• Cynthia (10/5): Wonderful welcome to Lisbon - The location was great. Close to metro. Easy access. The rooms are comfortable,bright,clean with comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming and more than accommodating. Staff could be ambassadors for Lisbon. They are full of recommendations and suggestions and willing to help with logistics. Excellent concierge services. I would stay again and recommend to others.

He knows everything there is to know about the city and the surroundings and is always available and happy to help and suggest things. Really good breakfast. We loved this hotel!
• Teresa (5/5): Location was on point. Apartment is recommended for two people. - The location of the property was fantastic. It was central to the touristy parts of Lisbon without being in the most busy parts. The neighborhood had many coffee choices and sit down to eat options. The apartment had charming character and the balcony was great to look out of. The daily breakfast was very handy and offered a good range of choices; boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit and various breads. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight. I booked the apartment that can host three people however this apartment can definitely not if you factor in luggage. The website photos were accurate in terms of room aesthetics, but very wide-lense flattering when showing room proportions. Two people would find it cosy, three found it unworkable. When contacted, the hosts said the photos were typical of what to expect but not accurate. Hence, extra costs were incurred by us as alternative accommodation up the street was quickly found for the 3rd person.

• Miriam (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in der Casa do Mercado mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern, reibungslos. - Der Aufenthalt im Casa do Mercado war prima. Der Check-in erfolgte unkompliziert, die Betreuung durch das Personal war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen - es gibt gute Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe. Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und würden jederzeit wieder ins Casa do Mercado kommen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, hätte jedoch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

De plus, l'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Lisbonne.

• Tamar (9/5): Great place to stay - I really liked our room and our bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the shower had good pressure and never ran out of hot water. Everything was extremely clean. The staff were excellent. They were always available to help us with any question or concern we had. There is a great coffee shop right across the street which our family loved also. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the bars and restaurants near by. The other nights we stayed it was quiet.

A special mention to our concierge, Pedro, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, something I don’t often come across. He gave us great local tips on where to go and what to do, which made our experience feel much more authentic.

He helped us out with hints, ideas what to visit, good restaurants etc. Really nice person. The room was clean with everything you may need. We booked a room with balcony and when we got there got one without balcony, even though when searching for accommodation in the filters we specifically added the balcony because that’s what we wanted. The host’s response was that these are standard rooms, some of them have a balcony and some don’t…hilarious. When you book a room by adding some filters you expect that room to meet all those filters because you’re paying for them… Finally after 2 days we were able to change the room. Neighbor a little noisy. Mediocre breakfast.

Purtroppo, nonostante ci fosse stata confermata la disponibilità di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, nel bagno era presente solo sapone per le mani. La scelta a colazione non è particolarmente ricca. Solai e muri non devono essere molto spessi perché si sentono distintamente i passi degli ospiti ai piani superiori e i rumori di docce e WC.

