A házigazda segítőkész. A törölközők minőségiek. A Pantheon 50m,. Étel szag a szemben lévő étterem konyhájából, ami igazán nem zavart mert az egyik legkivállóbb étterme Liszabonnak.

- Stojan (10/5): Ok stay in Lisbon - The apartment is located in an excellent area, in an outstanding spot right in the center of the old town, which makes it perfect for exploring the city. The train station is nearby, which is a big advantage for arrival and transportation. In addition, Uber is very affordable, making it easy and inexpensive to get around.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and includes everything you might need, down to the smallest details, which really makes the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in is only available from 4:00 PM, which is quite inconvenient, especially after traveling. Communication with the staff is poor, as responses are slow or delayed, meaning you may end up wandering around the city all day, exhausted, before being able to enter the apartment.
Additionally, a €150 security deposit is required in case of damage. Although it is refunded after the stay, you cannot make a reservation without having this amount available, which may be an issue for some guests.

- Sergiusz (4/5): Important details to know before booking – be prepared - The biggest advantage of this place is location. You can reach it from the airport in around 50 minutes by metro: first take the red line from start to end, then switch to the blue line and go 5-6 more stops to the final station. From there, it’s about 10 minutes walk uphill.
The metro station is also a transport hub — there are many buses and trains to nearby towns, so it’s a good starting point for travelling around Portugal. There is a small supermarket right at the station where you can buy basic food or some ready meals if needed.
In about 10-13 minutes you can walk to some nice viewpoints and to the famous tram 28 — it goes past those viewpoints, so it’s easy to explore the area. There are also many budget restaurants nearby (in the very center, prices are often 50% higher). Walking to the Commerce Square takes around 25 minutes.
When we arrived, the room was clean. The shower is small but works fine, and hot water from the boiler was enough for two people.
That’s all for the positives, unfortunately. Unfortunately, problems started before arrival. Although we paid 100% two months in advance, two days before check-in the host demanded personal data on an external site and a €150 deposit — not mentioned during booking. Booking.com confirmed no deposit was needed, but the host ignored their calls. We had no choice but to pay to get the access code.
The apartment is much smaller than in photos — definitely not 45 m². The bedroom is windowless, tiny (about 6 m²), with only 60 cm of space around the bed. The bathroom is around 2 m². Low ceilings: I’m 188 cm and hit my head hard entering the bedroom and again near the stairs. The exit door opens inward into a 1 m² landing — uncomfortable and narrow, especially for bigger guests. Staircase ceiling is dangerously low in places.
Noise isolation is poor — we could clearly hear neighbors walking and talking at night. Windows leaked during rain. In the bathroom, there was always a puddle near the floor drain — later I saw water dripping from the ceiling (not rain-related). We didn’t report it, fearing they’d blame us and keep the deposit.
Appliances worked, but no wine glasses — disappointing in Portugal. Overall, not suitable for 4 people and not as advertised. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Sam (7/5): Happy, would consider staying again. Alfama is beautiful - Very clean, good location and fair price Toaster did not work and the light in the WC began to leak at times
- Veronica (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location Liked everything
- Zuzana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is beautiful, nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable for two people. The area was a bit messy a noisy. There must be a bar across the street from which we heard music until the night. Also the neighbours often smoke and the smoke comes into the apartment when the windows are open. It is necessary to keep the windows opened as there is no AC in the apartment.
- Deisi (9/5): Excellent - Very simple and cozy decoration The room gets very hot
- Gustavo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Friederike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (8/5): - Apartment was adequate for our needing a place within walking distance to train station for one night. It is a steep walk up hill to the location. After dropping bags, it’s very easy to explore and walk the historic locations in Lisbon. Fado music cafes/bars are abundant! Local culture too.. Apartment has steep stairs and seems newly renovated. All necessary needs included (full kitchen, coffee, TV, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, newer furniture) There is a bar below so if you’re sleeping with windows open (fans provided, no AC), you may wish to bring ear plugs.
- Cal (6/5): Great location but better options out there. - Location and space in living room.
