Guest Reviews
- jennifermD9041UM (10/5): Piece of Heaven in Arkansas - Tiffany’s Bed & Breakfast is a piece of heaven. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. The accommodations are immaculately clean and wonderfully decorated. The hosts truly leave you needing for nothing while you’re here. We can’t thank them enough for all their recommendations and the truly delicious breakfasts they serve so beautifully.
- hannahvR1254GI (10/5): peaceful location, beautiful room, friendly owners! - We loved our stay at Tiffany’s! The Hamilton room was perfect…it was spacious, cozy, and romantic! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious…with a great view from the attached balcony. We loved every detail of our stay…from the delicious homemade breakfast to their precious dog, Buddy. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is it!
- Quest58856208182 (10/5): Best bed and breakfast - Such an amazing bed and breakfast, Tiffany was excellent cook and amazing conversation about anything and a wealth of knowledge of the town.
- ginapS2727RK (10/5): Quiet retreat close to Hot Sprinfs - Beautiful quiet place in the country with comfortable bed and cozy space. I loved the small rocking chair and private bath. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot fresh coffee. Buddy was a sweet dog and the cats were friendly. Don keeps the yard full of lovely flowers and trees and gave me a baby tree as a souvenir. I would definitely return to Tiffany’s another trip and enjoyed swinging on the front porch swing after breakfast.
- 3castlehead (10/5): Great stay at Tiffany's - The grounds were beautiful and the room was very nice. Tiffany and Bob are great hosts. The breakfast was fantastic. We can't wait to return
- 551velmag (10/5): Tiffany's Bed & Breakfast 5+ Star - Our stay for 3 nights was incredible - wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home with spacious den and dinning room. Fantastic porch and manicured lawn.
Our room was cozy & roomy, complete with all the essentials for comfort.
Best B&B we have ever stayed at and our hosts Bob and Tiffany were wonderful. Breakfast was our daily highlight and made to perfection. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee with Bob & Tiffany, sharing a few laughs. Tiffany's is surrounded by natural beauty and serenity, great place to relax and unwind. 5 star + on our review
- lauragX7332WV (10/5): delightful! - Tiffany and Bob are delightful! They go out of their way to make sure the stay is perfect including fresh baked brownies upon arrival! They even let us borrow the mining tools and cooked delicious breakfast. The rooms are spic n span with no dust even under the stairs in the hard to reach places. It's fun to find the sayings hidden in places around the room also. Our stay was great!
- Sherpa731028 (10/5): Excellent stay at Tiffany's B&B - My wife and I stayed at Tiffany's Bed & Breakfast in Bismarck and we had a wonderful experience. Tiffany and Bob were great! The breakfast was incredible too! Overall, I would rate our experience an A+++. We would definitely stay here again.
- C9054QNchrisd (10/5): Great couple relaxing weekend. - This was a weekend get away for the wife and myself. Breakfast was amazing! The brownies were yummy and took what was left home with us. Just a warning if you drive a low vehicle like our Corvette, there is one spot in the driveway you have to go slow on. They did just get a ton of rain. We hope to return in the future. The bed was super comfortable!
- jillpZ1819IT (10/5): Relaxing and tranquil! - This was such a beautiful and quiet place. I’ve always been skeptical of bed and breakfasts’ but decided to try this since I was looking for a quiet place to destress and relax. The hosts, along with everything they do, made this place perfect. I enjoyed the walks, the talks, and the breakfast. The owners are the sweetest! 10/10! We will be back!
- Larry (10/5): - AAAAA Experience!
Beautiful place inside and out!
Ms Tiffany and her husband are great people and amazing hosts!
We highly recommend them and will definitely be staying there again!
- Ashley (10/5): Peace and Tranquility at it’s Finest - We had the best stay at Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast! Tiffany and Bob were the ultimate hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure our stay was the most wonderful time. The breakfast was fantastic! Both days Tiffany served up a delicious spread. Absolutely loved her cooking. Their place offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind and get much needed R&R. We look forward to our next stay!!
- N7823UXdons (10/5): Great Getaway B&B near Hot Springs - This place sets the bar in every category. A few minutes out of Hot Springs and you’re in a perfect country, quiet setting. We’ve visited here many times and never been disappointed! Breakfast is truly a feature and a highlight of this stay. Tiffany and Bob are fantastic hosts.