• Jessica Katharina (9/5): Kommen gerne wieder! - Die Gastgeber Madalena und Pablo waren so wundervoll, nett und hilfsbereit wie wir es selten erlebt haben! Allein für die beiden kommen wir gerne zurück! :) Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber ein anderes bekommen. Nachdem wir das Madalena gesagt haben, hat sie alles dafür gegeben, dass wir am nächsten Morgen wechseln können. Wir haben aber drauf verzichtet, da wir schon alles ausgepackt haben und keinen zusätzlichen Aufwand verursachen wollten. Die Lage ist top, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und in der Gegend gibt es tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Das Frühstück hatte alles Wichtigste da. Die Fenster waren sehr gut abgedichtet, sodass man nichts von draußen mitbekommt. Alles schaute gepflegt und willkommend aus. Man bekommt recht viel von anderen Gästen mit, vor allem lautes Türenknallen. Auch könnte das Frühstück etwas abwechslungsreicher sein (z.B. wären Obst und Gemüse schön). Es gibt auch "nur" Seife in der Dusche, Shampoo wäre cool zu haben. Und einen Haken fürs Handtuch :)
• Jeroen (9/5): Prima locatie en service gerichtheid - De kamer (nr.7), het bed, de douche, ontbijt, het vriendelijke en service gerichte personeel en de ligging. Pedro de conciërge deelde een hoop tips en verzorgde de reservering voor een Fado avond (aanrader). Hij was verder goed bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk. Ook Madalena en Rodrigo hielpen ons goed. Verblijf was op loopafstand van trein en metro station (koop een Zapping ticket voor alle openbare vervoer die kun je telkens opwaarderen en ga naar Cascais: directe verbinding met trein, laatste halte €4,10 retour). Ubers waren ook ideaal en goed beschikbaar (ook van en naar Airport tussen 10 en 14 euro) voor als je even klaar bent met de heuveltjes en trappen. Alles kun je overigens wandelen. Fijn dat het verblijf op het vlakkere gedeelte van de stad zit. Op dag van vertrek konden we na uitchecken gebruik maken van de gratis bagage opslag van het verblijf. Dat was fijn. Als we weer eens naar Lissabon gaan, dan gaan we ook weer naar dit verblijf. Niet van toepassing

Tesis öncelikle bir otel değil, herhangi bir lobisi, resepsiyonu yok. gece bar olan gündüz kahvaltı verilen bir alanda hizmet alıyorsunuz ve bir alt sokağa inmek zorundasınız ,, bu durumun belirtilmesi lazım ama hiçbir yerde yazmıyor. Biz deluxe suit odada kalmamıza rağmen havasız ve basık bir odaydı sürekli kafamızı vurduk. Pedro ve diğer arkadaşlar çok yardımsever bence çok iyi.

Manuel i Pedro perfekcyjnie o nas zadbali, udzielili cennych wskazówek aby poznać najcenniejsze zabytki Lizbony, punkty widokowe oraz restauracje z wyśmienitym jedzeniem. Zdecydowanie, podczas następnego pobytu również będziemy nocować w Casa do Mercado. Polecam!👌

• Kamil (10/5): - Bardzo dobre położenie, do większości miejsc wartych odwiedzenia w Lizbonie jest blisko. Bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny konsjerż, słyszeliśmy że Portugalczycy z ogółu są pomocni, ale nie spodziewaliśmy się że aż tak. Bardzo przydatne były polecenia restauracji oraz pomoc przy planowaniu wycieczek do Sintry jak i po mieście. Pedro, bo to właśnie on nam pomagał, zdecydowanie zasługuje na podwyżkę 😎 W ostatni dzień mogliśmy zostawić bagaże, mimo że byliśmy już wymeldowani a lot mieliśmy dopiero wieczorem, co też było bardzo pomocne i nie musieliśmy nosić bagażu ze sobą lub korzystać w przechowalni. Jedyną rzeczą o którą można się jakkolwiek przyczepić to fakt, że na śniadanie trzeba wyjść z budynku i przejść kilka metrów. Mnie to akurat nie przeszkadzało, ale może ktoś preferuje jak śniadania są w tym samym budynku.

• Nina (9/5): Großartige Unterkunft für einen Lissabonaufenthalt - Vielen Dank für ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Unser Doppelzimmer war nicht riesig aber ausreichend und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Ein schönes Haus, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Vielen Dank Pedro für die nette Kommunikation per WhatsApp und beim Frühstück und die tollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. DIe Unterkunft liegt recht zentral, es gibt auch eine schöne und hippe, sehr gut besuchte Kneipe direkt nebenan (ist nachts etwas lauter, aber auch nicht sooo störend).
• Anette (9/5): Perfekt hotell med god beliggenhet! - Ligger perfekt til i en av Lisboas hyggeligere gater. Masse barer og restauranter rett rundt hjørnet, perfekt beliggenhet! Veldig god frokost, hyggelige, store og praktiske rom. God service, og veldig praktisk med nøkkelbokser og self-check in. Anbefales virkelig for en langhelg i Lisboa. Ingen direkte plage for oss, men hotellet ligger som mye annet i Lisboa i et gammelt bygg så det er ganske lytt. Hvis man har vindu oppe på natta bråker det litt fra utelivet, uten at det plaga oss. Ta med ørepropper :)
• Andres (9/5): - El personal es MUY MUY MUY amable y atento. Viajamos con una niña de un año y medio y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno genial y la habitación limpia y espaciosa. La cama es gigante y muy cómoda. No tiene ascensor y nos tocó la habitación del último piso pero aún así lo recomendamos.

