- Andreas (5/5): Zum Übernachten geeignet - Eine in die Jahre gekommene Ferien-Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war mit Balkon und guter Aussicht. Aufgrund der etwas frischeren Temperaturen wurden wir auf Anfrage mit einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ein "italienisches Frühstück". Die Lage war recht gut, am Strand gelegen, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war nicht mit einem Wasserkocher oder Ähnlichem ausgestattet. Den vorgefundenen Wasserkocher im Gemeinschafts-, Frühstücksraum konnte man nicht benutzen. Dieser war verdreckt und verrostet, sodaß Kaffe oder Tee aus diesem Kocher ungenießbar waren. Dementsprechend war das Frühstück ohne Heißgetränk, wurde aber angeboten. Nein, Kaffee aus der Nespresso-Maschine gab es auch noch. Doch ich bin kein Kaffee-Trinker. Das Haus hat insgesamt eine dringende Renovierung nötig. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Maurizio il titolare una persona socievole e molto attento compreso il personale che la mattina preparano una deliziosa colazione. Che dire di più.. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille

The staff at breakfast were really friendly. - You could see the sea from the room’s balcony, even though it’s through a parking lot. The property is very conveniently located to the train station, beaches and the old town as well. The bed was quite uncomfortable, too soft.

Parcarea gratuita in curte a fost un mare plus. Plaja din apropierea destul de murdara, iar dimineata tot orasul isi plimba cainii pe aceasta plaja.... Concluziile va las pe dvs. sa le trageti. Nu este vina proprietarilor locatiei este vorba despre respect si civilizatie. Si imi plac animalele, am si eu un catel.... dar... Administratia locala ar trebui sa-și faca mai bine datoria.

Comfortable beds and nice breakfast with coffeeand pastry. We had junior Suit with see view. Some facilities look old. The air condition for example or the blinds on the windows. It was not so warm. There is common kitchen. There was not so many things in the kitchen. I did not find a cutting board or plastic spoon for the pen.

Beach Quality: The beach, while close, was primarily used by fishers and did not offer an ideal beach experience. This was not clearly communicated in the property description. Nearby Canal: The presence of a canal flowing into the sea detracted from the overall seaside experience. Privacy Concerns: The apartment had a direct door to the communal breakfast area, reducing privacy. Sleeping Arrangements: The third guest was provided with a sofa bed. However, the foam mattress was too soft and of low quality, impacting sleep comfort. Size of the Apartment: Advertised as suitable for three people, the apartment felt cramped and smaller than the claimed 40 m², making it less comfortable for a group of that size.

All cakes, bathroom was narrow one at a time in there. Could not find property very easily, not signed well and address on website says nb 17, it's not it's at the end of the Rd on the seafront. No kettle in the room I believe it said there was!

- Darlene (1/5): This is NOT a 3 star property - do not be fooled by the website photos! - Good location - grocery store down the street, restaurants nearby but almost all were closed on the Wednesday night that we were there. Also close to Paestum (less than 30 minutes) Decent towels & wifi BUT none of this mattered, because of all the negatives We stayed at 3 star B&Bs, agriturismos and hotels across southern Italy during our trip in April 2023 with super clean accommodations, excellent staff, and beautiful breakfasts. This place did NOT measure up to 3 stars. It's a few rooms in a couple of buildings. We stayed in a large studio with a decent kitchenette but not sure how clean the dishes were. The bed sheets were paper thin- definitely not commercial-grade. (I don't think the pillows had pillow protectors.)The sofa had a broken leg, the desk chair fabric was ripped. There were stains on the walls, couch and bedspread. The balcony was on an angle, the patio furniture was rickety, dirty and rusty. The walkin closet was more like a storage room with a drape for a door, a couple of hangers, extra pillows & blanket on the floor, a loose safe box (that could easily be removed - not very safe). Renovations began on the unit next door at 8:30 am (jack hammers/drills/hammering), so not restful. We had another couple staying in a unit in the other building. They had hairs in their bed which turned them off immediately, and not all the electrical outlets worked. The breakfast room opened late. It had stained disposable tablecloths that easily could have been replaced. Breakfast consisted of a coffee, 2 pastries thrown on plates with bare hands, no gloves or utensils. For 4 people we had 2 knives, no other cutlery. (Proper utensils, pleasant staff, clean tablecloths, maybe fruit or yogurt would've been nice.) We had pre-paid for 2 nights but left after one. We were concerned about the lack of cleanliness and security (the keys were in the door when we arrived). At all the other accommodations, we had to provide our passports for registration with police (as is normal across Europe.) We were not asked for them at this place. Made us wonder if it's a legitimate B&B. If you are looking for a 1 or 2 star place, this location might be fine for you.

- Aleksander (10/5): Nice play to stay in Agropoli. - Beautiful apartment, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Thanks for the coffee machine. The owner was very helpful. No problem with early check in and late check out. It will be nice to have some glasses for cold drinks.
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a nice view, it’s super comfortable (the bed and pillows were a real highlight) and clean! The breakfast is in a different building but worthy the walk (nice croissants, cake and coffee)! Parking is in front of the house and free! Totally recommend it!

- Petra (10/5): Very good - Nice room with large balcony and sea view. Very close to the beach and city centre in walking distance. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful, the owner even carried my luggage upstairs.
