then it's not really a problem.

- Oleg (10/5): Great place to stay, great nature around to have travels! - First of all many thanks to the owner! Very nice and kind person, pays so much attention to his visitors. The location of the hotel is so great for travelers! To any directions you will go - you will get wonderful landscapes, nature and interesting places. Hotel itself is a very nice place! Clean good rooms with wonderful window and balcony views, tasty breakfast, good parking spots or even garage. Oh! Also the bar so fancy and solid! Good choice of beers and great amount of other drinks.

- Tony (9/5): Perfect host and a stay here always works well for me given the beauty of the Odenwald. - I have been staying at this property for the last 12 years on my journey too and from Dubrovnik, Croatia and London England. It has worked perfectly for me as I love the Odenwald area and would like to spend more time here in the future. The host has always been very kind and considerate towards me. Nothing.
