• Alan (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at City View Apartments... - The room was awesome... large, spacious, and very comfortable. The separate rooms for kitchen, lounge, and bedroom, were really appreciated. Also loved the large balconies, and the location in Tuol Kork was perfect. All the staff were also very polite and helpful. The first room we were given had bed bugs in the bed. This really was the only disappointment. But thankfully, they had another room available, down one level. No bed bugs there. Also, just a small complaint, the gym and pool were too far away from our room, and there were no towels provided... we had to ask for more bath towels. Please include towels for the gym and pool.

• Miss Lwin (8/5): Overall rating is good. But staff are so much following books and no flexible at all. - You do not need anything except google translate to run with receptionist. Just drop the luggage and everything is there. But on the day of check out, we need one bottle of water and one small hotel pack sugar and they do not give at all due to day of checking out. How much does it cost to do this such in customer service? We have baby and packing to check out and could not go out to buy those things. We have urgent last moment needs .

Nem volt wifi a szobában, folyt a vízmelegítő, főzni nem lehetett, mert a gázpalack lecsatlakoztatva volt és a gázpalack üres volt. A teraszon nem volt bútor. Az ágy nagyon kemény volt. Bármit jeleztünk, nem orvosoltak semmit. 3.napon kerestünk egy másik apartmant s kiköltöztünk. Kiköltözéskor ajánlottak fel másik apartmant, de addigra már lefoglaltuk az új apartmant.

• Sachin (10/5): Budget frindly meets classic luxury and comfort. - Well I’d like to start with the staffs, very friendly and understanding. The room is spacious and really excellent with the budget. It’s in the perfect location as well and really peaceful. There’s nothing that I didn’t liked about the property itself.

• Brian (7/5): It was nice to stay there and I would stay there again. - The cleaning staff are wonderful and the gentleman who helped me organise taxi's each day was great. He was really helpful. The bed was very hard.

Gas cooking and large fridge and washing machine in the apartment was very convenient. The cleaning lady was especially lovely and the staff were really helpful. I hope you like the outdoor cushions and the coat hangers and pegs we left behind for future guests. (Those items were not accidentally left behind). Hot water was a little inconsistent.

• Nicolette (6/5): I hope to come again to realise the full potential of this beautiful apartment. - The actual apartment was beautiful. I didn't get to experience very much of it but would love to stay again and see more of the balcony, gym and pool. It was a well set up apartment and perfect for a short or long term stay with a kitchen, fridge couch and dining table, and a hot water. There are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The price of a 3 wheel Grab tuktuk to the airport was 13700 riel/ US$3.5 My main issue was being eaten alive by mosquitoes during my one night stay. I came out swollen and bruised all over my face looking like i'd been in a street fight (i am not exaggerating). I'm told the mossies are a seasonal thing. If a fan was in the room that would help a lot. I also arrived at night and the location while handy to the airport is far from other needs for tourists such as restaurants, money exchange and markets. I ordered Grab delivery for the evening meal but in the morning I could not break a US$50 at the hotel or on the block to buy breakfast. The tv did not work.

Handy kitchen and clothes horse. Bright apartment. Aircon broke in one of the rooms and leaked on the bags. Washroom downstairs is impractical but two upstairs were handy!

• Rebecca (1/5): Horrific to say the least - Nothing Bait and switch Nothing like the photos Large cockroach around the toilet and staff could barely speak any English We went as a family of 7 (mum dad 5 kids) booked a room large enough to accommodate us all to be told the ac wasn’t working. They put us in two seperate rooms on two different floors, which we didn’t accept so my children all shared a bed or a rush made bed in the lounge room It was appalling. No fire safety and only one way in and out Would not have stayed had two kids not already been asleep and it was so late at night.

Location is on main road so expect a bit of car and motorbike noise. The cupboard and facilities look outdated. Also don’t like the noise from the road, it is not sound proof.

• Vee (9/5): Great group find - The place was easy to find and a good location. The apartment had everything needed and was comfortable and clean, I loved the balcony areas. Water and slippers were given on arrival and water topped up each day which I liked. I would return here as the value for money was brilliant, we stayed with friends for a birthday. The rooftop pool was amazing I loved using it and I never saw anyone else up there so it felt very private The shower pressure was terrible but this was the only negative thing I could comment on
• Devona (6/5): Staff training needed. - I liked that there was a washer and a big patio in the apartment and all the features that were meant to be present in the room. The staff were pleasant, but did not speak a whole lot of English. The microwave only worked for a few minutes. The stove did not work at all. The staff spoke very little English so it was very hard to communicate with them. I had to call their manager in order to communicate which wasted my time.

• Andreas (5/5): Passable - The apartment was lovely and big and perfect for a family. It was clean and the location is great.. We were in the 7 storey block.. Cleaning was great and I felt so comfortable in there..A great and great kitchen facilities.. A couple of great supermarkets juat a short walk away.. Tuk Tuk via grab super easy.. I loved it. OK. A few things I didn't like if I was being a bit fussy.There was no pillows on the sofa. No big deal. The pool could do with a bit more furniture to make it more complete. The biggest issue I have is lack of any smoke or fire alarm system which is clearly lacking and I know it's very unlikely but these kind of places need to be regulated better and the owners responsible more. Because of this I don't think I would stay here again unless something was implemented. This is a 7 storey block with one means of escape.. God forbid anything happened by the time you would know anything about it I fear it would be too late.

Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away.

• Rosemaryy (10/5): Exceptional - This spacious clean apartment, with a kitchen, full private bathroom, living room with dining table, a washing machine, comfy bedroom with desk, good AC, good wifi and 2 balconies was a tranquil green oasis. Situated on a busy street, there were shopping, cafés, an ATM and restaurants all within one block. Tuk tuks are easy to find. The building is safe, there is a lift and the adjoining building has a rooftop swimming pool on the 8th(?) floor, but I did not visit. There seems to be someone at the front desk all the time. I found the staff very helpful and google translate always simplifies the exchange. I would go back. Thank you. No complaints, really sweet place.
