- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location in a safe area, within walking distance from the terminal la Ofelia. Great guys working in the hostel. The room is small but comfortable, good hot water pressure in the shower. There is a kettle on the floor, dishes for coffee or tea. If the windows face the street, then you will hear noise, but at night everything is ok. -

- Edward (5/5): Fine for a night - Location was great for getting the bus to mindo the next day. Was fine for a night and bed was comfy. We saw some bugs in the bathroom and there is no kitchen to prepare food.

- Thomas (8/5): Very good - This is really budget accomodation my review has tried to equate the rate with amenities. Better place to eat is a small cafe 5min walk. Left out of hostel to intersection left again staying on same path 100mtrs appropriately small cafe green furnishings recently opened. We had eggs on toast doesn't sound like a big deal. After 6 weeks in Equador we still got the deer in the head lights look at this request. The owner went out and purchased a loaf, never tasted so good. Also if you like black tea be sure to have your own.. The hostel is located in a main road the traffic noise starts pretty early. Conversations can be heard with few soft furnishings in hallways to dampen the sound. The other pizzeria we tried wasn't so good.
- Laura (7/5): cheap, great location if you need bus stop, helpful staff but noisy - great location to the station to mindo, staff friendly, room was very clean and wifi was excellent. great little pizza place down the road. About every hour I seemed to have a front row seat to the show going on next door, I’ll be polite and say couples but it was constant noise and the place came off a bit sleazy. if it wasn’t for this I would have given this place a 10. on the plus side the woman seemed to be enjoying herself!
