אינהורן (9/5): שהיה נפלאה. מומלץ מאד. - ארוחת בוקר מושלמת, טעימה. שרות אדיב מאד. הצצות בכללותו אדיב ועוזר מאד במיוחד יובל מהקבלה, נענה לרצוננו בכל פרט - החלפת חדר, אפילו הזמנת רופא וארוחה לחדר. האמבטיה לא עבדה, למרות שיובל התאמץ ושלח כמה פעמים איש מקצוע. הוצע לנו לקבל חדר רק לרחצה.

For instance the mirror was not shining because of watermarks on it or lot of dust and so under de safe.....( room 412) and dust at the edges in the cupboard. Yana (3/5): Хотелось бы большего. - Персонал хороший. Быстро поменяли комнату на более тихую с лучшими удобствами. Стены в комнате очень тонкие, нет звукоизоляции. Шумно от улицы и соседей, кровать скрипит в плохом состоянии, матрас очень плохой прогибается, в плохом состоянии. Завтрак очень, очень скромный , низкого уровня. Для такой красивой гостиницы завтрак должен быть изысканный. Не было шеф повара как было описано в описании за завтрак.

שי (10/5): נהננו מזמן רגוע באוירה שלווה ונינוחה עם שירות מעל למצופה! - אהבנו את אנשי הצוות. החל מהקבלה, הטכנאי, המנקה, המלצרית, אנשי המטבח ועד למנהלת המלון! מאירי פנים, קבלנו חדר מסוים ולאחר שבקשנו, קבלנו חדר עם נוף לים בלי בעיה בכלל. תמיד שאלו אותנו לשלומנו, וידאו שהכל תקין, שלחו מיד טכנאי שיתקן את המקרר ולבסוף קבלנו מקרר חדש לגמרי! בקיצור - שירות ושהות נעימה, נינוחה, שלווה ומזמינה כבר לפעם הבאה! תודה רבה!!! דבר יחידי שלא היה 100 %, היה החניה. בתחילה חשבנו ש"חניה חינם" זה חניון מקורה/תת קרקעי של המלון, אך כשהגענו הבנו שהחניה חינם היא שטח כורכר סמוך למלון (מעבר לכביש) וזה לא היה הכי נח. במיוחד לא בימי הגשם שהיו בזמן שהותנו שם שהיינו צריכים לצאת לגשם עד שהגענו לרכב...

We ended up getting a dark room, no view no balcony , then they try to give us another room but no balcony and the room looked old , not like on the photos . They said that can’t see the room type that booking.com customers are booking. So simply don’t book there a room , it will be Russian roulette. Don’t trust the photos .

Roman (9/5): Great stay in a historical building and superb location - It was an exceptional stay for us. The hotel is located in a historical building and everything inside and outside of the hotel looks very authentic and nice. The location is great - few minutes walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping locations, etc. Usually, I do not pay attention, but here I can say - very reasonable placement of power outlets, lights and light switches in the room was exceptional. Good breakfast - you can find a meal to your requirements.

Eran (10/5): Great hotel, recommended. - Very nice hotel, in a historic building. Rooms is lovely, very good bed and bathroom. Staff is very welcoming. Breakfest was great, we were more than happy.
Ruben (7/5): - Atmosfera antica e piacevole . Personale amichevole e professionale. Cibo sia colazione che cena molto buoni. La camera affacciava su un semaforo e sulla strada in generale quindi un pochino rumorosa ma almeno grande e pulita .

Nihaya (2/5): - הזמנתי חדר עם מרפסת ולא קיבלנו את מה שהזמנו . חוויה גרועה מאוד. תמונות לא תואמות את מה שיש שם באמת . לא מומלץ.

maya (10/5): - מלון אירופה מייצג את ארץ ארץ ישראל בתקופה סוערת זו בהתגלמות האחדות החסד מאור הפנים ולב פועם . מלון אירופה הוא עסק שמציב מול עיניו את האנשים לפני הכל. ועל כך צריך לעודד את המלון. צוות המלון וההנהלה נתנו לחתן וכלה סוויטה במחיר של חדר רגיל שירות אדיב מלא אהבה וטוב.. איפשרו לכלה להתארגן לפני שעת הקבלה . אני מודה מקרב לב לכל האחראים ומחזקת את ידכם. אין בי הספק שתצליחו ותרוויחו.