Wi-fi was strong. Minimal toilet roll left at the property for our stay of 4 nights and very small bathroom. Noise from builders in the building from 7:45am every day - we were not told of this before booking or even when we checked in.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (5/5): Passable -
- Antonia (1/5): Cockroaches, rude staff and unsustainable smell - Rude staff, a lot of cockroaches, the place definitely doesn'tcorrespond to the pictures posted online. They charged us extra because we were 10' late (although informed them many hours before because our flight was delayed
), although the person "welcoming" us was ALSO late so we had to wait for him. The person "welcoming" us was very rude and arrogant, although admitted that the flat was smelly. He also requested (in order to have our deposit fully returned) to take the waste out "in the big green bins in the street" before checking out. The entrance stairs up to the flat were full of cockroaches and both the entrance stairs and the flat itself were smelling like waste/sewage. Although we informed the agents and we asked at least for a partial refund, they just ignored us and they responded that the smell is not their responsibility. Please consider that they requested a deposit of €250 (for 3 nights stay) so we found it more difficult to book somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL if you want to save your holidays.
- Maria (5/5): Fair for a short period. - Located in the iconic Alfama and close to interesting places. The apartment was smaller than I expect and the access to the house not that friendly .it was hot and the ventilation was not that good.
- Lee-anne (10/5): A great stay in Lisbon - Very clean, well stocked, great location
- Kate (7/5): A truly cosy spot in Alfama - The location is very good, near the Apolónia station and metro, as well as near the buses, and at the same time easy walking to restaurants and the sights of the Alfama district.
The communication from the agents was good, and José met us on time to let us in, show us the flat and connected us to the WiFi too.
The flat has all you might want. Small kitchen, well equipped, except there is no corkscrew. I went to the bar two doors down for them to open our bottle.
Coffee machine and some capsules.
The shower is excellent, and good water pressure.
The WiFi worked well. We did not try the TV.
There are blackout blinds as there is street lighting outside.
We were happy with our choice to stay here. We have travelled a lot and are used to smells and insects, but visitors should be aware that the very short flight of stairs to the flat is very smelly, but not the flat itself. Also on the stairs there are cockroaches, but we did not see any in the flat itself.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Location - The location is fantastic, with bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, and the main part of the city about 15 minutes. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and adequately equipped but lacks storage for a longer stay. It is not for anyone with ANY mobility issues. Apart from a couple of communication hiccups, and a road closure near the property, getting there was OK, but beware rip off airport taxi drivers. Overall, a great stay
- Marcin (8/5): Nice apt in perfect location. - Apt had TV, strong WiFi, coffee machine and basic kitchen tools. We didn't cutlery.
- Kristin (9/5): Superb -
- Nobumi (9/5): Nice apartment - Good facilities for 7 nights-stay, close to rail/metro stations, bus stops, bars and restaurants. Some good walk along the river to Praca do Comercio. Wifi worked well, enough English TV channels. The street in front was busy during daytime but quiet in the evening. One request - to have a frying pan (there was only one casserole). Only one issue - rush at check-in (handover a key). As flight arrival time was 15:10, I requested check-in time at 17:00, but they gave me at 16:00 at first time. I told them it seems too tight, then it has become at 16:30. It wasn't realistic for first time traveler to Portugal. I arrived at the property around 17:00 but was running around all the time with stress. The lady who was supposed to give me a key kept sending me a text message while I was at airport and in metro that she could wait only for 10-15 min (in case of delay) due to her next appointment. The items to calculate: 15-20 min from gate to baggage claim (very far in this airport passing all shops), 20-25 min to get luggage, 5-10 min to move to metro station and buy a ticket, take a first metro 20-25 min then change to another one for 10-15 min, followed by hill up to the apartment from metro station 10 min, bear in mind you are first time to come to Portugal, so need some extra time to figure out the directions as well as some flight delay.
- Amr (7/5): Good - location is amazing, apartment is nice and clean I had to wait for an hour for the key to arrive, due to a mistake, make sure that this is arranged before arriving. They request a card hold of €250 Euros as a safety deposit that is returned after your stay, which is unusual for me for a 2 night stay.
- Sorina (8/5): Very good -
- Piarais (7/5): Good - Close proximity to all shops and bars. Apartment good size, shower powerful, bed comfy Stairs to apartment could do with a bit of a paint, apartment itself could do with a paint as lots of scuff marks, could not check in till 5.30 because the cleaner was still cleaning. Lots of cockroach on entrance to the apartment
