• Nicolas (7/5): OK pour une étape sur la Via Francigena - Bonne situation car proche du centre historique et sur la Via Francigena. Logement propre dans la chambre. L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages. Petit déjeuner servi au bar du coin. Avons dû appeler l'hôte car n'était pas présente lors de notre arrivée. Difficulté pour communiquer en italien. Cuisine non équipée et ne sert donc à rien. Pas de possibilité de fermer la porte de la chambre à clé. Machine à laver située dans la deuxième chambre et donc impossible de l'utiliser.

La wifi è piuttosto lenta, in particolare sembra che ci metta molto ad iniziare le connessioni. Per la colazione devi scendere al bar a fianco dove hai il classico cappuccino e cornetto; buona qualità, ma certo non "l'ottima colazione italiana" che ci si aspetta in un hotel. Il costo non è inferiore ad un hotel. Quando sono arrivato non c'era nessuno ad aspettarmi, ho dovuto chiamare al telefono.

It's very conveniently located, just a short walk from great restaurants and the main street for strolling around. There are excellent dining options just minutes away on foot. The breakfast provided is nice, with croissants and coffee – though it would be nice to have a bit more variety. The train station is easily accessible by taxi, which is super convenient. • Selçuk (7/5): Good - The location was good, the staff was helpful and friendly I don't think the images on Booking.com describe the facility well, it's a disadvantage that the breakfast is not international.
• James M (4/5): - Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not properly and there was dirt under the bed (I took pictures of both). There was grime on the light switches. We were left less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Perhaps at one time this apartment was a good choice. No so in May 2024.

• maria rosaria (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno all'ombra dell'arco di Traiano - E' un ottimo b&b molto pulito, con camere spaziose. Particolarmente consigliata la camera con bagno all'interno. Valeria è una bravissima padrona di casa, molto accogliente e disponibile. Si è molto autonomi, ma comunque sempre supportati in ogni minima esigenza.