- Companion07940585890 (10/5): Wonderful Stay near Hot Springs! - We had a great stay at Tiffany's Bed & Breakfast. Tiffany and her husband, Bob, are excellent hosts. We really enjoyed our conversations each morning over breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the food was amazing! Accommodations were cozy and very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay close to Hot Springs in a quaint and serene setting, this is the place for you!
- Robin (10/5): - Tiffany and Bob are very hospitable and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious. We will definitely be staying again.
- eshapurov (10/5): Great expirience, highly recommended! - This is a wonderful stop on your way to Hot Springs, AR. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the space is immaculate, and it's conveniently located just 20 minutes from Hot Springs.
The owners greeted us as soon as we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was ready for us!
I highly recommend this place!
- Monica (10/5): - What a beautiful fall day to visit Tiffany’s cozy Bed & Breakfast once again! We made it a girls’ road trip and enjoyed nearby Hot Springs during our visit for vintage shops and good eats. Tiffany and Bob are amazing hosts, and we felt right at home. I loved the nature view from our bedroom windows! Jetted tubs and a delicious homemade breakfast made it even better! We will definitely be back! I travel often, and this getaway is a very special gem.
- 558kimh (10/5): The BEST place to stay in/near Hot Springs - This was the BEST place to stay! The property is gorgeous and the owners are the sweetest people! We received a warm welcome, and delicious breakfasts cooked fresh every morning, and sweet conversations getting to know Tiffany and Bob. It is well worth the drive out from Hot Springs! It is the ultimate relaxation and getaway stay!
- Monica (10/5): - A great escape! So serene! Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. A bit of a charming rustic cabin in the woods with modern amenities. It felt like home away from home. I can’t wait to visit again and really soak in the whole experience. Walk a trail, sit on the porch swing, have another great breakfast… You won’t want to rush this.
- Trip27657610057 (10/5): What a beautiful retreat! - Tiffany’s B&B was amazing! So welcoming and friendly! Driving up to the cabin, I got lost in how beautiful it was sitting atop a hill of bright green grass, nestled amongst the woods. The bedroom was my childhood dream of a cushioned sitting window overlooking the lawn with a colorful flower garden. The breakfast was unique and delicious. I only wish I had more time to sit on that porch swing!
- Nathan (10/5): Great Stay! - Great room and very welcoming!
- Jemmie (10/5): - We only stayed one night but wished we had at least one more day there. We stayed in the Hamilton room and the room was awesome. Bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Tiffany’s breakfast was amazing. The grounds around the place are covered with lush vegetation thanks to Tiff’s hubby Bob. We spent hours in conversation with them and felt like family. We will return and stay longer next time. Hot Springs is a short drive. We walked through the quaint shops downtown, got a massage, and visited some restaraunts downtown. Tiffany’s B & B is a perfect spot just far enough to be quiet and secluded from all the traffic. A big thumbs up from my wife and I!
- Raymond (10/5): - Very beautiful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again
- timbN747GA (10/5): Our Eclipse Weekend Was Out Of This World - We spent three days at Tiffany's for the solar eclipse. Three couples met as strangers but left as friends. Tiffany and Bob are exceptional hosts and seem to be able to anticipate anything you might want. The rooms and house reflect this. A cozy living room that became a community space, a spacious front porch that was perfect for bird watching, and Bob's vast collection of flowers, plants and trees completed an beautiful setting. The food was exceptional down home cooking with an artistic flair.
We particularly enjoyed the walking trails through the woods to a beautiful small stream. A perfect place to relax and read or just listen to the babbling stream lull you into an afternoon nap. This is a perfect get away spot.
For a quiet romantic get away or just a beautiful spot to come and read, write or simply relax, this is it!
Oh, and the eclipse was perfect!
- bikedive (10/5): Thanks to Tiffany's for wonderful, whimsical private eclipse-viewing party!! - We enjoyed Tiffany's and the hospitality and good company of Bob, Tiffany, Buddy the sweetest, most mellow doggie in the world, and kitties - Mr. Mephistopholes and JagPlanning our 2024 Total Solar Eclipse trip well a year ahead of time and seeing that Hot Springs, Arkansas was pretty much on the center line of the path, sometimes around March of 2023 I stumbled upon the website for Tiffany's Bed and Breakfast set in the more rural hills above the Bismarck, the next town southwest of Hot Springs. Stellar reviews all around, and everyone raving about Tiffany & Bob's friendly and genuine hospitality (FOR good reason, we learned during our stay).
