Spaan (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay that was just a little too pricey. - Great breakfast! Bathroom was great! Loved the secure parking in gated basement! Staff was pleasant and efficient! Room/bed was clean and comfortable! We were traveling through to Alabama. The only complaint was the $187.00 nightly rate. We would return if the rate was around $120.00. We probably will pass by the Franklin location next time because of this.

2doglady (8/5): A Great Place to Stay but Breakfast is Not That Great - We love staying at this hotel and have stayed here a number of times. The area is growing with more eateries nearby -- like Edley's BBQ, McDonald's, Chick Fil A, and the very busy new In N Out Burger. The hotel has a small parking lot but they also have a garage under the hotel for additional parking. That was a nice plus since we had storms on the night we stayed. The service here is great, and the location is convenient to the interstate. The hotel and the room itself was so nice. The beds were comfortable. If you cannot use feather pillows, you might want to let them know. They have four on a bed and two are feather pillows. The breakfast was not as great as some other hotels and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We opted out of the breakfast on the second morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to continue using this hotel when we visit the area which is frequent since we have family nearby.

PeterDtx (10/5): Excellent Experience and Cooperation - January 2026 We booked a stay for a family member at the Holiday Inn Express in Franklin, TN at 7100 Berry Farms Crossing. The family member was to be discharged from the Nashville, TN hospital. Due to a power outage in the area we wanted to be assured that our 86 year old uncle would have a place to stay with operational facilities. We were uncertain of the discharge date as the area has been recently effected by adverse winter weather. The general manager, Terry, and Victoria (asst.) were absolutely superb! It was quite remarkable concerning their cooperative attitude and willingness to assist us with reserving a room for our family in this special situation. Terry adjusted the check-in date two times to accommodate us in an effort to assist. Wow! This is an exemplary demonstration of customer service and good management in action. My review is simply to acknowledge a kind, thoughtful and caring attitude by the general manager and staff to assist us with a delicate situation. We also want to let Holiday Inn Express by IHG know what we believe is outstanding and courteous leadership in their Franklin, TN location. Our uncle was as determined by the hospital to be safely transported from the hospital to his home in Spring Hill, TN which now has power and working facilities. The bed was hard, and the pillows were too full. The first night I didn't sleep well due to these. There needed to be instructions to work the remote for the tv and possibly a listing of the stations. It was a little more expensive than what I expected, (I'm 73 and I have AAA and other Senior discounts but had to way to use them) but I went with my daughter and grandson and his baseball team stayed there so it was more convenient for transportation.

Rebecca (9/5): Nice hotel, great location! - Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Loved the big bathroom! Parking! The lower parking garage is very challenging to maneuver especially with an SUV. No enough spaces, most parked over the line, taking up 2 spots. My husband is handicap so ended up back at the top. Very frustrating!
