• Lenz (9/5): Nice property and great staff. - The staff was very friendly and the food was great! The temperature in the room was too warm, but after talking with the front desk, we were allowed to adjust it the second day.
• Costakis (9/5): We had a 9-night stay that met our expectations. - Food standards and service pretty good for a four star hotel. Location not on the waterfront but good to know the hotel provide a shuttle service to the waterfront area free of charge and very frequent. There is nothing specific that we did not like. For a four star hotel the rooms, food outlets and staff service were excellent.

• Carolina Antonini Cozar (8/5): Bom hotel para conhecer Cape Town - Boa localização, o serviço do shuttle para o Waterfront é muito util e a equipe é super simpatica. O cafe da manha é gostoso, com varias opçoes. Ter agua disponivel no quarto foi muito bom tambem. A internet não é muito estavel e a TV não funcionava. As camas eram confortaveis mas muito pequenas.

• Ann Kristin (8/5): Greit by hotell. - Vi likte hotell lobbyen den var med både lounge og restaurant så vi var der på kvelden etter en lang dag på reise. Veldig bra de hadde skyttelbusser inn til Waterfront. Vi kunne gå også det gjorde jo dag 2 når solen kom. Store rom, men typisk business hotell i en stor by. Personalet var meget hyggelige og imøtekommende det satte vi stor pris på. Hotellet er greit for en natt ikke noe særlig lengre. Badebassenget og soldekket var stengt, en heis var i uorden.

Recomendo Não tem passagem direta para o Waterfront, então você tem que ir andando pelo canal ou pegar o transfer grátis que o hotel oferece de hora em hora. Como a noite é perigoso andar a pé tem que pegar o transfer te limitando nos horários. Apesar disso, para nós foi ótimo

Big star goes to the breakfast, full buffet of everything you could want plus a menu of additional cooked options. Run the waterfront shuttle more often, 1 per hour not enough.

• Juan Alberto (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at the AC Waterfront Hotel! The location is perfect, right by the V&A Waterfront with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. A great choice for both couples and families — highly recommended!

Tinha que pedir toda noite na recepção para ajustar e mesmo assim a temperatura na baixava de 24 graus, embora eu sempre solicitasse 20 graus. Muito ruim essa temperatura com a roupa de cama pesada de hotel.

The room was very comfy, although I don't understand why in the summer they put these huge thick duvets on the beds. I woke up twice bathed in sweat and took off the soaking wet flat sheet and changed the pillows The location is awful. the view out front is miles of fences and behind taht miles of shopping containers. We thought we booked a hotel on the waterfront - waterfront is in the name, I assume because it sells, but we felt we were being taken for a ride. The walk to the real waterfront is a good 15-20 minutes, with a shuttle (!) once an hour (!).

• Alex (10/5): Great hotel in an excellent location, the water taxi anc shuttle bus service to V&A waterfront were brilliant - we’l - The staff could not be faulted, nothing was ever too much trouble genuinely happy to help and seemed to like their jobs. The docks could sometimes be busy and noisy - we knew this before booking and accepted that would be the case.
