• Samed (1/5): - I need to talk about one of the most ridiculous nights I have ever experienced. Honestly, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through something like this. Unfortunately, there seems to be a general bed bug problem here. As soon as I realized there were bed bugs in the bed, I quickly tried to save my belongings and myself, and I ended up spending the entire night on the balcony. I didn’t want to disturb anyone during the night. Maybe I should have informed the staff member I mentioned earlier, but I chose not to. I simply believed that in the morning I could explain the situation and that my inconvenience would be understood. The response I received was simply: “I cleaned that place. Maybe someone brought them from another hostel.” After spending such a terrible night, hearing a response like this is honestly unbelievable. The level of indifference and lack of responsibility here is shocking. This place really needs to be inspected. Also, someone should seriously investigate the smell inside the hostel. The odor in the corridor before even entering the room smells worse than garbage. Overall, this place is a series of mistakes and clearly very poorly managed. I have around 7 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, so I don’t say this lightly.

A 16h00 je dois encore attendre jusqu'à 17h30 18h00 on me propose gentilement de patienter sur la "terrasse" en traversant un dortoir avec sa salle de bain et WC ouvert sur la terrasse. A 17h30 le patron ouvre ma chambre sort les valise des clients qui ne sont toujours pas revenus et me laisse enfin entrer. Puis 15min plus tard il toc et me demande de sortir pour laisser la chambre un moment aux clients précédant qui sont revenus faire une toilette avant qu'ils partent définitivement. Plus cafards

• Akbota (1/5): It was disgusting - Nothing I advise dont book here. 1. The reality is different. The photo is a lie. 2. Very dirty 3. The owner is inadequate, I will explain below why 4. Strong stench and stuffiness 5. If you don't want fleas and ticks on you, don't book. I started itching and turning on the light I found a tick on my pillow. Caught white little fleas on my body. When I complained about it and asked for a refund as I certainly had no intention of staying here. To which the owner just offered another neighboring bed and until I asked him 10 times to check the pillow, he didn't even take the pillow in his hands. And when he found fleas, he pretended to be surprised and started blaming the previous guest. All in all, it was disgusting. And he didn't return the money accordingly

Mattress needs to be changed. Pillow stinks. No personal light in the bunk bed for privacy. People smoke in the toilet which makes it unbreathable to go and pee. I couldn't even sit on toilet because it was dirty. I had to squat and pee. A

The sink was filthy and kept being used to wash clothes in. Some drunk dude tried climbing into a bed with a girl and the owner did nothing. The tiles in the middle of the floor are smashed and sharpe and my light didn't work. The owner said he would fix it but didn't

• Natalia (2/5): Very poor - The owner is nice guy but it doesn’t make up for the stay I had there. It was really dirty, bathroom not clean, floor not clean, full of hair, dust everywhere. The bedsheets looked like they were not washed. When we came in there was no one around that could show us the bed and give the keys. We had to wait more than an hour for the keys to the locker, we were pretty hungry and it was late. During the night the people in the dorm were going in and out all the time, packing and unpacking their luggage, watching something on the phone on speakers.. so really bad sleep over there.

• Lucie (5/5): Passable - The beds are very spacious and thanks to them you have your own private space (even with a mirror), which is great! I just wish the mattress wasn't this hard. Wifi also works well. The rest... not so great. Bathroom is missing soap and most importantly a toilet paper - and it's on purpose! The receptionist told me that the owner thinks it's the guest's responsibility. I beg your pardon? Towel, sure... but toilet paper?? With this attitude I think the owner shouldn't be in the business he's in. Also, I think they might have bedbugs (see photos). Can you please check your mattresses? 👀

During the night (~2am) random people would come in the room and owner would start talking loud without caring about anyone sleeping. Worst night in my life.
• Gon12121982 (7/5): Efficient and pleasant, host is a 10 - The host was very helpful, resoectful and friendly. The relation price/commodity is good. Don't exoect a luxury room, is just comfortable tosoend the night while disvovering the city center during daytime. The room has no window to ventilate and the shower drainage is a bit slow and due to that the room has humidity.

• Harrysherman (1/5): Awful stay, untidy and unclean - Nothing Awful experience start to finish. It does not look anything like the photos. The bathroom was filthy and smelt so bad to the point where myself and my girlfriend didn’t even shower for three nights because it was so unclean. We both had separate beds but because it was so hot in the room, I slept in my girlfriends bed below, the owner told us we were breaking the dorm policy yet when we asked to see this policy, we didn’t get a response. We asked if the temperature could be turned down and we were told it is set at 25degrees. Really would not recommend at all.

Entrance was super small since motorcycles are also parked along the narrow way to the room which makes it hard to bring your lugage and also dangerous if fire happens

• Holly (8/5): Very good - The property was perfectly situated close to Ben Thanh Market with easy access to the French Quarter. The beds were some of the nicest I've stayed in and there was a balcony over looking the market. The hostess was truly lovely and she was happy to let us leave our things there after we had checked out as well as direct us to the bus to the airport and answer any questions. I would say very good value for money and a nice hostel to stay at if you are in Ho Chi Minh City.
