- Waihei (6/5): - The staff is great. The building and room is old so there will be problems but once the staff is notified they will have the problem cleared up asap. Location is great for the area for getting around but takes a bit to get use to due to the area it’s in.

- Durand (6/5): - The room was nice, but there was an over whelming smell of cigarette smoke coming from an outside area. Also, the air conditioning unit did not cool. Although the staff member offered to have maintenance to look at the air condition unit, I decide to check-out.

- Jeof (8/5): - we liked the convenience of the property location. what we did not like was the fact that the elevator stooped working 3 days into our stay & it was not repaired & we were told that it would take a few weeks to get it repaired which is totally unrealistic. tis sort of breakdown should be repaired as a matter of urgency or give the guests some sort of compensation.

The Main lobby was always Blistering hot, but my room was great as for temperature. Over a good stay could have been tons better with some water activities.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The major advantage of this property is location. It is in the prominent area of Angeles city. It is an old building with very poor maintenance. I stayed in the executive room for three nights. The room was spacious with good amenities. However, it was in terrible condition. The room was full of dust, bathtub was dirty, flush tank was broken, and the kettle was very dirty. Ants and cockroaches were in the room. They fixed most things after requests. The rate is comparatively cheap probably due to these problems.

- Simon (2/5): Not up to the standard of even a 2 star - I will start with some positive comments - location great + available during a busy time and does come with wifi. Other than that - the condition of this place is very poor, in room amenities extremely poor, no drinking water provided and the hotel appears as if there has barely been a dollar spent on maintenance in several years. Rooms can be noisy from outside noise, security is questionable. Staff are nice but also of low standards. This hotel appears there is absolutely no management at all. Even though this is a low cost hotel there is many, many more in the area which are much better for same price range.