But what drew me in was the opportunity to enter a drawing for first right of refusal to reserve one of the rooms for their special 3-night minimum stay 2024 Total Eclipse package; everything was spelled out clearly - higher than normal nightly rate (as was true for all lodgings in the area and generally across the country for the few days around the eclipse) offering all the amenities of a regular stay, plus several few extras related to the eclipse (special eclipse poster with a historic Hot Springs, AR theme; picnic blanket; eclipse viewing glasses; eclipse-themed snack bag; and a special, lunch of grilled burgers and brats, solar kebabs, lawn games and special eclipse-shadow fun stuff, and other treats prepared by Tiffany and Bob, with the BEST benefit of all being this was a private viewing party for the total 6 guests of the inn's 3 guest rooms, far and away from the crowds and traffic that would be happening down in Hot Springs during eclipse festival days!! So I entered the drawing and hoped for the best. On September 1, 2023, right on schedule. I was thrilled to receive an email that my name had been drawn, so I called as soon as I could, learning I was also the first one to call, so had my pick of the three rooms... Chose the Ouichata, which happens to be the largest, with the most comfortable King bed and a wonderful bathroom with deep jetted whirlpool bath and separate shower. Take my word for it, the pictures on the the website are good, but don't do the spacious size of both bedroom and bathroom justice.
Breakfasts were delicious, and so were Bob's excellent brewed coffee! Plus that tray of Bob's famous, yummy, moist and chewy brownies greeting guests in the room upon arrival.
We enjoyed conversation around the large table our first 2 mornings with the other couples who had also scored the eclipse package. They had arrived 1 day earlier and left on April 9; we arrived April 7 and left early morning April 10, with a take-away breakfast care package specially prepared by Tiffany - large homemade cheesy-sausage cupcake shaped biscuits (meant to be heated but in a pinch soooo delicious, even at room temp!!) and apple??/cinnamon scones. Totally hit the spot when we reached Little Rock airport for our flight home! Best part, although we were leaving the house at 7:00, well before the rest of the house was up (our eclipse-party pals were one day ahead of us both coming and going, but one new post-event couple had arrived the afternoon of April 9), Tiffany & Bob and of course sweet dog Buddy were up to say their goodbyes and make us coffee or tea if we wanted that.
Tiffany and Bob are both so generous and kind, congenial, well-traveled, interesting, hard-working, knowledgeable about all kinds of resources in the area, and soooooo helpful and responsive to special needs. It was a pleasure to share their beautiful home and serene, wooded property for a few days, and we appreciate the whimsical eclipse-themed extras they devised for the what might be a once-in-a-lifetime total solar eclipse viewing party.... Next total solar eclipse won't be until August 23, 2044!!
Also, April-May might be the perfect time of year to visit beautiful Arkansas. Nice temps, before the heat, before the bugs, before/after the chill of winter.
We might make a point to go back. Arkansas is a very scenic and relaxing place to visit - and I would choose Tiffany's Bed and Breakfast in a heartbeat.
- ssiddall1 (10/5): Arkansas Hospitality - Tiffany went all out to give us a perfect eclipse experience (including the weather), capped off with a home made lemon cake decorated like the sun. She provided everything we needed in a special package. And the breakfasts... this lady can cook. Comfortable rooms in a bucolic setting. A memorable stay.
- E9811LKdawnw (10/5): Wooded paradise! - This hideaway is nestled in the woods. It's quiet and soothing to the eyes and soul! A firepit, trails, wonderful porch swing, amazing breakfast, brownies waiting for us when we arrived, comfortable beds, everything clean and homey! The hosts are so nice and accommodating. So worth it! give them a try!
- Daniel (10/5): - Tiffany, Bob, and Buddy are so gracious! What a charming place to stay!
- 146meghanh (10/5): AMAZING Getaway! - Tiffany and Bob were so friendly!!! They have a Beautiful home. Our Room was VERY Clean, the Bed Comfortable and the Brownies at Check In we amazing!!!
Breakfast was absolutely delicious- you can tell that Tiffany cooks with Heart!!! We enjoyed the Fire Pit with a couple of other guests and the S'mores Kit was perfect!!! The Jetted Tub and Private Balcony in our room were the best places to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and peaceful surroundings of the B&B! This was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast and it will be our new favorite way to travel as a couple!!!
