- Pedro (2/5): Aptmo Tridente 12, nada recomendable. - La peor experiencia en muchos años de estancia en apartamentos. El inmueble y la finca ( piso y urbanización, piscina, jardines, etc) muy bien, el estado y los servicios del piso,limpieza deplorables.Nada más llegar al hacer el chek in, se paga el alojamiento, y te piden 70€ en metálico por gastos de limpieza/ lavandería. Si te demoras al hacer el registro te cobran 50€ más en metálico ( algo que no te avisan) en mi caso el retraso fue por tener un accidente de camino a Alicante. Limpieza... cero,toalla por persona para varios días con un hedor insoportable,manchadas, sábanas y almohadas manchadas de sangre. La lavadora picada y oxidada por dentro y por fuera,no funcionaba ningún programa, el lavavajillas echando agua a chorro limpio, eso si,tardaron relativamente poco en venir a arreglarlo (8h).La placa vitrocerámica,rajada en el panel de mando, por lo que casi imposible poder utilizarla, eso si utensilios de cocina, vasos,platos( sucios y grasientos) pero hay bastantes, cubiertos( El cajón mejor no mirarlo, sucio hasta decir basta,más útiles de cocina. El suelo con unos manchones y sucio,las cristaleras tanto de habitación cómo de comedor,reventadas,con miedo que por las corrientes de aire saltaran, y la mesa de raftan de la cristalera con costra.El sillón cómodo pero manchones en la tapicería. Baño raquítico,sin ventilación y a chorro el bote sinfónico.Puertas de entrada, una persona mayor o con discapacidad no pueden utilizarlas.Personal (Renato) muy amable y atento.
