• Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful hotel with comfortable bed for great price in Boston - It was very modern, clean, bed was comfortable. The room had a full size refrigerator with ice pitcher and ice tray. Having to pay $55 to park for 1 night

Die öffentliche Anbindung ist top und gegenüber ist ein spannender Supermarkt Housekeeping nur jeden zweiten Tag, leider dabei wenig bemüht, hatten kein Toilettenpapier mehr am letzten Tag womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte und dann etwas überrascht war…das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber dabei gab es auch noch Luft nach oben

• Antonelli (10/5): Good food, pleasant staff and comfortable room - I liked that you had to buzz in for admittance to the building and use your key card in the elevator for access to your room floor. The breakfast was good with a lot of options and plenty of seating. The front desk staff was pleasant. The location is a bit far from in town activities. The Orange line was down for maintenance on this trip but we were able to use the Silver Line bus transportation was fine and the bus stop was very close to the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street which is convenient.

Housekeeping service was overall good. Just a few details here and there. Service is provided every other day.

The breakfast buffet is great, they keep it stocked, I recommend going early as the attendant is not on top of keeping the tables wiped and bussing the dirty dishes. They were on top of keeping it stocked though, it just an hour into it you can tell the tables were not kept up,with and sanitized. The housekeeping team was very accommodating and friendly. The Bad: The area it is in is NOT SAFE. If you stay here budget $40 a day to uber into the city. Here’s where you have tomaskmismit really worth it. Just know it is dangerous. The Staff: Beautiful hotel with staff that lack basic hospitality training. They are unpolished. Don’t say hello, don’t smile, don’t make eye contact, too familiar and abrasive. Example I heard them raising their voice with guests on two,occasions when they had a question about then fee and whether or not it was included, Not once did I notice any of them welcome a guest or say hello. Basic hospitality training is needed- you will notice it especially if you are used to staying a Marriott or Hilton property. They just seemed to exist there without any passion for what they do. T

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options.

• katie (8/5): - Hotel was very nice. Room was lovely. Breakfast was chaotic at times and often there was very limited options, as no fruit or yoghurt were left due to them running out. Most days there was only one gluten free option, Cheerios. No alternative gluten free options for bread, bagels or pastries etc. Housekeeping was intermittent at times and had to request that the bins were emptied and ask to get towels etc as we got missed a few days. Location was good in terms of traveling into the city, 10 minutes walk to train station. Great supermarket opposite hotel. Biggest issue was that at times it didn’t feel safe with the volume of people hanging around the corners by the hotel all day and night. Also Dogs can stay in the hotel and we were occasionally woken up by them barking.

• Travis (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and accommodating with our questions. Hotel was very clean, well appointed room. Location made for easy access to other parts of South Boston/Roxbury. Sketchy is one way to describe the neighborhood. As we were moving to Boston, we had no idea about the area and were a bit concerned about the number of homeless people in the area. Valet parking for $55/night was available and after reassurances from the staff that the vehicles would be continually monitored, we felt a bit better. Nothing really to do in the immediate area, but one or two blocks away where plenty of shops and restaurants to eat.

• Scott (10/5): - Overall a decent hotel. Morning breakfast just ok but staff seemed to be overwhelmed with keeping up wlth demand. Coffee pots empty, no cups, charging stations empty. Property details says there is a bar in the lobby. That has been closed for a while. Our a/c unit didn’t work that well. Thermostat was temperamental. Room was hot or REALLY cold. While room was clean, it felt a little run down. Sofa fabric looked shabby and nicely appointed bathroom needed some deep cleaning in the shower area. Overall, we got a great deal on a nice hotel close, but not too close, to Northeastern and there aren’t a lot of reasonably priced places to stay in the area.

• Nicolás (8/5): Good structure, inconsistent service. - The rooms are great and pretty comfortable. What's unreliable is the service. They clean the rooms each other day, okey... but every time I went back to the room after it was refreshed, it was improperly stocked (bath mat, soap, dishwasher detergent). More than once I found trash in the middle of the room (that wasn't left there by me). Breakfast was kind of a similar thing: they ran out of something silly like yogurt and it wasn't restocked for 3 days. The immediate area is not great, but there's a lot of public transport right across both streets, and even a shared bike station, and the orange line is not far. It was very easy to get around.

• 241yogeshj (10/5): Nice and pleasant place to stay in Boston - This is an excellent hotel, with very clean and well maintained rooms and lobby. It is not far from downtown Boston and has easy access to most tourist areas and shopping malls. There is not much near the hotel itself, except Tropical Foods across the street and a nice Indian restaurant close by. Breakfast is included and this is quite good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights and fully enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boston, particularly couples and families.

I had several scratches on my roof I feel are new but the day valet said it couldn’t be. There were loud banging sounds above me that sounded like elephants stomping. The sirens and horns could not be helped.
