• Nicolevincent (8/5): Extra malgré quelques problèmes techniques - Le patron est très sympa, très accueillant et réactif. Le petit déjeuner peut être servi à l'heure que vous voulez y compris très tôt. Le cadre est magnifique. L'appartement est très grand. Deux pannes techniques en deux jours ! Pas d'eau chaude pendant 24h et pas d'électricité le deuxième matin mais le patron a très vite réagi et a fait ce qu’il pouvait ! Les toilettes sont très étroites et peuvent être compliquées d'accès pour une personne très corpulente. Pas de gel douche ni shampoing disponible mais du savon au lavabo.

Dostacujici. no jak se to veme, kvalita vseho ostatniho byla podle ocekavani na Maroko, takze v podstate zadny luxus, ale jeste dostatecne.

• VAN HILLE (7/5): bon rapport qualité prix ! calme ! - Bon petit déjeuner , accueil charmant , belle vue sur l'océan , au calme ! Les escaliers pour accéder à notre appartement , mais c'est nécessaire pour avoir la vue sur l'océan...

His positive energy really made the experience even better. The breakfast was very good, and we especially appreciated the flexibility of choosing the time ourselves. It’s a budget stay, and the hotel could use a bit of maintenance in places, but the hospitality more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for a good-value stay!

• Linda (9/5): Great overnight stay - Loved the location . Large apartment with two balconies . Sound of the sea and waves crashing all night long . So peaceful. Excellent value at £30 for one night and great breakfast included. We were there in Ramadan and it was nice to watch the locals playing football at 11pm from our balcony . A bit difficult to find but we managed . No food or shops nearby except for the campsite restaurant a short walk away. This although inconvenient adds to the charm . A real look at village life. We only stayed one night and having read previous reviews we were prepared for this .

Walks up the beach and also along the cliffs, and visiting the nature preserve close by as - We loved the location and having a view of the sea from our own terrace. Also the manager Hassan is extraordinary and kind. We felt very safe and well looked after. It’s sad to see the litter on the beach. It’s such a wonderful area, hopefully people can organize to clean it up from time to time.

• Alexandra (8/5): Best Budget Stay in Morocco! - Brahim was such a kind soul, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. From the welcome tea brought up to our room, to getting up early to give us breakfast at 7.30. The bed was comfortable and warm, the water was hot. The cafe across the way on the beach was fantastic, have the grilled Daurade, you wont be dissapointed!

Номера в гостинице "подуставшие". Ремонт по всей видимости был давно. Кухонный угол в номере как и техника в нем были в рабочем состоянии, но старенькие.

• Riya (9/5): Nothing fancy but you get what you paid for. Walkable distance to bird park. - 1. The caretaker Hassan is the best you could ask for. 2. Location very good within the small village and some 3kms to the bird park which is walkable along the coast. 3. Food is very decent and not expensive. 4. Room with good view to the sea. Have spacious balconies and lookout for sunset. 5. Old building with good architecture, big courtyard and terrace. 6. Presence of CCTV cameras These are suggestions rather complaints! 1. The description miss “how to reach” by different mode of transport. We took a bus from Marrakech to Agadir. For people coming first time, instructions were unclear where we ended up taking 4 share taxis to reach whereas first it’s told as 2 taxis. You can reach with 2 taxis but taxis direct are rare. So you end up going to main access centres to get connecting taxis. The contact number is mostly unavailable where we tried to contact but no answer. Language barrier was an issue. Whereas Hassan the caretaker was quite helpful and easy to communicate. 2. No caller bell at reception or from rooms to contact someone for help. It would be helpful for people need something.

Probably not ideal for a family holiday. Eating options limited but ibis chauve restaurant quite good and friendly. This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for

Recommended. - The apartment is a lovely and calm place with a beautiful view, breakfast is great and the host is very kind and helpful. Kitchen part of the apartment is a bit run down (stove and fridge were rusty).

• Ahimsa (10/5): Splendid, quiet location - Location: proximity to bird reserve with small birds and raptors with free entry 3 km along beach from Fanti and river near Massa with waders. Amazing local people, traditional, unspoilt, serene, many KMs of beach, often nobody there off season, waves suitable for advanced surfers, well equipped spacious room with huge balcony in a traditional styl building. Hassan, the receptionist/ waiter/porter was highly professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my 6 days there and hope to return. However, if you are accustomed to city life, 5 star hotels and partying /clubbing please don't go. I have no complaints about the guest house, except there were a few minor repairs needing done in the room I stayed in the first 3 nights till I was moved to another. Sadly I regularly witnessed the abuse of donkeys in the surrounding area, carrying too heavy loads and people too lazy to walk. I saw a young man hitting one repeatedly till I grabbed the stick from him. The ridiculously huge load was too much for the donkey on an uphill route. It would be good to see the government implement some animal welfare regulations and limits to weights they are forced to carry and distances.

Window and door of the bedroom didn't close well, so banging by the wind. The area is complete deserted at night and all the empty buildings around make it a bit eary.
