• servolk (9/5): - Уютная вилла,останавливаемся второй раз. Всего 3 виллы,одна из них с бассейном. Уборку предлагали каждый день. Персонал не навязчивый,очень вежливый. Виллу советуем! Из минусов можно добавить то,что посуда на кухне есть,а расходных продуктов,типа масло подсолнечное, нет,готовить не на чем. Так же нет питьевой воды. Покупали воду сами. И нет жалюзей от солнца и дождя, как на других виллах.

• Baby Rekha (8/5): Good homely stay. Close to restaurants, laundries, spas and taxi service. - Spacious villa with kitchen facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. All facilities like restaurants, spas, laundries, taxi, etc are available on the same road. The pathway to the villa is not maintained well. There was water supply problem for a couple of times. When we asked the staff, they switched on the motor. The staff should take timely action to avoid this. Will be great if they can provide some essentials like cooking oil, salt and sugar in the kitchen because travellers do not carry these items.

The villa was clean, peaceful, and full of charm — private but not isolated. I felt completely safe walking to the main strip and around Seminyak. The wooden villa is honestly my dream kind of home. The housekeepers were fantastic — respectful, kind, and always made sure everything was just right. The lovely ladies in the spa/salon were always so kind and helpful with their suggestions and directions. Maria at reception was fantastic — every time I sent a message, she replied quickly and was always kind, helpful, and professional. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. 💛

• Aušra (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, it has a private entrance, it has everything you need, good location: the beach is at 20min walking distance or 5 min by taxi. Plenty of restaurants around.
• Tad (7/5): Definitely worth staying. Good location, get to stay in a unique architecture and staffs are very helpful. - I liked the traditional Lombok style wooden frame architecture. Also the open style ground floor was something unusual. It made me feel that I was closer to the nature. Although the property has a small distance from a road, you could hear a lot of noise especially at night. I had to use earplugs at night to go to sleep.

• Dallas (5/5): A few problems well handled by the helpful, lovely staff but not as relaxing as I’d hoped for. - No breakfast included. Location Great. Private pool area very nice. Upstairs bedroom area comfortable simple but nice. On my first morning I had a little snake incident. I saw one slither into the bedroom - I called up the contact number and they had someone round very quickly to remove it for me which I thought was excellent reactive service. Despite advising via WhatsApp that my plane was late, and that I would be arriving after dark there was no one there to let me in – they did arrive quite quickly once I’d called , but I was pretty exhausted and it would’ve been nice to have been met without having to make phone calls. Then I found that the front external door didn’t lock. I called the property manager again and he did send someone round very quickly to get it sorted, but that sort of thing probably should be checked day of arrival so that it doesn’t happen when the guest is in situ. .On my second night, there was a big storm and several small places where water came into the upstairs area which by itself wouldn’t have worried me, but unfortunately in addition a large section of the bathroom Ceiling collapsed in, breaking the toilet seat and leaving debris everywhere, which made it very difficult for me to use the toilet and impossible for me to shower. There was nothing that could be done at night so I just took photographs and sent them through in the morning. I did receive an apology, but given the circumstances and offer of a credit or partial refund would’ve sat better with me as I was unable to sleep the rest of the night for fear of more collapses and water ingress causing problems with the electrics.

• William (6/5): - I don’t often leave reviews, but I really thought it would be helpful if I mentioned that this place is clean and totally fine. But I did have to sleep with earplugs. It was pretty loud lots of mufflers of mopeds accelerating all night and honking. Bring earplugs!
• michelle (2/5): - This property had rats. We had a rats nest with 2 dead rats downstairs. There were also rats in the bedroom. We had rat poop on the bed. The downstairs flooded during the rain and was so slippery it was unsafe to walk on. You could hear traffic noise 24 hours a day. There is no staff or reception at the property. If you need anything you must walk down the street to its sister hotel. We checked out 2 days early on Christmas Day. The manager refused to refund us. I told him it had rats which he new because his staff cleaned up the rats nest but he did not care. I told him we had rats on the bed. He doesn’t care. I told him it was Christmas he didn’t care. I had expedia call him, he hung up on Expedia. When Expedia called him back he had blocked there number. Worst Rat infested hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Pak Made is a wonderful host and has an amazing team to work with him. They are completely genuine, always willing to help, ensures your trip is smooth and comfortable. This is my second time here and I will definitely go back again whenever I am in Seminyak Bali. The villa itself has nice touches, complete amneties, super clean inside out, with simple yet delicious breakfast which even a 5-star hotel isn't able to fulfill most of the time.
