- BRENDA (10/5): - Todo muy bien, el servicio super amable. El unico detalle que en mi caso me preocupo un poco fue el que el estacionamiento cierra a las 10:30PM al igual que la puerta del hotel, el staff fue muy amable al abrirnos ambas puertas ya que una noche llegamos tarde.
- Alee (10/5): - El hotel es hermoso, muy amplio y con varias áreas adentro. No tiene muchos jardines pero los cuartos son espaciosos y muy bonitos. El lugar es sumamente tranquilo y la comida es muy rica también.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Fin de semana - El hotel me gustó en general, sin embarga me parece que hay algunos detalles que deben de mejorar. Para el precio me parece que pudo mejorar. 1. Se hizo reserva para 2 personas y al principio nos dijeron que solo incluía un desayuno lo cual se me hizo un poco absurdo. Además en la habitación al igual que el desayuno para uno, había solo una botella de agua, una bata de baño y un par de pantunflas. Se esperaría por ser una reservación para 2 que ofrezcan 2 cosas de cada uno. 2. Revisar los controles de la televisión antes de entregar la habitación 3. El desayuno se pidió chilaquiles y no incluía pollo eso tenía un costo extra, el sabor estuvo bien. Los pequeños detalles cuentan y repito para el precio espere que detalles que mencione anteriormente no deberían de ser problema.
- Paloma (10/5): - Está situado en una ciudad que no es turística y por eso me imagino que no pueden contratar a tantos empleados, pero si tendrían que tener bien habilitado el servicio telefónico, pues tuvimos que bajar para cambiar una plancha que tenía restos de Una quemadura anterior y nos manchó una camisa. La Srita de recepción estaba ayudando en la cocina con los desayunos. Aunque fue sumamente amable.

- dean (10/5): Great modern boutique hotel - This is the best hotel in town. It seems quite new, and though it looks small from the front, there are many rooms. Ours was an upgraded king with a balcony overlooking the pool. It had lots of light and windows, a large shower and tub combination, coffee maker, and a comfortable king bed in a modern but rustic decor. The staff were all excellent. The hotel has the best restaurant in town, and we had room service deliver two dishes (chicken pasta and grilled salmon) which were both excellent at very reasonable prices. I would highly recomend this hotel, even if your destination is Pozos which is only 25 minutes north.
