• Silvia (7/5): - Posizione molto comoda vicina al centro ma fuori dal casino La mansarda molto carina ma scomoda ci sono andate le mie figlie perché per salirci il soffitto era molto basso. Il bagno in camera piccolo e dotato solo di sbroffino non si può chiamare doccia.

• Rocio (9/5): Appartamento bellissimo - Tutto. Appartamento bellissimo, come da foto. Molto curato nei dettagli. Bellissimo anche il terrazzo che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare per via del tempo. Posizione ottima. Se dovessimo tornare ad Arezzo scigliermo di nuovo questo appartamento.

• Julie (9/5): Would recommend Sweet Tuscany to travellers who are wanting clean accommodation close to the centre - The host was very helpful when we asked to be moved to accommodation on a lower level, which was accommodated. We were also able to leave our bags in storage for approximately 6 hours prior to our departure from Arezzo. Kitchen was a little small

I'm disappointed that somehow after we left Fabio was told the booking was cancelled and you were paying me a refund. Please explain and reverse the refund so that Fabio is payed and then thanked.

• Roberto (10/5): Comfortable and quiet. - The location is excellent, very close to the center of town. Zane, our host was waiting at the apartment with the keys and to show us around. The apartment was a good size and very quiet. I would highly recommend and we may be back next year. Everything was wonderful.
• Philip (8/5): Great location - It was ideal for a group of 3 old school friends. Location was very good. A couple of good local restaurants on the door step. Apartment was as it said. One lovely bedroom overlooking garden with a balcony + V small shower ensuite. One small twin, most suitable for children but fine for us. Very nice bathroom with good shower. Kitchen was fine. It suited us really well and was good value for money. No window in twin room but we left kitchen windows open so it was fine!
• Phillip (10/5): Fabulous property in the heart of Arezzo! - Sweet Tuscany was a great location in the heart of Arezzo. Close to great food, culture and wonderful sights. Really loved visiting Arezzo and would look for this option if we return. I managed to leave the keys in the apartment on our first night and didn't realize until we were at dinner. The property brought the keys to us while we were at dinner! What a great host and experience. We drove into Arezzo and parking was a bit difficult nearby but the property offered directions to a free lot nearby that was a great option. Also, we were travelling with an older set of family and the stairs were a bit much for them, so manage accordingly.
• Maxime (10/5): Nice location and flexible host - We stayed for 3 days, very nice location to roam the city. The appartment is quite large and the terrasse is nice (but not too sunny on a winter afternoon :). Our host was very accommodating on check in time, 2h earlier than expected.

The home has 1.5 bathrooms and a large outdoor terrace. The hot water in the shower sifts from hot to cold every 15-20 seconds. We were unable to keep the water warm

• Maria (9/5): Cute and unique place, nice shower, toasty and welcoming. - The location was great, we liked the bathroom, it was nice and warm, the apartment was cute, the backyard was beautiful, even though it was too cold to go out. The young man who helped us was polite and kind. If you can't do stairs, this building might be difficult as it has the typical stairs of a building of its age and type. But we were ok, and enjoyed our stay!

• Victoria (5/5): The apartment needs some improvement - First of all a big THANK YOU to Zein who was helping us from the beginning. All our questions and requests were addressed immediately. The location is good. Having outdoor space was pleasant. Washing machine. The apartment needs an upgrade. By upgrade I mean there are so many things that make you comfortable that are missing. For example, the shower does not even have one shelf where you can put soap, shampoo, etc. We had to pile up everything on the floor. No hooks for towels either. The second bathroom with toilet and sink is a nice bonus, but a bad smell was coming out from there. And it was right in the bedroom! The outdoor space is nice and big, but no cushions on the chairs, and the furniture is very old. Not even once we could enjoy it. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking a real meal. Those little details can make a huge difference!

Very comfortable rooms and beds, perfectly working air conditioning, clean and large shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine with enough coffee cartridges, several jam portions, freezer with bag of ice cubes. Very friendly and co-operative host.

• Leonie (9/5): A good home away from home in Italy. - It was a good spacious apartment beautifully decorated with all the facilities you need and a good size terrace, although it does not have a view (as such) it’s a lovely leafy space. It’s ideal for a base to do day trips being self contained and close to free parking. It’s a little away from the centre (but only a few 100 metres) but of course accommodation closer would be smaller and more expensive.

