JOAN (4/5): Disappointing - Distance from Torquay Dining room and hall nice decorations,clean, Bedroom twin beds very small room, the only twin room on premises so cant be changed ,lighting poor,only 1 (dining room) chair to sit on, Bathroom ,small but adequate,no plug in sink,plug hope corroded and bathroom light didnt work alot of wasted water as no plug also shower tepid. Dining room clean tidy very very limited menu Breakfast as long as you wanted a Full English great,no fruit available, as I am gluten free the host informed me he had been to the supermarket for a loaf of gluten free bread ,no G F ceral,even though told when booking I was G F, only jam available, Very disappointing

Ashley was an absolute star, from the moment we were greeted at the door when we arrived, so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Not a far walk to the beach. Would stay again.