• Francesca (10/5): - Io e mia madre abbiamo trascorso tre giorni e due notti in questa struttura e avremmo tanto voluto avere un giorno in più. La città è affascinante, ma il calore dello staff è la cosa che pronteremo con noi. Posizione strategica perfetta, colazione soddisfacente e personale cordiale: in particolare Pedro, che con incredibile gentilezza e simpatia ci ha dato consigli fondamentali per i nostri giri gastronomici e non! Non vediamo già l’ora di tornare!

• Natalja (8/5): Wir haben uns im großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt - Tolle Lage. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nebenan. Raum hatte gute große für uns 3. Sauber. Super freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal Schlafcouch leider etwas durchgelegen. Geräuschisolation nicht ganz gut.

• Chiara (8/5): Very good choice! - The room was spacious and with a nice feeling. The position very convenient. The bed was one of the most comfortable I ever experienced! The breakfast was always well taken care, but expect a basic one. While the windows are very well insulated, as soon as you open it a little, the space becomes very noisy. Just to know. The bathroom is very small, maybe choosing a smaller washbasin would have been better :)

Café da manhã delicioso e todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Um menção especial ao Pedro, que está sempre disponível e com as melhores dicas pra deixar a viagem ainda mais interessante. As dicas dele valem ouro!!! Amei e voltaria várias vezes, vocês não vão se arrepender de se hospedar na Casa do Mercado!

• Veronica (8/5): Un bed & breakfast molto carino e confortevole - Personale super cortese e disponibile . La camera veramente carina (forse si può migliorare solo leggermente la pulizia ma proprio per essere pignola). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di vino ad attenderci . Noi siamo dovuti partire prima per un emergenza familiare e non abbiamo goduto di tutto il soggiorno, non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso logicamente (due notti prima). La posizione è comoda per raggiungere Praça do Comércio anche a piedi e vicino si trova anche il fantastico Time Out market , dove accontentare tutti per pranzo o cena e assaggiare vari piatti (noi ci siamo trovati benissimo a mangiare sempre pesce e pastel de nata) L'unica nota negativa è che nell'inserzione non è indicato che è un bed & breakfast, ma lo è a tutti gli effetti con tanto di targhetta affissa e in fase di prenotazione è un dato corretto da dare all'ospite .
• Tanja H. (9/5): Zeer net en knus hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en goede locatie. Het was best gehorig, geluid van andere kamers.
• aurelia (10/5): - Trato y atención al cliente excelentes. Un hotel muy acogedor, con una ubicación inmejorable. Nos encantó la estancia y, especialmente, las recomendaciones del personal del alojamiento, que hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Todo estubo bien.
• ROMMEL (6/5): Bem simples. - Do atendimento da equipe Banheiro muito ruim. Ralo do chuveiro entupido. Pedimos pra desentupir mas não fomos atendidos. Local onde fica o vaso sanitário é muito apertado. O hotel não tem recepção física. A entrada para os quartos fica numa rua e a entrada para o restante, que só funciona para o café da manhã, fica em outra. Ou seja, não é possível acessar as instalações do restaurante pela parte interna do hotel. A impressão que dá é que adaptaram um prédio de moradia para ser um pequeno hotel para uma família ter uma renda.
