- chenci308 (6/5): Poor breakfast, very busy hotel with huge tour groups - Breakfast was average with limited choices. Lots of bagels and breads (all carbs), but they ran out of croissants on Saturday morning. I couldn’t find anything I liked. The walnuts in the cereal section had gone rancid. The waffle was good, but the stations making them were so messy, filled with spill-over, it was a turn-off. Coffee was terrible, and instead of mugs, they gave you tiny cups without saucers. We were there from Saturday to Monday. Saturday and Sunday were chaotic. People had to queue up for the complimentary breakfast, which was not worth the wait. This hotel is not within walking distance of the Commissioners Park, where the Tulip Festival is. UberX fares cost about $8 -$10. Tim Horton's is about a 5-minute walk, and Food Basics is across the street. There is a Baton Rouge restaurant about an 8-minute walk away. Chinatown is about a 12 – 14-minute walk. The pool is a good size, but we didn't try it. The fitness centre is adequate. We stayed in a spacious suite with a kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The shower curtain doesn’t stay closed. So, water leaks out. However, it is nice that the vanity is outside of the toilet and bathtub/shower area, which is convenient. I prefer a shower stall with a door. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are not. Fortunately, we brought our own. The HVAC unit is very noisy and is situated right by the bed. The air blew on my husband's head, making him very uncomfortable. Parking costs $25 per day. There are no streaming or movie channels like HBO. Also, no SportsNet. No valet. No one greeted any guests on arrival. Overall, this is a minimalist hotel. You got the basics, but nothing else. Receptionists are friendly, but the breakfast area is not adequately staffed. Guests had to clear their own tables. The girl attending the coffee station was unhappy and inattentive. She let the coffee run out and did nothing until she was asked. I wouldn’t return.

- Daniël (8/5): Prima hotel met een paar minpunten. - Prima locatie, nette vrij grote kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Twee liften voor zo'n groot hotel is eigenlijk te weinig rond onbijttijd en uitchecktijd. Uiteindelijk met de koffers de trap maar gepakt na vier volle liften te hebben gezien. Sofabed is prima voor een kind, maar niet comfortabel voor een volwassene. Ontbijt heeft een bijzondere selectie, had graag wat meer Europese opties gezien.

- Martin (8/5): Very good stay but I would like to see some improvements in the breakfast provided. - Clean, large room. The breakfast was good, but improving the fruit provided should be considered. Add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and pineapple. The televisions in the breakfast hall were mostly tuned to Boston stations on our first morning. This seemed odd to me.

Rien à signaler de négatif sauf le déjeuner qui se termine à 9h30 c'est un peu tôt pour moi lorsque je suis en vacances. J'aurais préféré 10h30.

Honestly the only thing that bothered me was that at the restaurant (not the braeakfast one) there was no table for 5+ people with normal seating. We had to seat at the table with the sofa and it was not practical but we managed

- Stéphanie (8/5): Bon choix d’hôtel pour un séjour à Ottawa en famille - Bon hôtel pour les familles avec les grandes chambres incluant une cuisinette, la grande piscine, le stationnement intérieur et le petit déjeuner inclus. Le sofa-lit n’est pas confortable. Ça fonctionne pour les enfants mais pas pour des adultes.
