• Vsevolod (5/5): it is a place to sleep, but not a great value for money - Conveniently located and clean. The description on the Booking site contains false advertising - I picked the apartment versus a very good and cheaper alternative specifically b/c of the sauna promised in the description. Turned out it is only for the use by apt owners, and not the holiday makers. The owner tried to play it down although accepted that his ad is misleading potential renters. No attempt to apologize or compensate us for the deception was made. Mattresses/pillows - not extremely comfortable. No Washer/Dryer (or maybe it was hiding in the locked storage room). No dishwasher.

• Etan (5/5): Not coming back to this place - The apartments were clean and well-furnished, with a crib provided as requested. Walking distance to tourist attractions Our family traveled to Eilat, staying in two adjacent rental apartments. We had coordinated our 2 PM arrival with the owner. Our daughter arrived first (without a car), met Aliza the contact person, and received access details. Aliza seemed frustrated that we needed two parking spaces and key sets, though we had ordered two apartments. Later, she called to say she might not be there when we arrived. At the gate, we found two gates seemingly operated by the same app button. The first opened, but the second did not. As our son exited the car to check why the gate was not working, the first gate started to close on his hand and on our car, injuring him and damaging the car. A later measurement found that the gate's sensor was a whole 17.5” ahead of the gate. Aliza redirected us to Eli, the HOA head, who was unhelpful and threatened us. When Aliza arrived, she blamed us. The owner, Ron, was overall cooperative but took no responsibility (and ended up sending us the building's insurance policy from the wrong year). Other issues: • The elevator doors closed too quickly and had no safety sensor, nearly injuring a child and a wheelchair user. • Bathrooms had minimal, diluted soap. • The website didn’t mention that the swimming pool was closed. Despite these, the apartments were clean and well-furnished, with a crib provided as requested.

• Anatoli (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable, well-located, good facilities. The lady in charge was not helpful. She pressured us into arriving earlier because she wanted to go home. Upon checkout, we asked to leave at 12 rather than 11 since it was Saturday and we knew no one was about to check in. She gave us hell before agreeing, even though we never had such trouble before. Then, after we had left, she kept bombarding us with messages claiming some towels were missing, which was disgusting since we are so not into hotel looting. Then the messages stopped (she must have found the towels) but no apology followed. Overall, the stay was excellent but that lady shouldn't be allowed to work there.

• Leah (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and very clean, we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and a parking spot. The place is close to all major attractions. The staff was responsive to our needs. Overall, we liked the place and our stay there. The kitchen had plates and cutlery, but frying pans and pots were overused and subpar. They should just throw them away. The place is not managed by the owners, and lacks warmth that you sometimes get from people who want to build relationships. Here, the feeling was that they don't care much because even if you don't come back, there would be others.

Right near the icemall and busstop to beaches all over Eilat, near tayelet too One bedroom would heat up during the day as it faces the sun, and had a wall of glass on the outside causing a greenhouse. Host was very helpful and gave us a floor fan, and instructed us to leave AC on with closed vents to lounge at night (so more ac goes into bedroom)

• Julia (10/5): Excellent - It is not my first time in Roal Park. I had answers for all questions I asked before or in time of living in Royal Park. The apartment was clean and I had all needed accessories and tools for 5 days.We have own parking place. Excellent experience.
• Verified traveler (6/5): OK but not great place to stay in - The apartment is large & comfortable. The pool is not functioning, & since many guests already reported that, it i time to say - NO POOL . cleaning was not at the expected level - hair in the bath.

The kitchen was dark, so it' was inconvenient to manage there. No pots at all. The cutlery was very basic. The overall feeling was, it's not clean enough. No hair dryer. No washing machine.

• Simon (8/5): Luxury apts, great area, excellent service - My wife and went to Eilat for a long weekend. We are very glad to have found the Esterin Royal Park Apartments. The apartment itself was beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Asi, who manages the apartments was extremely helpful and always willing to solve any problems. The area is very near the hotels so everything is withing east walking distance. The buulding complex has a lovely pool, and there is a private gym as well. I would have given the overall stay 5/5 but the apartment we got was right by the car park and we heard every car go over the traffic spikes outside the bedroom, which meant we didn't sleep very well. However, I have been told that these will be removed soon. Overall, We would definitely come back and stay here.

• Ottilie (10/5): - A lovely and spacious property. It had a nice terrace and outside pool. the rooms were very clean and everything was modern and new. The location is great too - quiet for a good night's sleep but within walking distance to the beach where the main attractions are. Wish we stayed there longer..
