Ertan bey made sure we had all we needed and gave us some good recommendations for roaming around the city of Trabzon, eat and shop. The breakfast was very nice, both quality and quantity wise and full of variations. Special thanks to dear Aleyna and Nebat hanim for their kindness and hospitality and delicious cooking. Definitely going to revisit. This hotel is highly recommended.

Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen liess. Salem (10/5): Very beautiful suites - I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony, which has a wonderful view towards the Black Sea. All the staff are friendly and cooperative. The suites are very clean, and the breakfast is very nice. I strongly recommend it especially, for families. Nothing to mention.

The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, electric kettle, dish washer and washing machine). They also provide free water, coffee and tea. So you literally don’t need to worry about bringing anything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved it! Thank you Mr. Artan! Nothing. We love it!

You can’t find a welcoming place for kids like this facility with endless support from all members. The access road is a bit tough but the view and the hotel vibe compensate for that.

Ibrahim (10/5): recommended in Trabzon - very clean, I booked apartment view to the mountain but they change it to sea view for free. very nice and nice staff and manger Ertan. less variety of breakfast but it was acceptable. no thing
Wael (9/5): nice and clean suit to stay in Trabazon - Our host was very decent and cooperative. the view from the terrace was very beautiful the facilities were more than enough breakfast was nice and variable almost nothing but the road up to the hotel was a bit hard specially in the rainy days

Mustafa (9/5): Good Experience for mid stay - The property is clean with good furniture, I would rate it 5 starts compared to what you could get in Trabzon(as most hotels are not good), breakfast is humble and I would recommend to plan to have somewhere else if you want something fancy. The location(5min from airport, and when you go down hill you have the option to turn to the attractions to the left or right in the main road) is good(uphill) and very quiet (no plane sound). also, special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Ertan creating positive energy around and easy to talk to and willing to help at any time. The water heater is not functioning properly, and it was very difficult to have shower or wash hands; the weather was cold and you have to turn the water and wait 3min to have warm water(not hot!) and it will remain warm for 2min and again cold water for 2min and continues cycle like this.
Husain (10/5): Great suits - Clean apartment with all what you need. smiling staff, specially the manager Mr Ertan Beypinar, he will let you feel like a family member. I never seen a manager handling gussets like Mr Beypinar. *wifi network little slow. * If you are traveling (without) personal car the shops like restaurants and small grocery stores little far. But surely Sahin tepesi will be my first choise.

Rudolf (10/5): Incredible sea view - Very nice hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. You need a car to stay there because it's not centrally located and it's on top of a steep hill. Be aware the airport is near and you do hear planes in the morning before you wake up.
