- Haval (5/5): Diffently not a five star hotel, would not stay again. - Nice hotel, rooms are big but very old, the toilet seat was broken, the towels were very old, the sheets and the cover were very old but clean. The service is very bad, starting from the minute you arrive till you leave, no porter were available to carry our bags to and the taxi, the restaurant wer very strange, they serve us with drinks in disposable cups, most of the items in the menu were not available.

- عبدالقادر (10/5): كل شئ تمام والحمد لله - سلام ويسعد اوقاتكم سكنت يومين في الفندق ومددت كمان يومين في موظف في الإستقبال اسمه احمد عبدالمنعم ذا بتحبه بدون مايخدمك وخدمني خدمة عمر واخ اداني احلا غرفة ع المسبح وعملي دخول بدري اوي كذا ع الساعة عشرة وكان راجل أكثر من الذوق والله ولو كان استنساخ البشر حلال يريت نستسخ منه كم واحد لكل الفنادق . لا شكرا مليون كل شي ممتاز

The restaurant staff for breakfast were all extremely professional and respectful. WIFI was good and available throughout the property. Only slight problem was having to reconnect every few hours. Heated swimming pool was great and spent my early mornings having a swim. The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel of this standard, and I did use it a few times in the evening. There were only two options for breakfast: local or continental. But the portions were huge - could easily feed 3 people, and they had no problem in packing it for takeway. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All in all, by UK standards this is a very good 3* hotel. I had read a few negative reviews before booking but tbh they did not reflect my experience at all. The only negative is that Cairo is a 24/7 city and you can hear the traffic in your room as windows are not double glazed. But this is a problem for almost all hotels in the city.

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Although we booked a room with breakfast included, the food was exactly the same every day with no variety. The restaurant service was also very poor. I once waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee after requesting it, and there was no manager present to address complaints. The staff in the restaurant seemed inexperienced and untrained for proper hospitality service. I would not stay at this hotel again unless there is a significant improvement in the kitchen and restaurant staff.