• Cynthia (7/5): The apartment was open and airy and a great place to come at the end of the day and rest. - The decor and flexibility of the hosts. When I texted a question they responded right away. We were glad the bedrooms were in the back of the apartment for the most part, as we didn't hear the street noise. My favorite restaurant, Miva, was only a few doors away. That we were on the top floor. I had inquired before we came, as I had two women in their eighties with me. It was a lot of stairs for them. The beds and pillows were very firm, which was unexpected. I also expected a full bath in the main bedroom and was surprised it was just a hand held shower head. I used it once and the entire floor was full of water. Therefore, we all used the shower in the other bathroom. But this is Italy and the buildings are old, so we rolled with it!

• Pearson (9/5): Beautiful, authentic Italy and comfortable combined with a pleasant host. - The apartment is immaculate and decorated with flair…tasteful and comfortable. We had the third level apartment which has a lot of stairs and no lift. But you have a beautiful street view so we could watch the street progression and party during the Celtic festival. There is an excellent restaurant right next door that is convenient and authentic Tuscan cuisine. The walk to the train station is an easy 20 minute walk through a neighborhood then the main street to the piazza. Beautiful town and convenient for commute to Rome and Orvieto also. There is a city tax to be paid in cash at check in which was not made clear before hand or I just neglected to notice. 14 euro so not a big deal. The small bathroom is an open concept wet room but the floor drain was clogged so I had to mop up the water with a towel and wring it out in the sink. We were a party of 3 so sharing the enclosed shower in the other bath was not a problem and I’m sure they will fix it because they obviously take good care of the whole building. Even with that glitch I highly recommend Sweet Tuscany and Arezzo for a taste of small town life.

• Kim (10/5): Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood - Fabio was very nice and helpful and the apartment was absolutely perfect and immaculate! It was in a great location and within very easy walking distance to the main shopping center of the city as well as the historical center where the antique market was located, which I was in Arezzo to attend. The apartment was very nicely appointed with a wonderful kitchen and anything you would need. The location was perfect and quiet with a view of a lovely small private sort of park. I will most definitely stay here again. Fabio also has a very nice shop below the apartment on the street. I loved the apartment where I stayed and will definitely stay here again! There was nothing I didn't like.

You can notice how much love and work was put in this Appartement. The stuff was too really nice and supported us when help was needed. -
• Ranchmemaw (9/5): Good location for exploring Arezzo - No breakfast was included, but there was plenty of fette biscottate and jam. The host was generous with the coffee pods. There was just a slight hitch when we arrived because it was cold and the host was late greeting us. But the hosts more than made up for that during the stay. Not enough outlets nor comfortable seating for a long stay.

• Wade (10/5): It was exceptional. - The apartment is as presented. It is very quaint, clean and fully furnished. It has a full-sized kitchen and living room with a day bed, full bathroom, washer, along with a separate bedroom with its own 1/2 bathroom. The main bedroom leads out onto a large outdoor terrace. Spectacular. The WiFi is great and there is a large curved screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the main bedroom. The hosts have a very nice shop downstairs and is regularly staffed. The main host and staff were wonderful. I don't speak any Italian and they didn't speak a lot of English but we both enjoyed our "conversations." Overall, this place was exceptional. I just loved my host and staff. They were awesome. The bed in the main bedroom is a bit hard and the apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station and main restaurant area along Corso Italia. Just be aware this is not a hotel. If you want room service, etc., you won't get it.

Smelt a little in the main room, perhaps drain in ensuite. Despite keeping all doors locked. mosquitoes kept coming into the main room. We got attacked hah. would highly recommend spray.

• Bogdan (8/5): Wonderful host, great comfort, very good location - The location is very good, but not exceptional – you have to walk a little bit to get into the livelier parts of the city, but it's a short walk, probably 5 minutes or so, once you learn the route. On the plus side, that means the neighborhood is quiet – this is basically the OUTER residential area INSIDE the old city walls. If you have a car, mind the limited access zone; I think we might end up getting fined because we didn't realize that's being enforced electronically, and we thought it's no harm in zipping in and out; we'll see. The host was really nice and happy to help with any issues, even if not related to the property, and the amenities are perfect for a short stay – we particularly loved having a washing machine in the bathroom, and an espresso machine, plus capsules, ready to satisfy our morning ritual. All in all, a very nice place, and a really great host! The apartment is mostly very comfortable, with the exception of the smaller bedroom which really is small, and, most notably, doesn't have any windows. We traveled with a teen who needed alone time, and the lack of a window in the bedroom became inconvenient fast when we were also there.

Excellent restaurants nearby. Fabio is an excellent host and he welcomed us on arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Two bedrooms one for us and one for the kids. Two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a small balcony. Very clean and recently renovated with air conditioning. Great for families or anyone. Everything was great. A wonderful place to stay. Might be an issue for disabled or elderly people though as there are 2 flights of stairs.
