Phuong Thao (7/5): Resort hơi xa trung tâm thành phố. Muốn đi chơi tối hoặc ăn đêm phải đi xa. - Cảnh quan xung quanh resort thoáng, riêng tư, rất nhiều hoa đẹp, rất chill, có khu vui chơi Wonder Land trong khu resort . Phòng Hơi cũ kỹ, Thiết bị điện hư nhiều, cỏ dại ko đc cắt tỉa, nhiều côn trùng bay sát phòng về đêm.
Phuong Thao (7/5): Gia đình muốn du lịch kiểu nghỉ dưỡng nhẹ nhàng, không chen chúc thì nên chọn resort này - Resort cảnh quan rất chill, Trước mặt có hồ Tuyền Lâm , có rất nhiều hoa, view chụp hình đẹp Và có khu vui chơi Wonder Land Trong khu resort Phòng cũ kỹ, thiết bị điện hư nhiều, Nhiều côn trùng về đêm, Cỏ dại nhiều.

For essentially similar price w some hotels you can experience true resort vibe w the beautiful landscape, access to all the facilities - the zoo, the lake, gym, breakfast, pool, etc. Especially loved the “backyard” from our villa - just lots of green space, hilly grass for a toddler to explore n run up n down. - my sense of childhood fun when I was growing up running in Doi Cu Staff was really nice, friendly and responsive Noise insulation might need some improvement as we could hear our next door neighbor

Iuliia (9/5): Отличное место, как будто другой город. - Номер в домике у озера был хороший. Единственное, дверь на балкон установлена с зазором из-за этого было холодно. Пришлось спасаться электрическим камином и спать с ним. В номере были пакетики чая и кофе,чайник и комплиментарная вода. В ванной горячая вода и все средства для душа. Кровать была огромная. Мы хотели сходить в сауну и спросили на ресепшн до скольки можно заказать, нам сказали,что до 10 время работы. Но мы позвонили в 8 вечера, а нам сказали,что персонал уже ушёл домой.Было обидно, но что поделаешь. В целом очень рекомендуем. Красивая ухоженная территория, завтраки шведский стол, багги подвозят до ресепшн и ресторана. Завтрак шведский стол хороший, только в 8 утра многих позиций уже не было, и на открытом воздухе было холодно. Думаю,что обычного мяса не хватает Персонал приветливый и заботливый, все готовы помочь.
Mirash (6/5): - They have wonderpark and it’s good to experience. Reception staff were not friendly and couldn’t support on 1 hour late checkout even it was off season. The egg station in breakfast counter was initially handled by an arrogant guy and later a professional staff came to handle egg station. Hotel management have to give proper training to their staff, especially for the staffs who directly interact with customers.

Kelly (8/5): Hade en superbra vistelse även om vissa saker kan förbättras. Rekommenderar! - Fantastisk utsikt och läge för att vara ute i naturen och komma bort från stan. Bra service, känns lyxigt att bo i en villa, stort rum och fräscht. Vi promenerade från och till receptionen från vår villa men personalen kan hämta en via bil. Stor buffé på frukosten, vi åt lunch och middag på hotellet och det var god mat. Var medveten om att det är utanför stan ca 20-30 min. Hotellet hade en shuttle bus men tiderna var väldigt dåliga så vi använde aldrig den. Skulle uppskattat om de hade senare tider Använde tvättservicen men kläderna blev inte helt rena utan fläckar fanns kvar. Man såg att byggnaderna var i gammalt skick och behövde repareras, inget som stördes men märkbart. mer ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Gymmet de hade var väldigt bristfälligt, vissa maskiner funkade inte men det funkade med fria vikter.

Khách lưu trú không được tặng vé vào khu vui chơi Wonderland. Vé chỉ sử dụng trong ngày gây nhiều bất tiện cho du khách. Xe hỗ trợ di chuyển trong khu resort, khi khách ra trễ vài phút thì bỏ khách mà k một lời giải thích. Khách để quên đồ cũng không hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

Scheurwater (5/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Resort ziet er goed onderhouden uit. Kamers zijn comfortabel. Mooi uitzicht. Gordijnen in de kamer zijn te dun, waardoor je ‘s ochtends heel vroeg wakker wordt. Ontbijt, lunch en diner zijn vooral gericht op Chinezen. Restaurant is zeer sfeerloos en nodigt niet uit om te komen eten. Voor het ernaast liggende zwembad geldt hetzelfde. Het personeel is niet servicegericht en spreek slecht Engels. Absoluut geen 5 sterren resort.

Tiana (3/5): A disappointing stay that felt like a cash grab, with a mouldy room, closed attractions, extra fees everywhere, and unde - We were really disappointed with our stay at Dalat Wonderland. It felt like a total cash grab from start to finish. Our original room was filled with mould we did get upgraded, which we appreciated but things didn’t improve much from there. When we went to visit the amusement park, half of it was closed, and despite staying at the resort, they still tried to charge us for entry. For families with young kids, there’s basically nothing to do besides the games room, which also requires an extra fee on top of your ticket. The whole place felt poorly thought out. The buffet was underwhelming and cold, the restaurant was extremely overpriced, and our food took 90 minutes to arrive even though we were the only ones there. To top it off, the staff tried to charge us for a missing tea cup. The one positive was that they kindly organised a driver for us, but overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing. What we didn’t like about Dalat Wonderland was how much it felt like a cash grab nothing was included, and everything came with an extra charge. Our first room was full of mould, half the amusement park was closed, and even the games room required additional fees. The buffet food was cold and disappointing, the restaurant was overpriced with a 90 minute wait despite being empty, and the staff even tried to charge us for a missing tea cup. Overall, it was poorly thought out and not family friendly at all.

Sara (8/5): We stayed here for 3 days to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town. The hotel itself is huge and there are - The views were amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The free shuttle bus service they had for customers to go into town. It is very far from the centre of da lat and getting a grab is difficult. The rooms let in a lot of noise and are not soundproof. I was woken up by staff and hotel guests at 4am, 5am and 7am. This was however dealt with very quickly by the staff at the front desk and they kindly moved us rooms - an upgraded room at no extra cost :) Some of the surrounding areas looked a little dated.

K (8/5): 3 Day Couples Stay - Initially very impressed because of the effort put into our room arrival on honeymoon. Transport from reception to Villa was good but limited shuttle to town. The room was huge but nothing much in it, lighting was too bright only one bed stand and lamp. The bed was split in the middle and was uncomfortable. Breakfast choice was good but at 9 am most things were cold, one day coffee was really cold.
Long (8/5): Very good - The view and scenery were fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Hà at the reception. The location is far from Central of Da Lat, and the place have no taxi stand. Should learn from Terracota where they have Mai Linh taxi stand, so convenient and a good selling point!
