Tardamos 2hs en auto en hora pico desde Patong hasta el hotel. Podría esperar algún amenity como secador de pelo, pero por el precio está perfecto.

- Daphne (3/5): Heel dicht bij een enormdrukke weg waardoor veel geluidsoverlast - De kamer was ruim en schoon. Helemaal prima. De accommodatie ligt echt verschrikkelijk. Ik las over fietsen huren en dat je het geluid van de weg niet hoort. Nou de accommodatie ligt aan een enorm drukke weg met voorbijrazend verkeer dat keihard rijdt. Het geluid van die weg is heel goed te horen in de kamer. Gelukkig had ik oordoppen bij me. Je moet langs die weg lopen om ergens te gaan eten. Omdat ik de volgende dag een vlucht had wilde ik mijn spullen laten staan om die dag nog de omgeving te gaan verkennen maar ik ben snel weggegaan. De dame die toen bij de receptie zat kon geen woord Engels. Ik was de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de mensen op een eiland gewend. Dat heb ik hier niet ervaren. Ik snap echt niet waarom deze accommodatie zo’n hoge score heeft. Ben daardoor echt op het verkeerde been gezet. Misschien omdat de kamer zelf helemaal prima was.

Siisti paikka ja isäntä neuvoi hyvän ruokapaikan ja auttoi kyydin järjestämisessä lauttarantaan. Vieressä vilkasliikenteinen tie, äänet kantautuu huoneeseen, korvatulpat auttaa toki.

The staff is very nice and helpful and goes out of their way to assist you in having a comfortable stay. Peaceful and extremely clean property also offers bike Rental at Same price as outside. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel and all beaches can be easily reached by scooter or car. Offers parking too.

Location near a busy street with several restaurants and convenient stores. Easy to get to other places on Phuket. We enjoyed our stay, even extended it, and will surely be back. Definitely recommend staying here.

- Michal (10/5): Excellent! - The owner was very friendly and helpful, he taught us how to use the coffee machine at the reception, there was a free toast and jam if you wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, even though we only stayed for two nights, we got our sheets changed when we were away for lunch. The owner also lent me his bicycle for free so I could explore the city while my husband worked. Extremely good value, even though the location is a bit further away from where most of the tourists are headed, it's definitely worth it. The only thing that we regretted was that we already booked the next hotel and couldn't stay longer.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. They have free coffee, tea, toast, and jelly available for breakfast. They communicate via WhatsApp also. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

- TravellingMitch (10/5): 4th stay and still has good! - Stayed at this place 4 times now. Great easy location to explore and easy for Ao Po. You do need a car. Its not a place for those that like to stay at the hotel all the time! Rooms clean and tidy, tea coffee, free wifi , fridge. Super cheap over a busy road. Restaurants 200-400m either way.

- LaosLife (10/5): Very friendly, clean, modern and cheap - We stayed here for one night only. We were picked up at the airport with our family, spent the night, then got dropped at the harbour the next day to head to an island. Even though we only had one night, the owner made us incredibly welcome, drove us personally tot he harbour the next day at a reasonable rate and even took us to breakfast and waited for us while my kids worked ate. The owner and his family are very nice, accommodating and I would for sure stay here again given the chance. The hotel itself is as it looks on the pictures. Its clean and modern. It's not designed to be a holiday home, but suits well to people who are in transit or who are working on the island.

Air Con / good sized bathroom with some toiletries / fridge [with 2 free bottles of water daily and a few payable extras] / kettle / Tea +Coffee available in room, with top ups near the microwave and mini kitchenette for those that don't want to have a brekki. Breakfast is available, as is well priced choice of coffee. Free fast WIFI Very friendly and helpful staff. You will need your own transport. Well placed for those that don't need the beach but are basing their stay on the east side, including the various Marinas. Already booked our next stay. Overall excellent VFM!!!
- TravellingMitch (10/5): Lovely place if you don't need the beach - We picked the Green House on its location. We needed to be in easy travelling to the less touristy east coast of Phuket. Its only a short 10min drive to Surin beach if needed, a bit more if the complicated Thai roundabout accident reduction system is in place!!! There is parking and a 15min drive from the airport. We had a premier room, which was very well sizezd. Large bedroom, with tea / coffee, fridge and microwave. Well sized bed. Plenty of cupboards, free fast wifi. Well sized and well lite shower room. There is also tea / coffee, toaster and microwave in the lobby. You can also have a light breakfast made at a reasonable cost, or have a nice coffee on the outside seating. No outside space other than the area around the lobby, but we are there to sit in the hotel. 100% would stay here again! Not ideal for a first time visitor. Great for those that know Phuket and are planning to explore