- sonjasO6953SQ (10/5): Just What We Needed! - Tiffany's B & B was just what we needed for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing getaway. A good night's sleep and a delicious, hearty breakfast prepared us for a day of sight seeing. Having lived in the area for years, Tiffany and Bob are very knowledge about great places to eat and visit. We enjoyed Hot Springs and Gravan Woodland Gardens. We highly recommend Tiffany's Bed and Breakfast!
- 570bonnieh (10/5): 5 Star bed and breakfast - Tiffany and her husband are amazing hosts. The attention to details of anything you might want/need is over the top. The location is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, very quiet and feels secluded from the rest of the hectic world but yet it is just a short distance to so many things, crater of Diamonds, Botanical Gardens, Downtown Hot Springs. I highly recommend the charcuterie board and the breakfast! Both are 5 star quality in taste and presentation! We will definitely be back!!
- Footprints191378 (10/5): "Relax in the Arkansas Woods" - Wonderful hideaway with room outside to roam and explore.
The cleanest place we have ever stayed...we are 60(ish)...so we have "stayed" more than a few times.
"Breakfast at Tiffany's" was really good (bravo Tiffany)...Bob prepared my fav blueberry pancakes for my Birthday.
"Live entertainment" Is provided by Bob...lol.
They are a great team that will make your stay memorable and relaxing.
I found 2 OLD liquor bottles up in the woods near an old logging trail.
It was such a peaceful and fun hike.
Tiffany's laughter is infectious😄...and Bob's coffee pot is always full...let Bob fill your cup☕️
We stayed 5 nights.
Buddy and friends were also gracious...they were better behaved than Bob...just kidding Bob.
Make sure you eat at "Dave's Burgers" and "Copper Penny Pub"...Tiffany will give you directions.
Thanks Tiffany & Bob!
Will see you again.

- mikegO695XZ (10/5): Absolutely loved it!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. - We loved it. Great hosts. Awesome breakfast and coffee. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Big jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Tiffany and Bob are wonderful folks. Made us feel right at home. They have a beautiful place.
We highly recommend because we’ll definitely be back.
- Jerry (10/5): Perfect Retreat - Our Tiffany’s stay was amazing. Our hosts ensured we had all we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds were beautiful.
- E328EDmarkm (10/5): That breakfast Though!!! - Tiffany and Bob are wonderful hosts!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS SOME OF THE BEST WE’VE EVER HAD!!!! The brownies were sooo good as well!! The house is beautiful and clean. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Their property is absolutely gorgeous. If you’re looking for a B&B around Hot Springs, Ar, this is the place. You will not be disappointed.
- floydk915 (10/5): Great to get away from the hustle of everyday life at Tiffany's!! - This five-star bed and breakfast was superb right down to the smallest detail. Food was wonderful and our hosts were very down to earth and great to be around. We would highly recommend Tiffany's to anyone wishing to get off the beaten path and just relax.
- Q104WBmatthews (10/5): Book this place now. Stop looking. - If you're traveling to Hot Springs or anywhere in the surrounding area, STOP considering other places and BOOK a room at Tiffany's. Right now. Seriously go. My wife and I have been to Hotel Hot Springs, and several AirBnB's in the area, and none of those visits ever came close to what last weekend entailed. We stayed from Friday night until Monday afternoon and it is likely the most enjoyable stay we've had at a bed and breakfast ever. Their dog Buddy will be more than happy to accept pets from you. I'm not sure where to start. The brownies in the room on arrival? The fresh water carafe that's refilled in your refrigerator daily? The excellent location that's far enough away from civilization to see the stars properly with a firepit nearby and a bench stocked with firewood, fire starters, and a lighter? The INCREDIBLE breakfast served there (seriously, you won't find a better breakfast even if you go into town and pay for it.)? It's mine and my wife's new forever location for hot springs, hands down.
Our breakfasts were things like farmer's frittatas, banana and cinnamon scones with a light icing, pears with almond cream sauce, eggs l'orange (a light, fluffy egg with a croissant type bread in the center stuffed with orange marmalade), hatch green chili and queso sausages, strawberry parfaits, blueberry pineapple crisps, and hashbrown omelettes... Those are just a few of the things we had during our stay and there wasn't a single thing I ate that I didn't love.
The drive from the B&B to Hot Springs isn't bad at all. 20 minutes, but it's scenic and takes you past several ranches and you get plenty of gorgeous mountain skylines. The neat part is that the 20 minute routes can take you to either side of Hot Springs as well, so you aren't too far away from anything there.
