• Rebecca (1/5): Avoid. Grubby. - It was available last minute, looked great on the pictures and had excellent reviews, but I’m really not sure how! The beds were so old, dented, and seriously uncomfortable- badly need replacing! The bathroom was filthy, and had not had a good clean in a very long time. We did bring this to the attention of the apartment group but they didn’t really care. Due to our workers being out all day for 13hour shifts and not arriving until late on the first night, communication was slow from us initially to raise complaints, but when it was raised they also didn’t care. Theres a reason this place is always available last minute. I do not see how the excellent reviews can be genuine! I don’t have the pics, but they have previously been sent to the apartment group.
• Annmarie (10/5): Exceptional - I was very happy that it was more like a house rather than a hotel feeing , because it just felt like home. another thing was the fact that everything was near by. can't recommend it enough . thanks again honesty there was nothing I didn't like .
• Emilie (7/5): Good rental house - Le house was well thought-out and it was nice and clean. It was a quite neighborhood, nearby a good park. The lack of cutlery, plates, glass ect. We had just enough for each meal (4 of us) therefore we never used the dishwasher.
• Janice (9/5): I would stay here again it was comfortable, good to have your own parking space, as the area is busy - It was a lovely property. Ayr is not a big place so it was handy for shopping, a short drive will take you to the sea. Floor boards were creaking upstairs.The bathroom was grubby, black seals on the floor, it can easily be removed. Only two cups in the cupboard. Plates were chipped, a right mix match of cutlery. In all the kitchen utensils should be changed.

• Donna (6/5): Pleasant - The house was beautiful, well equipped and well layed out. Beds were comfortable. The smell of vinegar when we opened the door and the hard floors were sticky, all our sock hard to be thrown away after our stay as they were black.
