- SHOKO (8/5): 温泉が良かった - 温泉が魅力。 また、タオルなどもフロントで何度でも替えを貰えて良かったです。 備品がケチケチしていないので快適に過ごせました。 子供用のパジャマがあるのもとても助かりました。 ベッドもエアウィーブが敷かれていてよく眠れました。 飲み物やアイス、夜鳴きそばを貰えるのもアミューズメント感があって楽しかった。北浜というロケーションも休日は静かで良いです。 またスタッフの方が外国の方が多かったですが、みなさんとても感じがよかったです。 朝食のレビューが良いので付けてみたが、食べ盛りの子供には良いかな？という感じがしました。 近所の定食屋さんの方がよほど味はよい気がします。 また付近にはオシャレなモーニングを提供する人気なカフェが多くて、意外に休みの日も営業されているのでそちらの方がよいかも知れません。 ウリとするメニュー数点をもっと仕上げた方が魅力が出るように思いました。例えばお米はブランド米で極上に美味しいお米にする、とか、近所のGOKANのスイーツを一品でも付けるとか。 またお風呂の履き物置き場もビニールを置いてくれていてロッカーにしまえたのはよかったものの、番号のタグクリップの設置でもエコなのでよいかも？ 時期がGWだったので少し割高はやむ得ないのですが、同じくらいの値段で朝食付きのラグジュアリーホテルに泊まった後だったため、ちょっと割高感を感じてしまいました。

- Christopher (10/5): Fantastic stay with lots of free services and items available during your stay. - Lots of ammenities such as onsen, steam room and massage chairs with free ice cream and probiotic drink (mornings) in spa area. There is also free ramen every night Location is good and near local tube station Kithama and also 7/11 store and pharmacy around the corner. Staff were very helpful and let us leave luggage in lobby while we went out to explore in final day after checking out of hotel. Nothing bad, all good.

- Sebastian (6/5): - El desayuno es bueno aunque se repita todos los dias, el desayuno es principalmente oriental con arroz, estofados y platos locales. Los helados disponibles gratis y la silla de masajes que aunque esta bastante ocupada ayuda. El personal no es el más colaborador en cuanto a solicitudes. Tenia viaje temprano desde el aeropuerto de Kansai así que quise enviar Takyubin desde la noche anterior (10pm) para agilizar el proceso y no aceptaron, que debía hacerlo en la mañana del día siguiente. Al menos en mi habitación las almohadas estaban bastante viejas por lo que no eran cómodas así que hay que pedir otras.

- Adrian (10/5): Great hotel, providing lovely experience and in-house amenities - First time using Dormy Inn chain and very impressed. Good value for money. Great Onsen experience in the hotel. Lots of bathroom amenities and free soft drinks in the restaurant at any time of the day. Location was quiet but it was a little out of the way of the main areas. Pillows on the bed were more to Japanese preferences so a bit hard

- Vickii (6/5): - Hotel was clean, they do have free drinks and a nightly free Ramen served from 9:30PM onwards. The only beautiful part of it would be the Onsen and facilities upstairs. Theres free ice cream, books to read (japanese) two massage chairs. Do note that onsen is no tattoos. They do provide stickers to cover up but if you have large ones, dont bother. Theres a lot of locals in this hotel so they would likely be uncomfortable. The location is very strategic as you only need to walk less than 2 minutes to the Kitahama station. However most restaurants in that area is closed early or not open on Weekends during our stay. Theres not many things to do around there and you HAVE to travel out. The room was way smaller than expected, Unfortunately the bed was also very stiff, the pillows felt like it was made of paper. It was flat, and hard. The bed was also SO small for a two person room. We had to struggle cramping through the night. Space is definitely limited, The bathroom also felt very claustrophobic. I would truly think this hotel would only be suitable for singles, business stays only. No families or any couple who are on the larger size.

- Karen (8/5): Great onsen - The onsen was amazing - free ramen and ice cream! The Japanese pillows are the worst.

- 立楷 (10/5): 地點佳、環境好、員工服務專業，值得再訪 - 北濱真的是來大阪最佳的住宿地選擇，坐電車到日本橋站或是去通天閣都很快，但北濱相對安靜、人不多，喜歡寧靜的旅客可以來北濱。再來談飯店的部分，房間大小剛好可以讓兩個大行李箱打開(但就沒走道了)，但個人覺得相當足夠大了，而且乾淨程度也相當高，服務人員也都很友善。往旁邊走過去1分鐘就到北濱車站的4號出口，一下去就有一間超市採買非常方便。最友善的當然是晚上21:30~23:00有提供拉麵給你吃到飽，13F的澡堂有免費的冰淇淋跟養樂多給你享用，外加兩台免費全身按摩機讓旅客泡完湯後放鬆。當然最重要的是，同一天我在京都飯店退房後才發現我信用卡掉了，飯店員工協助我跟上一間飯店聯絡並取回來，對於員工的協助真的非常感謝!! 露天溫泉跟烤箱的溫度太高了啦，我去過這麼多附烤箱的飯店還是第一次進去3分鐘就熱到受不了出來了，建議溫度可以再低一些(75~80度比較適中)，另外溫泉應該是水質的關係，如果身上有傷口的不建議去泡，會有強烈刺痛感。