To top it off, Tiffany and Bob are amazing people. They're as nice as they get, easy to talk to, and can help you with recommendations for where to eat / go.
I really can't say enough about this. Even as I write this review, I'm already planning our next trip back. Seriously, spend the money -- stay here. You'll love it.
- TiffanyK502 (10/5): Best lodging decision - We chose this as a layover spot on a long road trip rather than a generic hotel and I am sooooo happy with that decision. Tiffany and Bob are super friendly, and were flexible and helpful. We had a late start due to car issues, but we called and told them we wouldn’t be in until about 930 at night, it was not an issue. This place is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was Instagram worthy. The rustic log cabin look with a huge porch, porch swing and rockers was a great place to relax. They have a fire pit, and all the games for everyone to play. They do have a tv, but we didn’t use it. I didn’t have cell phone service here but they have good wifi so that wasn’t an issue. The back roads to get here are hilly and beautiful, and there are plenty of things to do around here. We will definitely be back, and bring our families.
- Leon (10/5): Will visit again! - The room was super cute and had all the typical amenities including a very nice robe. The hosts, Tiffany and Bob, were great. We had a good conversation over an excellent breakfast.
- Stacy (10/5): - Tiffany's Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was really yummy. My husband and I enjoyed talking to Tiffany and her husband every morning at breakfast. My husband really liked petting their sweet dog, Buddy. This bed and breakfast is tucked back off the road and is very quiet. It's a short drive from Hot Springs or Crater of Diamonds. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone!
- Lae Bee (10/5): - Very clean, delicious homemade breakfast and super friendly host!
- Jessica (10/5): - Such a beautiful piece of property that reminded me of home. We will definitely be making a trip just so we can stay at this quaint little paradise of natural beauty.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a wonderful experience! Great food and hospitality. It’s just like what’s posted on their website. It’s surrounded by beauty and within 20-30 minutes to Hot Springs.
- Michael C. (10/5): Amazing! - I just loved this entire experience. The property is in a beautiful setting on many acres in the country. The owners love their home and it shows. They have filled their huge property with beautiful flowers and trees and many bird feeders. Sitting on the front porch watching the humming birds is so relaxing. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in- best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast is amazing. It was different each morning, all freshly prepared, homemade recipes. You can smell it being prepared while you sit on the front porch watching the humming birds.
It is in a great location 20 to 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful national parks and state and national forests. Beautiful lakes with hiking trails. I was so pleasantly surprised. I came for a long weekend just to check the box and knock another National Park off my list. I will be back many times. It is simply a gorgeous area.
Let me address the comment somebody made about the house being isolated and the driveway being difficult to maneuver. The driveway is maybe 1/8 mile long. It is beautifully maintained like everything else on the property. It’s a gravel driveway like many in rural areas, but there are no sharp rocks as another guest claimed. I would have driven my Ferrari down that driveway. The same guest made a comment about the distance to things. The drive to the property is beautiful, through farmlands, and horse ranches with the beautiful Arkansas hills in the background. The house is only 20 to 30 minutes to amazingly beautiful things to do. My drive to work every day is much longer than that. Whoever wrote that one bad review must not have actually stayed at the property.
I would highly recommend this beautiful place.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hosts are amazing and I loved talking to Tiffany and her husband. But few things I didn't like.
1. The driveway is in very bad condition. There are lot of large/sharp rocks and I was always scared it can puncture the tires.
2. The room is small. AC is set on schedule and thermostat is located outside the room. Every time I changed the temperature to my comfort, in a short time, it would reset to original setting.
3. The bath tub is standard size though it looks bigger in the images. It can comfortably fit one person but definitely not suitable for a couple.
4. The B&B itself is very isolated and even the nearest restaurant is more than 10 miles away. It is not ideally located for anyone trying to visit hot springs.
5. The breakfast menu is very different from what is shown online. I didn't like the breakfast. Also, its not enough.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous - Wonderful Place, Great people. Would go back often.
- Gabino R. (10/5): Great Stay in our Anniversary - It is a quiet place in nature, beautiful landscapes, you can hear the singing of birds and the atmosphere is unique. Tiffany is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.
- Sara (10/5): Sweet, sweet BnB - Such a relaxing and peaceful stay! Loved Tiffany's little corner of the world. It did the trick chilling us out before the holidays. Loved it and will likely return.
