• LAURENT (7/5): Bel endroit mais personnel manquant un peu de professionnalisme - L'hôtel est vraiment idéalement situé, sur la place principale de la veille ville (pas trop bruyante).Il est très design des communs à la chambre. La salle de bain est top ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le wifi fonctionne bien Des problèmes de communication répétés avant le séjour (pas toujours de réponse à mes messages) et surtout pendant. Des femmes de chambre inattentives ont cru que nous avions emmené des objets de la chambre (ce qui était faux) et nous avons eu droit à des discours désagréables ce qui a entrainé des tensions. Pour faire simple le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de l'endroit

• Katarzyna (9/5): Polecam serdecznie! - Świetna lokalizacja, parę kroków do restauracji, barów. Czysty pokój, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Nie wiem czy tyle byśmy zobaczyli fantastycznych miejsc bez ich pomocy. Na pewno mogę polecić to miejsce. Bardzo ładny design, ale trzeba bardzo uważać przy przesuwnych drzwiach szafy, która jest bardzo ładna, ale trzeba uważać. Są szklane, pokój niezbyt duży, przy dwóch osobach musieliśmy się pilnować, żeby jej nie uszkodzić, albo nie przytrzasnąć sobie palców. Poza tym, na prawdę godna polecenia miejscówka przydałoby się parę wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, ale to nie był jakiś problem, tylko drobna uwaga.

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfekt für eine Städtetour. Kommen wieder !! - Lage Perfekt, Parkplätz 20 Euro die Nacht gleich um die Ecke. Das Frühstück wird serviert, frisches Obst etc. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Gemüse (Tomate, Gurke etc.) vertragen. Die Toasts sind etwas lieblos zubereitet. Die Croissants und der Kaffee mega lecker. Wie gesagt die Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte größer sein können.

• Marco (8/5): Posizione top - Posizione invidiabile in pieno centro. Pulito e dotato di parcheggio a pochi metri dalla struttura (da pagare extra e richiedere in anticipo). Ben insonorizzato rispetto all’esterno. Nonostante l’ottima insonorizzazione verso l’esterno, i rumori interni si sentono, sopratutto le scale in metallo. La colazione é servita solo dalle 8; chi (come me) viaggia per lavoro deve saltarla e arrangiarsi.

• Catherine68 (10/5): - J'ai apprécié le tarif de genius 3 sur Booking, Sinon le prix réel aurait été beaucoup trop élevé. Le personnel est très agréable. Le service est à la hauteur de nos attentes, parfait. Chambre très propre. Établissement très bien situé , sur la place centrale de la ville, à 10 min du port à pieds et à 20 min de la gare. Dommage que l'accès au Spa soit payant (50€ pour 2h à deux). Du coup nous n'y sommes pas allés. Le miroir de la salle de bains est trop haut. N'est approprié pour les personnes de moins d'1,70m. (Le miroir de la porte est pratique, mais pas pour le rasage ,ni le maquillage.)

Et quand j'ai contacté l'hôtel pour annuler ma réservation, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse! Ni par email, ni par booking, ni sur whatsapp! Et manifestement, la personne avait l'habitude de tuer les cafards. C'est scandaleux!

• Manuela (9/5): Makenloser Aufenthalt, gute Lage, besonderer Bonus: Parkplatz - Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, einfach im Auto zu erreichen, Parkplatz ganz daneben. Sehr nette Person am Empfang und auch für Frühstück zuständig. Schönes Hotel, modern eingerichtet, sauber, gute Dienstleistungen im allgemein. Alles war gut.

Além disso, o hotel é bem moderno e a cama excelente. Óbvio, do café da manhã. Porém, já era previsto, pois a cultura do café da manhã na Itália é bem diferente da do Brasil e não podemos comparar.

La colazione servita mi è sembrata una buona idea, ma il cornetto che mi hanno servito, riscaldato nel forno a microonde, era immangiabile. La comunicazione con la struttura è un disastro. Ho chiamato in struttura al''arrivo perchè ho trovato chiuso e non risponde nessuno. Una voce diceva che avrei ricevuto un messaggio di Whatsapp, ma il messaggio è arrivato la mattina dopo. Anche per ottenere una fattura per il soggiorno, un incubo. Alla reception non se ne occupano minimamente. Devi mandare un'e-mail, che poi viene inoltrata a un ufficio, dicevano, e ho dovuto sollecitare più volte il riscontro.

Kartais vietas prisimename ne tik dėl kambarių ar aplinkos, bet dėl žmonių – ir ši vieta man būtent tokia :) Nuoširdus ir didelis ačiū Aušrai. Jūs buvote pati smagiausia ir šilčiausia pažintis šios kelionės metu. Jūsų nuoširdumas, dėmesys ir gera energija sukūrė ypatingą nuotaiką, kuri šią viešnagę pavertė dar labiau įsimintina. Išvykstu su labai šiltais prisiminimais ir tikrai norėčiau čia sugrįžti dar kartą. Iki kitų susitikimų :)

• MARIA GIOVANNA (7/5): Nice hotel, unpleasant hotel manager - Nice location, good breakfast, spacious and very clean room The hotel manager was unpleasant. She did not even say goodbye when we left. We believe she was upset as we could not communicate our arrival time. We tried to call but we could speak just with a call centre which did not pass the message of our arrival time. Tip for hotel management: Sardinian people are well known for being very welcoming. Thus, either hire the locals or teach good manners to your staff
• MARIA GIOVANNA (7/5): Nice hotel, unpleasant hotel manager - Nice hotel, central location, spacious room, very clean, good breakfast I was unable to confirm my arrival time via what’s up. However, I tried to call. Unfortunately a call centre, not the hotel, answered and did not convey my arrival time to the hotel. The hotel manager waited all afternoon for my arrival (check-in between 15.00 and 19.00). Rather unfortunate, but not my fault. Ultimately, the hotel manager was quite unpleasant. This is the reason for my score. Anything can happen and a hotel manager is supposed to wait for guests to arrive. She did not even say “goodbye”: she was extremely busy with her mobile phone. As a suggestion to the hotel management: Sardinians are known to be very welcoming. Thus, hire the locals (!)

• Sabrina (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno per qualità e convenienza - ottima posizione e buona la convenzione per il parcheggio ;, camera e bagno spaziosi e molto puliti; è presente un bollitore per te e caffè, buono il riscaldamento anche durante i mesi invernali. Sorprendente la colazione: frutta fresca già pulita e tutto quello che serve per una buona colazione. Bravi!!!

• Christophe (1/5): - L'emplacement ATTENTION il est écris navette pour l'aéroport, mais il n'y en a pas. Vous devez prendre un taxi ou prendre le bus de la ville qui est à 500m de l'hôtel. Nous sommes partis à 7h sans petit déjeuner puisqu'il commence à 8h pour prendre notre vol du retour. Pas de taxis disponibles, seulement des VTC entre 50 et 70 euros. Nous avons fait à pied la distance à l'arrêt de bus avec nos trois valise et nos deux sacs à dos. Quand je l'ai remarqué à notre hôte elle ne comprenais pas de quoi je parlais en parlant de navette... Je n'ai eu aucune compensation ni de Booking ni de l'hôtel. si vous souhaitez utiliser cet hôtel pour aller à l'aéroport choisissez en un autre !!!
